The notary public here "Kathy" is very rude. She is not a skilled notary and is very unprofessional. If you have any questions she will not be able to help you rather makes rude comments like "follow the instructions of your document" rather than kindly instructing us to call to find out the appropriate answers to fill in some areas that she wasn't sure about. There are plenty of other places to have important document notarized where the staff is not miserable and rude. read more

If you need to do fingerprints I will not recommend this place. Wasted my time and money , I have to do it twice , even the second time my fingerprints were rejected. So I came to another UPS ( UPS at S King rd really friendly and helpful ) just in case and the next morning my agency got my live scan .I hope they will train their staff how to treat and approach the customers more politely , please be patient and guide your customers, you can't please everyone but at least be kind . The vibe when you go in is that they hate that you're there. Whatever. I just need to get my packages shipped and that they do. I've only ever had a problem once with them not accepting an Amazon return, as the system apparently required me to provide a box, which I wasn't expecting. They wanted to charge me for a box. Today I visited the store and dropped of two UPS packages and tried to drop off USPS packages. When I tried doing so, Rachel, the assistant manager and notary, refused to accept them saying they only accepted UPS packages. When questioned and told I've never been told that before, she talked to me like I was an idiot... "USPS! United States Postal Service... we're UPS". I contacted my sister who is a manager for UPS and also UPS customer service and I was told that it was incorrect and she should have received the packages. Not sure why she's cutting corners and not helping others... especially in a pandemic forcing me to go elsewhere and increasing the risk of covid. Lazy and bad customer service. read more

Absolutely not friendly and pompous . I believe the individual's name is Xxxxxx , who treats customer with disrespect !.. I saw the change in attitude with different folks and what they are in for .. I am disgusted with that - just coz someone comes in for an amazon return , you can't treat them like pests - absolutely ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE .. When I asked them to have some empathy towards people who are dealing with things during the pandemic , his response was " have a good day " ! And kept pointing to the door ! I don't know when folks will start respecting ppl with dignity irrespective of the social status or what they intend on doing ! Rachael and Patrick were just amazing! On a recent visit to California, I had a few family things to ship, and I was really concerned with protecting them. This included a few paintings. Patrick made sure everything was securely packed and thoroughly protected. Rachael set me up with the best ways to ship so that the items would arrive just when I needed them to. I had these items shipped across the country, and they all arrives safe and sound, and in perfect condition. If I lived in the area, I would use them for ALL of my shipping. All I was doing was dropping off an Amazon package. There were yellow signs on the door stating "3 people at a time inside" and "keep 6 feet apart". Nothing about requiring a mask. The man behind the counter took my package, then started yelling at me continuously about needing a mask. I asked if this was a store policy (with a calm attitude; not once did I provoke him), and he replied "No. I'm the owner. It's my policy. I'll do whatever the hell I want!" I replied stating "Wow. Nice customer service. No signage on the door stating that, so I didn't know." He then yelled at me more stating "I don't care. My store; my rules!" It would be one thing if he asked nicely if I had one, or informed me one is required. But to yell at me and give me an attitude is really poor. If he's having a bad day, calm the attitude or let his employees assist. But NEVER yell at a customer and disrespect them over a simple misunderstanding! Yikes. Not giving this store my business again. Too bad too as I do a lot of shipping throughout the year. read more

I went elsewhere right after and had no problem whatsoever. Ravdr was a dick - He didn't let me finish talking. Fact- He had a problem with me when he heard my accent and saw my foreign passport. Now He claims he is from an immigrant family... clearly he is generations out of touch with his immigrant roots and is uneducated of the hardship we can suffer from the resistance we meet constantly from jerks like this.. BEWARE Avoid being harassed, abused and having to go threw having to file for lost packages and wait months for a credit. Tyler really got me good. To AMAZON PRIME CUSTOMERS USE Kohls to drop off your returns. THREE WEEKS LATER after being harassed and verbally abused my Tyler TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE apparently HE THREW MY PACKAGES IN THE GARBAGE BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THE THREE packages HAS ARRIVED TO Amazon or Macy's when they both had printed return labels and UPS tracking numbers!!! I already called the store the day after this incident happened and left a message with my number, for the owner or manager to call me, but still have not heard back. Unbelievable. Just UNBELIEVABLE. All because I wanted to use the counter to box my things up and keep at least 6 feet distance from the customer to the left of me. Plus where he wanted me to stand wasn't behind the small plastic shield they hung up. Why would he want me to the left of him when there was a scale and no counter space?
