Delicious Crunchwrap contains chicken, lettuce, crunchy onions, and sesame dressing. Ate it too fast to take a photo! I did take a photo of the Manoa Valley açaí bowl, yummy with granola both on the bottom and sprinkled on top, which reduces brain freeze. No worry, still get plenny açaí! The people there are so nice, with spot-on recommendations. Food is tasty and healthy. They are dedicated to helping Hawai'i eat "clean" and fresh. Sharp turn into narrow driveway for the small parking lot in the back. Area may look sketchy, but actually this place is a hidden gem. Happy valley wrap! Decent, but small and lightly filled. It looks ok in the takeout box, however when you pick it up, you see just how short it is. I eat here at least once a week because it's a short walk from work. My recommendations would be the crunch wrap and Kalama valley with chicken or Waimea sandwich but everything is good! Açaí bowls are a fave as well! Simple and quality ingredients and always fresh! Call ahead or order online if you don't want to wait because they make everything to order. They're also available on Uber Eats, etc. it's a cozy space with 2 tables inside that customers can use to dine in. Owner and staff are super friendly and are happy to give you recommendations. Love love love the Nainoa Valley wrap. Generous portion and the smoked salmon and veggies are super fresh!!! Excellent place if you like clean eating but still crave good food! You'll see the price is fair after you get your order and taste how fresh the ingredients are and see how big the wraps are. Parking is in the back of the building. If you know Kinau area, you should be able to find it easily. They are on the makai side of Kinau, so during traffic hours you'll need to come around from Beretania to access it more easily. One thing to note: This area is a little sketchy. Usually just at night, but there were a couple of homeless people about to scrap outside when we went on a Saturday afternoon. It sounded intense (lowkey scary) and the cashier came to lock the door until they were gone. Appreciate him doing that but I can't exactly say it felt safe. Hopefully they prosper a bit more and relocate elsewhere. read more

The sprouts were sparse and the pieces were thin and dried up. The bread reminded me of Costco ciabatta. I did like the turkey and layer of tightly packed spinach. I've been trying to find places where I can pick up healthier food options. The Valley Health Bar delivered! It's a small location on Kinau Street that has parking to the side of the building. Easy enough to call in your order for take out but they also have some seating inside if you want to dine in. Service was perfunctory but adequate. Bring your own bag. I tried the Nainoa Valley ($16.25) Wrap. A good amount of Smoked Salmon with Kale, Avocado, whole pieces of Almond, and roasted sesame seeds. I'm assuming there is a roasted sesame dressing. Loved the flavors of this! Comes with a small salad with some kine balsamic dressing. I ate half and saved the other half for later. If you don't eat the wrap right away, the sauce pools at the bottom. I ended up turning it over for a bit to distribute the sauce better and all good! Will try their other offerings but I suspect I'll end up liking the Nainoa Valley the best. read more

I love me a good wrap. It feels healthier and it's a quick meal that fills you up and makes you smile! The Valley Health Bar is the place to pick up your next healthy wraps! The prices ranges from $8 (for their Makaha juice) to $17.75 (wraps, salads and sandwiches). The portion is perfect for me. If you're willing to spend $15-$20 at McDonald's, I'd say give this place a try. They don't have fries but the wrap comes with a salad and a dressing. We ordered Happy Valley Wrap. It's a buffalo chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce and avocado wrap. I wish there was more chicken and if they can add more heat. It had a bland taste for a buffalo chicken. The 2nd wrap we got is Kaupo Valley Wrap. It's chicken, tomato, lettuce with the house-made Caesar dressing. I wish they'll consider adding a little more chicken. For the salad, the dressing is ok but maybe consider having a different dressing to match the wrap? The wrap was a little dry so adding more sauce would make it better. They have options for different diet including vegetarian, meat lovers, and gluten free. I'd definitely return to give them another try. read more

