Not the best customer experience. I was with the 11 months baby in my arms and I was using the dolly for my boxes. Nobody offered to help, and the guy Miguel who worked with me was pretty cold. He told me to stick the sticker to the box which was on the floor so basically showing zero help from his side. I wouldn't go back to this specific store. There are other UPS stores which I felt more support and help and was more welcomed than here. read more

Yikes. I've seen some aweful things but this takes the cake. I walked in the store when no one else was there. I was told to wait behind the line fifteen feet away. I waited for five minutes. During that five minutes three other (non ethnic people) were ushered ahead of me. I asked one of the clerks why that is and they stated "because that's just the way it works". I was then asked to wait "in their lobby" (a space over to the side of the line) for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. Honestly, I've never been so insulted in my life. I really hope UPS does something about the clear lack of management regarding their employee's behavior. As an African American male I would caution any minorities from using this store. They have a severe lack of customer service and I feel like they don't treat people fairly. Overall the process took 45 minutes. read more

I have gone to other UPS stores in the past but decided to try the store on Almaden Expressway and I am glad I did! We needed notary services and Miguel was professional and very helpful!
