oh boy...first time coming to this location and definitely will not be coming back here. the ladies here are very nice but my experience today was not what i expected. i came in with a return package and 2 other packages to ship out. when i went inside i was the only one in line, while someone was being helped out at one of the registers. i noticed there were like a total of 4 people working, only one on register. one of them eventually told me to go to the other one, but i stood there for quite a bit and no one helped me yet while the other register started helping others when more people came in. i waited patiently until someone helped me and we started off with my return package. when she was done w that, she asked me if my other 2 packages are for shipping and i said yes, then tells me they will get back to me to help me. i was so confused because why didnt she help me with that immediately when she was already helping me? i was in the store for at least 30 minutes which is ridiculous. it took so long for them to find me decent shipping rates and just processing everything. appreciate them for thanking me for my patience, but honestly i shouldve spoke up because i felt bad about rushing them when they were doing other tasks, but you should always prioritize customers :( read more

If you can go to a different one, do! The customer service in this one is beyond horrible . We were here on 12/13/23 September Thursday at about 2:30pm dropping off a couple of boxes to ship out and my wife was told by the only lady working there that she needs to be on her right side of the counter instead of the left. mind you the right and left side of her is only one step different and uses the same counter top so it makes no difference other than trying to create something to give my wife a hard time. My wife did make a comment that there needs to be signage if that's what her preference is and the lady made a comment as we were walking out so I asked what her comment was and she said Something but I didn't want to waste my time with that girl anymore. I've never had a bad experience with this location. However, the employee with pigtails and piercings needs to find another job that doesn't even remotely involve interacting with customers. I have always been treated courteously at the Greenhouse UPS, and I have used a variety of services: returning packages, sending my own packages, faxing, having papers notarized, and passport pictures taken. In fact, the employee with the piercings greets me like I made her day coming in! I will continuing using this store! read more

I'm not sure who is in charge of this store but my husband was there well before the closing time (5 PM) to drop off a package. The employees themselves decided to close the store earlier than the their closing time (the door was locked). My husband was asking for assistance and they rolled their eyes and just stared at him until he decided to leave. He went to another UPS store nearby. This is completely unprofessional. I understand it's July 4th weekend and everyone must have the need to go home and relax. Still, it doesn't make it right. read more

Everytime I go here they have an issue where they cannot operate there business. From there internet being down indefinitely to their system down so they cannot take Amazon returns. Some of there staff have nasty attitudes. They are very close to me, but I guesz I have better odds to go somewhere else. read more

I like to this ups to return amazon items because the staff are friendly and close to my home and most of my time i dont need to repack the items. Today i try to return Windshield Sunshade, the staff told me i need to repack because of the qr code show customer pack. But i find out all the qr code show customer pack i return 2 thing together she just accept 1 but not the Windshield Sunshade. However i didnt argue i just repack, drop off and leave. But i am so disappointed. If she think the item is too big or over size and store doesnt had that box then i understand but please dont just say customer pack. All the code has this word. read more

Great customer service! It's been 3 times now that I've been there over the past month and they have greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. This last time I went in with my 2 year old son and the owners immediately and said hi to him too and brought out some stickers for him! They were very helpful with an item that I was clueless about returning to AT&T! I also had another Amazon return and they always make it super easy to return. I'm always out in less than 5 minutes. As I walked in, I the noticed the owner sanitizing EVERYTHING. That was great to see that they are doing their part to help all their customers and staff safe! They filled in the wrong name on some documents I had notarized in the notary section of the documents. My documents were returned and I had to get notarized again and they charged me again even though I had the form explaining that the notary filled out their section incorrectly. I was also given attitude by the manager when I'm pretty sure he was the one that made the original mistake. read more

Lover is place! It seems to always be open and they rarely ever have a line. I've dropped all my amazon returns here and never run into any problems. It always in and out service in less than 5 minutes. I've also gotten my passport photo taken here. Be sure to come with your item packaged if it's not from amazon because they charge quite a bit for a box. Other than that I really like the convenience of this place and the long hours. DON'T DO IT!! Go somewhere else. I ALWAYS use Fed Ex but decided to use this store because it was closer and more convenient. Dropped my package of on 11/22/21. Paid $153 for 2 day shipping to Georgia. Come Friday I get the word that the package wasn't received. Call the store and they say they'll call UPS. My package made it to Oakland, CA but now it's missing. Investigation opened and they're saying it will take 1-8 days. The staff is very dry and rude. They act like you're irritating them when you're following up on your missing package! Only one lady was nice but still couldn't give any info. They also didn't offer insurance on the package. NEVER AGAIN will I use this store or UPS. I will also make sure my family and friends don't. Get it together! You suck! read more

