I went to the UPS Store a couple days ago since I live in the Evergreen Area, A very nice lady with blonde hair helped me. Wow she was so polite. Helped me with mailing my package and had fantastic customer service. There was a short line so I was not the only person there and the process of the lady I think her name is Carol was efficient. Awhile ago one evening I was at the UPS Store again, an Indian Lady helped me, what a difference between the two of them. Unlike USPS, the workers here are always nice and friendly, especially the guy that is here most days (and another young gentleman). I needed to print some files from a USB drive and UPS was a conveniently nearby. Stopped by on a weekday late afternoon and though it wasn't very busy, it took a couple minutes for any workers to appear from the back. Asian fellow of very few words directed me to the computer in the back left of the store from which I could print my files. I inadvertently started my prints in landscape/horizontal instead of portrait/vertical orientation and the guy came over and helped me reprint all of them correctly. He ultimately only charged me for the pages that printed out correctly, which was $.07 per black and white sheet. Thanks UPS guy for the help! Pretty good experience, and in and out in under 10 minutes. Will revisit again for future printing needs. read more

Had to do some shredding, so went to local UPS about 2 miles from my house. Love the location and the service was very spot on! Also, needed a document notarized, so took advantage of that service. Rarely do I go to UPS and was surprised at all of the services they offer besides mailing: mailboxes, copying, faxing, computer time, notary and shredding! Only four people allowed in at a time, so don't be in a hurry. I was lucky to be one of two people there for about five minutes.paid $17 for the shredding & $15 for the notary ($15 per signature). If you live in the Evergreen area and need to make photocopies, this is the place to do it. I like this UPS store very much and come here often for my printing and mailing needs. I believe b&w prints are ~7 cents, which is a lot better than the nearby CVS and Lucky that has poor quality toner for 15-25 cents a page, and Walgreens does not have a machine. I also needed to fax documents and found that a local fax is 89 cents vs CVS's $1.49. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of services besides printing and mailing available, but off the top of my head I can remember notary, paper shredding, and live scan. read more

This UPS store is my go to for Amazon returns and shipment needs. I'm always greeted by the female and male that work there. It can get hectic during lunch time with an influx of folks returning their Amazon items so I try to come right when they open. Please give these folks grace- they are dealing with a lot of people and the store isn't huge. Highly recommend coming in the AM if you don't want to wait. I never give anyone bad review before but I went here to print out the form from my email, I normally go to the ups store on E Capitol, but there little bit far since I moved, the young girl wasn't nice, because I just don't have big service? I send the email twice but she kept saying is not go thru, she told me used different one and used their computer to print out because they can charge $2.25 instead .50cent, they have bad attitude, I never go back here again, the Indian lady, I guess she is an owner wasn't nice either. Been here a few times for different stuff every time. Mostly to ship out packages. Printing/scanning/copies services can get pricey, I'd only use these if I needed something done and my home printer/scanner wasn't working which has happened before. Lines can get long for shipment. Came in recently for a passport picture and it came out so ugly lol, can't blame them for my lack of makeup and eye bags though. I think I paid about $6 for two pics. Decent place and convenient so I'm sure I'll be in again. read more

I really want to love this store because it's my neighborhood store and it's a great convenient location if you need to copy fax or send anything. The ONE thing I have a gripe about and it really annoys me is that they charge you to use the computer to print something from the web. If the copy machines had ports where I could plug in my memory stick to print something I wouldn't have to use the computer and I'm only on it for like a minute every time I need to print something and they charge you $2 for 10 minutes minimum. I know it's not a lot of money but if I have to do it every time I go there, it adds up. I might as well buy a new machine that will pay for itself over time. read more

I am very disappointed at the customer service at this location. Carol was unwilling to print 2 e-mails that I forwarded the store. She stated that they were too busy to provide me with printing service comprised of 2 e-mail attachments, totaling less than 10 pages. Unfortunately, this is the unacceptable interaction that I've had with Carol. The first time, I was signing up for a mailbox at this same location. She could not find the keys, so she recommended I open a box at another location. I explained that this was the location closest to where I'd be living. In hindsight I regret signing a contract binding me to this location as a customer. I also regret going through an address change to a location that cannot meet my needs. read more

I often go here to ship back my rentals( Yay college ) and I've always been helped with by a smile so its always a good experience. When I first open my P.O.Box it was great and the owner was nice...Then later on as I use there services, man it's just annoying.... NOW, 6 months later there is this one old lady there always on the phone yapping, and doesn't seem to care for customer. Has a huge attitude, acts as if the world owes her. Face full of makeup, looking nasty and mean as hell. Ask her wheres my package? There not here, without even checking! Why do I even bother?!?! Better off going behind the counter and getting my package myself. Anyways, doesn't UPS hire people that can carry 50LBs? I've dropped off packages to be sent out and I've had no problems there. However, when I called and asked if they do passport photos, the lady replied that they do. When I arrived about 10 minutes later to have it done, the blonde older woman and a younger female worker looked at each other discussing whether the camera was working. I can only assume that they knew it had not been functioning (I actually called twice for another question, but did mention that I was coming in for passport photos) I left without any passport photos. The blonde older lady suggested that I come back later when another employee was in to troubleshoot the camera. Note to the store: make sure your equipment is working before telling your customers that you provide that service. read more

Came in on Saturday for a quote for a package. Came in on Monday to ship the item out. The shipping price tripled. From 75 to 250 I even have a photo of the prices that I was quoted. You would think they would honor the quoted rate but no. They didnt even try to negotiate or anything. Worse customer service. read more

I should have read the reviews for this place. It would have saved me from having to deal with this store's personnel. I was leaving for vacation the week of the Thanksgiving holiday and could not be home in time to receive a package. I spoke with 2 people at this UPS store about holding my package for 7 to 10 while I was out-of-town. The individuals stated I could and asked me to leave my name, date of delivery and pickup date as well as contact information. I even offered to pay a nominal fee for the handling and storage of my package. So I had the delivery location changed to this store. Well my effort didn't pay off. This UPS store followed the UPS 7 day holding policy and shipped my package back to the sender. I'm happy they didn't take me up on my offer to pay a handling and storage fee. I will not be using this store in the future and will advise my family and friends to do the same. read more

They are very cheap and greedy, even for using tiny piece of tape to seal my package they charge me$1.5. Not cooperative while other ups in Santa Clara , they never charge and they did tape every thing without asking money. read more

This is a really nice little store. I made copies and have a document note tuxes today. I was in and out really fast. Later I had to mail a document and I came back. The store is located in a great place and has everything I need. The copiers are not the best, but the staff is awesome at getting them up with little down time. This is one of the quickest places to get your mailings out. Very competent staff. read more
