This location charges $8.70 to put an outfit in a box. Highway robbery. The last ups store I went to charged $2 for the same box.

I…read morethought I was going to a U Haul facility but it was just a dinky little Postal Annex run by a rude, obnoxious, unprofessional loon! The SHREW who owns this franchise doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I needed a couple of dollies to move my daughter out of her dorm and she was vague about what is available and what is not on the phone. Then there was a long and arduous process to rent just two dollies, for a total of $17! You have to list two emergency contacts. I was surprised by this since I didn't even have to do that for buying my house, and I was in a hurry, so when I asked this shrew why, she started screaming at me and threatened to not rent to me and said I was "giving her attitude" since I got there. I had been waiting in line and said nothing until she called me to the counter. And then all I did was ask a simple question and that made her blow up - very unstable. Apparently, that was a bad attitude - asking a question. Can you imagine someone saying that to a customer???!! I would have left but I was desperate and running short on time and this idiot was my only hope at the moment. STAY away! She's really disturbed and has a bad temper if you don't fall to her feet. Plus there is a long wait since she's the only one "working," if she's not having a temper tantrum. There's a ton of other places to rent moving equipment. Look them up! After I initially posted this review this loon also started stalking me by using my personal customer information in her system and Googling me & my LinkedIn profile. That should be illegal. SCARY! Beware! I factually stated what happened. I'll be setting my alarms on high alert in case this whackjob comes after me or commits credit card fraud with my information.

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

Terminating service will make you jump through more flaming hoops than the Ringling Bros…read more I followed their policy, notified them with the required 30 day email notice of termination email, I even emailed them after the date of termination to remind them not to charge my account and they still charged me even after the date of termination. I wouldn't have left a review but upon emailing and calling to have that charge sorted out, I was not able to reach a manager nor did I have a manager reach back out to me. I had to call my banks fraud department and file a claim. To further back my 1 star review, they gathered my information incorrectly when I gave them my ID to set up the account, they invoiced me for a month that I had paid last year, they didn't follow through with documenting the calls and visit regarding termination of my account. Last but not least they put Ms. instead of Mr. in addressing me after I asked to correct my information... Look I get that maybe by mistake... but I'm from the 90's and honestly it feels like I've been trolled this whole time. Regarding the security deposit process they will send a check to the provided mailing address on hand, within "approximately" 21 days of the account closure. Sucks because I don't live there anymore but I also don't trust IO with any information at this point. All in all, from my experience with Intelligent Office IO Looks great on the surface, but the services are over priced in my opinion. $102 a month for a small mailbox just big enough to fit legal sized documents. Combined that with mistakes made by the staff. I would say that the staff and operating procedures they use regarding data entry and billing are inefficient and unprofessional. I wouldn't say these falls under the legal definition of predatory business practice, but somewhere along the line they definitely violate the part of California 2025 Automatic renewal law that requires businesses to make cancellations just as easy as signing up. That means if you signed up online, you should be able to cancel online, too. If you signed up in person, you should be able to cancel in person too and companies must process your request promptly. https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billCompareClient.xhtml?bill_id=201720180SB313 I don't have time to get into researching the exact violations but I'm sure that in my experience there was a violation of the California Automatic Renewal Law / California SB 313 or unlawful negative option billing. These prohibited practices involve lack of affirmative consent and difficult cancellation methods for subscriptions as mentioned above in my review. Like I said I wouldn't have even left a review if they just called or emailed me back... 1 out of 5 stars, mainly for unprofessionalism and mistakes made by staff that shouldn't have been made, and for charging me after my termination date which I kind of expected considering the experience leading up to... I just expected a call back or solution, and that's not an unreasonable expectation from a business at all.

We signed a one month contract with Intelligent Office, and have really enjoyed our time here…read more The staff and management are very friendly and always open to meet the client needs. The space is great, and there are different types of offices depending on what you are looking for. What I liked about it is the flexibility. You can rent an office for a short period of time, and the contract is executed very fast. It's probably the best option on the market right now if you are looking for a short term office. There are some longer term tenants too, as it's a nice place to go to work every morning. We had an excellent experience, highly recommended!
