Staff was friendly and helpful- especially Alyssa. The item I was shipping was 75 lbs and she saw me struggling outside the store after unloading it from my car. She immediately offered to help and found a dolly to make it easier. Miguel and Vanessa were really helpful answering every questions patiently and handling the process smoothly.

This location does a nice job of following COVID safety protocols. My 3 stars are for the slowness of the employees. There was a constant line & they were just kind of doing their own thing. (They were very polite & kind.) I also wasn't a fan of them asking me what was inside my package. (It's not really any of their business. ) If they're concerned about contraband, they could do what USPS does & asks if you're shipping any of the following... Unfortunately, I had to use UPS for this package. * To clarify any confusion: I was not referring to any issue with waiting in line. Lines have become the norm in 2020. I was specifically referring to the lack of hustle by employees to address the line. Waiting is never an issue & in today's world we have to wait for most things. With that being said, when you are trying to address a line or a rush, I think it should be done with a bit more gusto rather than a laissez-faire approach. read more

I gave been a customer of this UPS store for many years. The main reason is because of the people who staff the store. So very knowledgeable and profession! And they always go out of their way to give me the best level of service I need. Even when I call in to check on incoming mail, they cheerfully oblige! This is my nearest UPS location! Previously, I have had a few negative experiences here, but in the last year or so the experiences have been so much better! This location can get very busy, but the staff is usually pretty friendly. Getting things notarized was so simple and quick at this location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I've dropped a number of packages here as well and they are always quick to take care of me and answer any questions I have about the delivery/shipping process. read more

Don't you hate when you thought your package was supposed to be returned at FedEx but it's actually UPS...? Well that happened in my case Lol! I'm not a regular at this UPS store, but when I went in to drop my package, they were able to receive my package and provide me with a tracking number within 5 minutes of stepping inside the store. From the looks of it, they were really busy and there were a lot of packages everywhere! PRO TIP: always ask for the receipt so that you have the tracking number THEN take a picture so that you have a picture of it. That way, you have a Digital copy of my receipt just in case anything happens. As always, be kind to your essential workers and follow the guidelines. If you see there are more than 6 people inside the store but you're really hot, just be patient :) read more
