I cannot purchase from the auction house that recommends these people, an auction house that will not accept responsibility for insuring a rolled up painting. Bradford's is losing my business. I know that means little to them, but in my experience, those who ignore such problems are ignoring others who have these issues. Very frustrating.

So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
