This UPS store is extremely untrustworthy. My package stated that it was delivered here. The worker, Ram, denied that he had my package even though it explicitly stated on my form that he signed for it. I asked him if he could check the tracking number, he stated that he could not and the only thing I could do was to go to the hub. After driving another 15 minutes to the hub, the supervisor at the hub told me that Ram signed for it. The driver of the vehicle was contacted and the driver stated that he signed for it. The supervisor instructed me to drive back and talk to Ram again. After going back, Ram denied again that he didn't have my package. He called the hub, the hub said that I can call the 800 number and go back to the hub tomorrow. After asking if he could call again to talk to the driver, he said that he could not, that he does not work for UPS. This whole system in Ventura is a shady business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP! read more

I came to return an item via Amazon return. He took my information and set the package aside. I paid 8$. I said for an Amazon return? He said yes. The package arrived at my house 2 days later. With the original delivery label attached. They did not return it to the sender. He charged me for one piece of tape that did not secure the package and sent it back to me. I took the package back and he recognized his mistake ( barely). Gave me no money back and still never applied the label or taped my package in front of me. Supposedly it's been returned. Don't trust this place unless you label and package your items yourself. They advertise packaging service but do not take care in packaging your item. Or labeling it. I was not offered insurance for my package. BTW. There was never a change for my Amazon return of course. I'm 8$ out to have it mislabeled and mispackaged and returned. read more

I use their PO Box service, packaging supplies, Amazon return services, etc. and have always been completely satisfied. We have had a mailbox at this location for 10+ years and have never had a problem with service or prices. The owners are always friendly and personable. They have always been so helpful with any/all postage needs. We did our family of 7 passport photos with ease. They even will notarize your document. They are genuine good-hearted people. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR AMAZON RETURNS. Even if you have a scannable code for free return shipping, this USP retailer will charge you a fee to return your "no cost to return" item. Go to the UPS store on Telephone and Main street at Winco shopping center. They told me that it is free but some UPS retailer sites ignore Amazon's agreement and charge for returns. Don't let your refund getting eaten up by a UPS retailers nickling and diming you. Otherwise the clerk was very kind. I did like how nice he was to the apparently homeless in the area needing a small bit of help like a stapler or piece of tape. read more

Do not use this USP store! I took in a pair of shoes to be returned, but only had the shoebox. I needed them to package the shoes in a box and attach the shipping label. Well these people must be pulling a scam because they printed the return label and said it would be taken care of. I never actually saw them package it up, which is completely my fault for not sticking around. 4 weeks later the seller has never received the package and there are no tracking updates on my package. I now have to file a claim and hope that UPS will refund my money. Go to any other UPS store besides this one. It's sketchy the amount of items they have sitting in the store behind the desk. Bins upon bins of toys, games, clothes, etc. I'm sure my shoes are lost in that pile, if not sold off on the black market for a higher price. I do not recommend. read more

This guy repeatedly attempts to charge me for packaging fee for returns to Amazon when on Amazon it clearly stated that "no label or box is needed" and it would cost $0 to me. (See attached image). Last time I changed to a different store and returned the same item without a problem and without any charge. Do not use this store if you have options. read more

This is a Mom n Pop business that made it through COVID which wasn't easy. Sometimes they're swamped and a smile or kind word is all they need. I take all of my Amazon returns there and it's always been easy. I've used some of their other services and been happy. read more

I needed something motorized quickly and the man at the counter said it would be $15. So I out a $20 bill in front of him on the counter. Then he wanted To charge me $5 to fax. Then he told me he had to check the camera to see if I put the $20 on the counter after I put it down in front of him. I waited for him to checkbthe camera to very that yes I had given him $20 and he took it. This is ridiculous, and I realize he may have trust issues. But don't doubt my integrity in payment. read more

Do not use this place. It adds a day to delivery because it's NOT UPS. So $500 on COVID tests wasted because they didn't arrive on time. And no help when I called asking for help and certainly didn't want to explain that sending it thru them added a day we couldn't afford. Panic and chaos ensued and just not a nice way to vacation. UPS should know that this store that represents them is a scam. It is an access point for UPS which means I already paid for my package to be delivered. They charged me $5 by saying I didn't have a PO box there and had to pay to pick up my box. I paid it because I didn't want my box getting returned. I already paid $7 shipping and then another $5 to them and the receipt says miscellaneous. Do not use this business for anything especially UPS transactions. Use the main Hub on Palma. I am and will continue to try to report this business to UPS. If I can file some sort of complaint I will. If I can file something with the county I will. read more