I would have given 0 star if possible. My package was said to be "delivered" 5 days ago but it never showed at my porch as the tracking details said. I checked my surveillance camera and the delivery man never showed up. Called this location and tried to figure out what was going on. The girl who picked up the phone was the rudest person I have ever seen. Told her the situation and she said she was busy and put me on hold forever. Called the second time, tild me to call back 30 minutes later because she was the only person working and she was busy. Called the third time after 40 minutes, she tild me to call by the end of the day because she is BUSY. I AM PISSED. So am I not your customer or what?? I said "You already had me call back 30 minutes ago and now you are telling me to call back again?" She kept saying that she is the only one working and she is too busy to deal with me and as I talked to her, she hung up the phone without saying anything. Really rude customer service and manager. They even argue with you when you tell them what UPS customer service has told you. When you show them that other stores DO show the expected delivery date on the receipt, they argue that its not a receipt even when you show them. I am STILL in shock about my experience here tonight. Update: after reading a few reviews, I see that there are new owners at this location. That explains a lot. read more

The lady on the counter was not kind when I asked a question about whether I could use my laptop or cell phone to print a file. She glanced sidewise at me and raised her voice when I asked same question a couple of times. They didn't know how to treat their customers. It was bad experience. Went into the store to return something for amazon and didn't realize I needed to email the return label never had to before and the owner Mercy told me I had to pay 3.50 to print a piece of paper and then she could send it... then after she printed it told me I need to pay for a box well after that would be more than the return.... so I said never mind I don't want to send it and she says sorry still charging you cause I printed it.... her customer service was horrible I will never go back to that ups... and I was sending a package that cost me 20 bucks and she was so Set on charging me 3.50 she forgot to charge me the 20 but because of the good person I am I said I still owe 20 for the other and she still charged me the 3.50 I said I could of just paid the 3.50 and said nothing but since I'm a good person I'm honest ... you well you just like to ripe people off read more

This UPS store is NOT professional at all. It's a poor representation of UPS as an organization. I had some very important documentation to fax and the daughter did not fax the documents properly. The store is in a 510 area code. I read the fax# to her with area code 925...... (bay area code) she asked if this was a local number??? Fax did not go through. As she's standing there trying to figure things out... she's reading my private documents - seriously?! - I asked her to refax the docs. Daughter proceeds to tell me (customer) that she knows she fax to the right # of which she could not repeat leading me to believe she faxed incorrectly. Then daughter goes on to help another customer after refaxing my docs she asked her mom to check if fax went through. As mom stands there she proceeds to read my private documents too - really?! - After all that $12.00 to fax 7 sheets of paper. Total rip off with very bad and unprofessional services. read more

I'LL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE!!! Aside from the fact that they charge so high ($5 for faxing 3 pages + $2.50 for using the computer for less than 3mins + $1.00 for prints), the staff was not at all customer-oriented. Two female employees behind the desk were busy talking about car seats and strollers without even updating me first whether or not my fax went through. I even had to break their discussion just to find out what's going on. Even while taking care of my bill, they kept yapping away about car seats and strollers. They immediately went to the back to continue their discussion after I signed my receipt and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. Unfortunately, I found out through a text message that I had to submit another fax; so I had to call out their attention and break their discussion...again. Strike 1: The first person to greet me was apparently too busy fiddling with his phone to help, so he shouted the name of another employee to summon her from the back office before returning to his text messages. Way to make the only customer in the store feel like a low priority. Strike 2: I was not informed that the box they were shipping my laptop in was going to total $32.88 until after they'd already sealed my computer inside. Even after doing the research to find that this is, indeed, the going rate for this box, I still feel ripped off since I was not warned. Strike 3: When I realized that the shipping instructions from Samsung advised that I write the repair order number on two sides of the box for faster processing, I called to ask that they please help me comply with these instructions. My call was answered by the same man who was texting when I entered the store. He absolutely refused to do copy the number over, insisting no less than half a dozen times that the number was already written on the shipping label. His refusal confused me, so I asked him a series of questions to confirm that he was, in fact, capable of complying: I confirmed that he still had the box in his possession. I confirmed that he could read the number - he read it off. It matched my email from Samsung. I confirmed that he had a Sharpie. I confirmed that, since the number was already on the label, he was capable of copying it onto two other sides. I confirmed that the box was large enough and had enough blank space that he couple fit the order number on two of its sides. He even put me on hold while he found out the box's dimensions, in inches, before telling me for the sixth time that there was no need for him to copy the number because it was already on the label. It was like being trapped in a Monty Python skit, but without the charming British accents. I honestly, honestly wish there was even an ounce of hyperbole in this story, that this were some imaginative recreation of a mundane, mildly disappointing customer service experience. I'm not sure whether writing that number on two sides of the box was going to make a difference of minutes or days in processing time on Samsung's end, but after spending $32.88 on a goddamn box, I didn't think it was unreasonable for me to as for this quick favor. He spent seven minutes on the phone with me refusing to give me ten seconds' worth of help. If I had it to do over again, I would have driven the laptop to Texas, myself. read more
