So I've shipped 50+ pairs of shoes through this ups store within the past 3 months or so. I go there today with a single pair of shoes and ask to purchase a box. The dimensions are 14x10x8. I've paid roughly $6 a box every time I've come here (still on the high side but convenient). Today I get a price of $13 for a box to ship the shoes. I ask if she is mistaken and asked her co-worker and he goes uh yea that's right. Clearly the help needs help. Stay away. read more

This store is the worst. Walked in and there were only two other people in there. The lady up front (she is the one front and center in their picture) did not even look up. The person she was helping was just filling out forms so it did not look like she had a lot going on. No smile, no welcome, nothing. Very rude person. I will not be going back. I told my husband about the experience and he knew exactly who I was talking about. Said he went to drop something off and waited at the store until 9:15am. Store is supposed to open at 9am. Said the lady was late and the were people waiting outside the store. She didn't even apologize. Sunshine needs to find a new happy place if this owner wants to be successful. read more

This store has failed to give me all my packages at least twice. It's failed to sign packages in at least twice. It even game me 2 pieces of somebody else's mail. And now I'm standing outside for 30 minutes while they "clean and organize." I left work to come here, and they're closed in the middle of the day. I don't know how long they've been closed; somebody who left and came back said they've been closed 2 hours. read more

I m giving this location a 5 stars, they always have good service there. I went last week and a women named Brandi helped me and she was the very best, I mean it. She went above and beyond, cutting and resizing my box and with a smile on her face. She truly had an amazing customer service ! I paid extra to have my package insured, in October, it is now almost March! They are still ' working on my claim'. I have plenty of pictures and documentation. I have not seen a penny. They damaged my insured package, and they won't pay for what they broke. Now they haven't responded to my texts, and are ignoring me. It just seems like they give you the 'run around' in tell you lose patience, and give up.. Worst customer service, and experience I have ever had. Waste of time and money. Never go here. read more

Unbelievable customer service. I was able to find the managers private cell phone number when I had a shipping emergency and he just helped talk me through my problem with professionalism and the best sense of customer service I've experienced this year. I felt very well taken care of. Just the fact that I could text and call a manager who bent over backwards to help me (and for $120 cheaper than their competitors) was very reassuring during my emergency. They shipped me the item I forgot while rushing to the airport and it arrived at our hotel in less than 24 hours. All for over 100 dollars cheaper than their competitor. I always mail/ship packages from UPS and they are always good and super fast like for ground it gets there in less than 3 business days usually. But sometimes when during shipping I've been told my stuff has been a little messed up when it arrived to its destination. I brought a very sentimental mirror in to be packaged and shipped. I asked them to pack while I watched because I felt worried. They were all very nice even though very busy. Went there last week to ship something. Had 2 customers ahead of me. Waited over 20 min without even being acknowledged. The clerk was helping a gentlemen with a huge stack of paperwork that I'm assuming needed to be notarized. I understand that they only had one person working, and he was quite busy, but here are a few suggestions, either hire another clerk, or train your clerks to look up at the customers when they enter the store and just say "hi, be with you as soon as I can", or "sorry for the wait", anything besides pretending you are not standing there. Even the customer being served apologized for the wait! read more

On Saturday 9/1 at 0900 the store was not open yet, then at 0907 I was let in the store to watch the guy open the store and get dressed for work, no, "excuse me for being late", nothing, a lady walked in and said hello and he ignored her. I asked him if he was the owner because it must be nice to have a job and be so flexible. Then he quoted me an astronomcial price of $73 for a light box which USPS shipped for $22. I have not used this business much, but you can be sure I never will again. there are 3 other UPS stores a short drive away. read more

Here's how the fleecing pencils out: 20x12x12 box $5.11 (box) 20x12x12 mat $4.28 (popcorn) 20x12x12 serv $5.80 (guy puts peanuts in, tapes ends of box) $8.46 Shipping Total : $24.50 OBVIOUSLY, the guy putting the peanuts in the box and taping the ends makes aroundt EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS per hour to justify that gouge job. I have now come in here for small copy job (5 copies of a printout), a print job for 250 business cards, and recently I setup a mailing box for a new company. Each time I felt like I had the staff's undivided attention and was their most important customer...despite the fact that the first job was barely over a buck when the register rang me up. that is always a good gauge for me This store is not near my house, but my business takes me here several times a month.
