Worst UPS experience at the Solana Beach location ever. Dude was unfriendly, unhelpful, wouldn't accept the official, printed UPS label. If the item hadn't been so heavy, I would have lifted it back in the car and hauled out of there. Will use a different store in the future. read more

I went here to send a package. There were 2 of us in the store, me some lady looking at cards and the clerk "Carrie" I believe. At first she said id be right with you "which was nice" 10 mins later she still continued to build a box and bubble wrap a Lobster picture ignoring me. Anyway, I couldn't believe how long she ignored me for so I walked out. This was my first experience here and I won't be back. I'm giving 2 stars because the store was very clean. But a very clean store doesn't get my package shipped. I left and went to The Post Office behind there. The other lady looking at cards couldn't believe it either. Worst shipping service ever. The FRAGILE package that I sent from their store was naked that way with their own stickers. After it circled the USA making 12-15 stops it never was delivered but returned back 11 days later in horrible condition. They had no care whatsoever and said I would not get a refund and that the $500 extra insurance I took out would not cover the damaged china inside ($450 broken items.) Their only task was package delivery but it was not done and then the item was broken. They are happy to take your money but will not follow through on the job or file a claim for you when the task is not competed or your items are damaged. Please take your business anywhere but here. They do not care about wasting your time, money or breakage if things you are shipping. I tried to contact the owner and they have not contacted me back. UPS corporate it so difficult to get though to but several hours of effort revealed that the independent store is responsible. Now left to dispute the transaction with my credit card, Yelp, contact BBB and file a claim against them myself. read more

Avoid this store. I had a mail box for five years. We moved and no longer needed the po box, so asked for the mail to be forwarded. This UPS store will not forward mail unless you pay them $3 per day. The worst part, is they stop the Post Office from forwarding your mail. Stanley Park insists on being paid to forward mail which is a free service from the United States Postal Service. read more

Pretty standard ups shipping store. They even have a notary public if you need one. Building a box to fit your shipment is not a problem. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would suggest taking your items to this location. Parking is a little sketchy but if you can find a spot on the street out front, be careful backing out into traffic. read more

Wow. Do not go to this store. Every time I go in there this woman by name of Kerry has a horrible attitude and is so rude. Very unhappy with herself. I put the boxes on the counter and she said do you want to put the labels on yourself. Said she will charge me for tape. So extremely rude. Has no desire for the business. I'll go back the the UpS store in Del Mar Highland where they are so nice and so helpful. If you want to lose business continue to employ this lady. She hates people! read more

Time wasted. It took a half an hour to have a 3 page fax sent. Two people there but only one was working the front desk. The other one in the back packing for UPS after the UPS truck had already left. The kept saying the fax wasn't going through. It wasn't going through because he was hitting the wrong buttons. read more

This location will charge you $3.00 to print a UPS return label. Because the other locations have not charged me, and because the charge seems onerous, I will not be returning to this location for any other services. read more

This UPS Store is the best around. They never leave you waiting, always helpful and more important "to me" they have a notary on duty. They went through a tough remodel when the city tore up Hwy 101 and blocked most of the businesses for a year. I'm just glad this business was able to survive. read more

Consistently bad service. Rude store owner/manager 'Daniel Levy' Always has a rude remark when I am dropping off prepaid UPS label boxes- which they must accept. Apparently they are too lazy to do their job at this store and I recommend avoiding at all costs. Who needs their attitude for no reason. You don't want to lift boxes? Made a quick stop in here on Saturday to print out a ticket for the Fair/SD Beer Festival. The woman working was amazingly helpful. Highly recommend this spot for all your shipping/printing needs in Solana Beach. read more
