I tried to avoid the store if I can help it but today I had to go and Alonzo wouldn't even give me 4 quarters in change when I purchased an envelope. I heard him platter down 2 quarters into a full change till and he said he is limited and cannot give me change and I said not even four. Unfortunately the customer service at this location is heavily lacking. Any simple questions turn in to a passive aggressive back and forth with the employees towards patrons. I've come by on multiple occasions drop things by for business and personal reasons with the kindest approach and the staff, especially the older woman at the front is unfortunately the most passive aggressive. I went in today 10/30 around 2pm to do an Amazon return. I went up to the register and the gentleman notified me that I had the return to set at Whole Foods. He suggested to change the return location at ups and should work. I go ahead and cancel the return and set it for ups. I go up ( I forgot her name she has black hair and piercing on her nose) she says that they don't accept the return items if it is not in a box. It was a staub pot that was already in the original box. I returned another one exactly the same way at this location and they accepted it. but she adamantly refused to accept the return. I asked why did they accept it before, she replies she doesn't know and suggests to purchase a box for it. The return usually will confirm whether I need to put it in a box for return, my return did not need it. I gave up, cancelled the return and set it up at Whole Foods and they accepted as is. The worst experience. I went to drop off the Amazon return. The only thing they told me was the internet was down and not the following consequences. I have had good experience with the UPS store (at the old and new location). One older lady who has worked there for years is always friendly. Most of my returns require UPS to box it, etc ... but for one return recently the young man politely informed me that I need to box/package it and he was right. This is not be the best place to go for live scan fingerprinting. Even though I had an appointment scheduled the machine was not set up and the area where the scanning is done was quite cluttered with heavy boxes. Lisa, though friendly, was not adept at the process and had serious trouble with the technology. The actual fingerprinting took about 5 minutes but the job took 35 minutes even though I had completed all the paperwork! Others have told me they were in and out in 15 minutes at other locations. I found this store to be uncomfortably cluttered. Perhaps there is a need to organize. I noticed the helper was not able to wheel the very heavy hand truck out and actually had to lift it over the counter. That is not right. The location is convenient at the corner of Lawrence Expy and Prospect Road in the Westgate West Center. The shop is on the side facing Lawrence. There is plenty of parking. read more

I also had something I needed to ship through Reverb, but all the FedEx pricing and even USPS pricing was sooo expensive.