I bought an item almost a year ago online and this store was preferred shipper. I paid for insurance. RAM the owner shipped it. The item was in box w little packing and the box was dented in/crushed on 1 side which damaged the item. I was told to ship item back and did. UPS told me they were waiting on pictures from RAM to make judgement for the insurance. UPS has never gotten pictures and RAM will not return my calls or tell me anything about this settlement. Poor service and appears to be a crook. Be ware, if you have problems I do not think it will go well. Very disappointe. was a $225.00 item, no big deal and had $500.00 in coverage so you would think this would be an easy fix. read more

Ram Manwani.. presumably the "owner" typically has a very "curt" demeanor when you walk in. Lacks any type of extra help and suggestions. Lastly he flat out takes advantage of you if you a making an Amazon return. My scenario.. Brought 3 shirts in to return. Had 3 return labels printed out , 3 clear soft bags with merchandise in side. Asked if I could return all in the one bag.. Answer NO!! Ram said I needed individual bags for each. Ram charged $8.57 for plastic bags. Once I paid, and he scanned the items in, I noticed a giant box behind the counted full of Amazon soft envelopes? What is that I asked? He said we are a "container store" for Amazon, and If you have YOUR QR code we just scan that and throw the Parcells into the box.. LIKE MY PARCELS? Yes was his reply! This ups store should use their franchise. I have tried to return Amazon purchases on three different occasions each time I am told their scanner is broken. The store itself is dirty and disorganized. As far as customer service the people in there do not respond in a friendly manner. Fact is they hardly look at you. This guy is a CROOK. Amazon offered me free shipping if I returned two pop-up tents I needed for a swim meet that was canceled. The guy charged me $6.95 for something but I paid it thinking no big deal. Then I found out from Amazon when my return was being processed the UPS guy charged me $26.00 to my credit card. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before using this store. I dropped of a box that was being return, it was ready to go and had a prepaid label. I was charged for a box and packing supplies because "the box was not up to UPS standards", mind you I was returning the package in the same box that UPS dropped it off in. I found it odd but paid anyway. I did some shopping at Vons was in and out with in 10 minutes and decided to pick up the box. The man behind the counter stated that it had been picked up and would not give me the box. I emailed customer service and this was their response. "I would like to bring to your attention that the UPS Store locations are independently owned and operated franchises. In this instance you can contact the The UPS Store corporate office. This is an amazing store. The owners are fantastic, always helpful and kind no matter how many things I have and how difficult the process is. I have a PO Box here also. I am always greeted with a cheery hello along with everyone else that comes in while I'm there. I would never go anywhere else. I rarely leave reviews, but Ramesh was kind beyond measure when I stopped by around lunchtime. I called ahead of time to make sure there would be a notary when I stopped by and he made sure I knew all the documents I would need to complete the service. When I arrived, he greeted me and then wrapped up with a customer walking me through the process. He was the only one working so while I was filling out the forms he took the time to answer the phone and help another customer while still ensuring that what I needed was completed. Everyone's questions were answered and he did a great job managing the flow of customers who stopped by. He was kind, patient, and made sure everything was done correctly. While you could say this was simply him doing his job, I very much appreciated the high level of customer service. He made a mundane procedure easy as could be. read more

I went into the UPS STORE that is near me and had been recommended to me by a friend. The young woman there helped me with some copies that required the front and back of a few of my I.D. cards to be visible side by side, and she showed me how to use the copier, for some items that were easier to copy. I felt comfortable staying at a work counter while getting items ready to mail. There was a mail slot also provided! Great customer service, reasonable prices! read more

Finally he helped me as if I was interrupting their whine-fest and charged me $2.50 to tape a label to my textbook return rental box. What a Fucking Jerk and a flat out joke; avoid this disgrace of a UPS store - most UPS stores normally offer great customer service - but not here. I recently sent a package from this store for a food drop on a backpacking trip I was going on. The estimated cost online to ship my package was $20-25 but when I went to the store, the gentleman quoted me $41. He up charged me for the location and for the package being in plastic tub. I called UPS and they said that the stores are independently ran and each store can quote you a different price. I talked to other fellow backpackers on the trail who made the shipment with the same weight at other UPS locations and were only charged in the $20-25 range. Watch out for the owner and his pricing - he might squeeze you. The package did make it to its destination. read more

Came here to print a study guide for school. No one thought to tell me that a color printed page would be $1.30 EACH. So my 14 page study guide came out to be $20.00. Used to color printing being .50 cents per page, guess these people live in an alternate universe where they charge almost 3x this amount. ALSO checked online and UPS quoted me .50 cents per page, EVEN IF IT WAS A DOUBLE SIDED PAGE. These guys are crooks, go somewhere else. Don't know how they even get business. read more
