I had quite a large box that I was bringing in for a return, which of course was a bit cumbersome to carry even from my car to the door. When I got there, I noticed the gentleman working there had run to open the door for me! It really was so kind! Then, he told me not to worry about bringing anything in for the future, that I could just ask them to come out and help me. So so impressed! Service Requested : Amazon Return . This May be shocking for a few readers but believe it or not this was my first time returning Amazon purchases at UPS . Prior to this visit :I believed this was extremely time consuming but to my pleasant surprise it was a fast trip. The Value was absolutely Free ! I had two persons help me with my 5qty item returns . Initially I went inside and thought * I had scanned all my items to be returned back . However after sitting in the car and reviewing the drop off package receipt the count was off by 2 . I returned back into the UPS store there I had the opportunity to speak with Tania . I explained that this was my first attempt to return items and if I could have help with the miscount of items . Tania went above and beyond with her customer service! Tania was very through and thoughtful with her explanation of what the problem could be . She was extremely patient with me being new to the return process and where to locate the Amazon QR codes . This is my go-to UPS store for shipping and Amazon drop offs. They have a little kiosk for Amazon returns that make it quick and easy. I also have been able to ship any items out with ease and can have piece of mind that my item(s) will arrive when expected. Tania and team are the absolute best. We've been with this UPS store for a while now even though we moved! Yes, we make the drive because they're just that good. Sometimes we pop in to say hi just because we're in the neighborhood, lol. This location has all the services - printing, mailing, private mail boxes, etc. If you have a PMB and a package arrives, you'll get a notification and follow-up if it's an important document or package. Really appreciate this level of courtesy and security. We've had a couple really important printing projects that Tania and team have completed with ease and consideration. I don't want to sound like an old, as the kids say (even though I am), but this location's dedication to customer service is something you don't see that often anymore. Went in to get 2 packages shipped and was quoted $140-165, for just one of those, depending on if I went through USPS or UPS. This quote came AFTER the guy got irritated with me because he couldn't figure out how to enter an address into his system - and obviously I didn't know how to help. I didn't even ask him for a quote on the second package, just said I'd try somewhere else began leaving. He hollered at me while I exited the store. Another UPS store down the road quoted me $45 total to get both packages shipped. Avoid this store. read more

RIP OFF ALERT!!! I've used this UPS store several times and always seem to always leave frustrated. I went in tonight and was quoted $162- for a 3oz soft envelope to the UK. The owner was helping me and didn't seem to know how to use his own system but had no issue talking crap as I walked out. Very unprofessional, but he was dancing by himself before I walked in so maybe being professional is just not his thing. I drove to the UPS store a couple miles away and was treated great and paid $31.72. If the owner happens to read this, you should know I wouldn't have written this review if you hadn't been unprofessional and talking crap as your former customer left. If you truly are the owner, you are unwise in how you operate and lost a customer for life. read more

I looked at all the reviews on Yelp, and most were talking about how Tanya and Denee are the best. I went in on a rainy Saturday about an hour before closing time, and asked the girl who was helping me her name. She said her name was Denee, and I let her know about all the positive reviews I read that mentioned her. I had a lot of small items to send my Mom in Florida for Mother's day, and let Denee know that I am a complete dunce when it comes to the shipping process. She was so kind and helpful, she got right down to business right away! She took all my items, weighed them, measured them, and chose the right size box. I never thought somebody using a box cutter and tape could impress me so much, but Denee had skills! She packed everything up, took my information, and made the process quick and easy. The box cost $5, and the total came to $30 and some change. I think it was a good value for ground shipping, but again, I'm no expert. I was definitely impressed with the way I was helped and treated, I recommend this UPS store and Denee for all your shipping needs! read more

A UPS store with no limits! If you're looking for a place to do custom holiday cards and event invites, look no further. My wife and I decided to place our trust in Tania for our wedding invites and save the dates, and boy did she deliver! Tania brought our idea to life by bringing in different elements that made for a unique wedding invite with save the date features, my wife and I decided to combine the two. Tania and her team handled the printing, assembly, and shipping of our invites. The envelopes were thick with gold borders. Within the envelope we had a translucent RSVP QR code with an amazing silhouette picture of my wife and I. Which was followed by an envelope that said "Put me on the fridge," within this envelope was a custom magnet that Tania made for our save the date feature. And last but not least was our bigger save the date card, the print quality was amazing and the colors of the photo meshed very well with the reflective gold save the date print. We had a photo on the front and on the back of the card. All the card elements were held together by a heart shaped rose gold metal clip. My wife and I were very happy with the quality of our invites and the level of service that we received from Tania. All invites were delivered on time and the communication was phenomenal.