I moved across the street from this restaurant and have tried 3 of their sandwiches. It's a small place but big on character. I went in one time and they remembered my name when I came back. The owner, Waikoloa, is extremely friendly and ready to help decide which sandwich to eat. They also have açaí bowls, drinks, which includes a tea, extremely healthy for the body and is delicious! If you live near here or work near here and haven't been here - you're missing out. This is by far one of the healthiest places to eat in Honolulu. I always wanted to try here but never attempted because I saw that it's a small shop on Kinau street that you'd miss right away if you weren't looking so just a head up. Happy I got to finally stop by today! Service was really friendly and fast. I ordered the Nainoa Valley wrap and it was good! Very large wrap that could probably feed two. Perfect amount of sesame dressing and the nuts in it gave a nice crunch texture to the salmon and avocado. Kale was very fresh and crisp. Wasn't really a fan of the balsamic vinegar they had with the side salad.. it was a bit strong for my taste so I'd probably try subbing it out next time for a different dressing. Overall, I would come back. Every thing on the menu is healthy so that's a major plus if you're trying to eat more greens. read more

I ordered the valley through ubereats. I ordered the manoa acai bowl with granola on the side, mind you I have ordered this many times prior. When i ordered it before it came in a normal sized bowl that you would imagine an acai would come in (the one pictured on the ubereats website). I ordered the acai bowl today for lunch and when it got me the acai bowl wasn't even a BOWL. It was SO SMALL, served in a 12 oz cup not even FILLED up all the way, maybe 60% of the CUP. I am fabbergasted at the size and assumed it was wrong or they ran out of bowls. I called the valley and spoke to a kaimana (I believe) and was informed that their acai bowls are served in cups now. When I questioned why it was not filled up all the way she mentioned that the granola on the side is what would fill the cup. BUT the granola on the side was in a tiny plastic container that they usually place their balsamic vinergrette in and would not have filled the cup at all or made any difference. She also mentioned that what they serve in the cup now is actually more than the bowl that they used before. I wish I took a picture because if you guys could see it, I mean it was laughable. The girl on the phone was not apologetic, had some tone to her voice but said she would refund me so that was nice. Everyone else that I have encountered at this place before was always super nice, but I was pushed back at the service today. But just in case for anyone that is planning to order an acai bowl from them in the future, DONT. that cup should have been maybe five dollars at most but they have the NERVE to charge $16. read more

Once you get into the establishment you are offered 2 picnic tables for seating. The service was great, friendly and efficient! The music playing in the background was not offensive either. They do get busy so make sure to order ahead or be patient waiting. Onto the food! I had the Waipiʻo Valley sandwich which comes with a small side salad and balsamic dressing. It was very tasty. The serving size was small, but it was very flavorful. My cousin tried the ʻĪao Valley wrap which also came with a side salad. I sampled it and the ratio of everything was perfect. We also grabbed a Mānoa Valley Açaí bowl. The serving size was perfect for two or one with a big appetite. The texture of the açaí was thick (which mainstream is thin, by the time you walk to your car it has melted). Over all a great experience that didn't leave me feeling larger than life! read more

Parking was a hit or miss because once you miss the parking lot you have to go all the way around. .make sure you slow down and make a right as soon as you pass the place... I ordered the reg acai bowl and it really was good!!! Also ordered the green juice which was more on the earthy side but still good, not very sweet. I had the salmon wrap w almonds and it did not disappoint. It was definitely filling and it came w a real good salad w balsamic dressing. Great little place. Saw it on social media before and never stopped to try it cuz it is not a super convenient location but was getting off freeway and thought "why not?" I parked in the back, but be aware that there are very few parking spots, but I must've gotten lucky because after I got into the restaurant there seem to be a ton of people coming in and trying to get out the parking was challenging. It was about 12 noon. There are lots of great items on the menu and I opted for the Kalama Valley tacos, which are served on those puffy Indian naan breads you get from Costco. The miso dressing on it is really yummy and it was packed full of kale. They were pretty busy taking orders so I decided to just order via the DoorDash app and watched as the staffer approved my order. I waited maybe less than 10 minutes but got my order and they were really gracious. I ended up taking it out to Alan Davis to eat there and it was super delicious. Maybe my only feedback is that it would be great to be able to take it in a handheld version like in a wrap, but none of the wraps were actually vegetarian or vegan, which is why I did not opt for those. I do really like the naan bread but would've just liked to have it in a compact form. Maybe I can make a special request next time. Staff was friendly and working hard and I was surprised to see that it was so busy given the location is kind of weird off of Kinau Street. Glad to patronize and would definitely recommend this spot! read more

I walked from work but there is a small parking area behind the building. The service is awesome, friendly and helpful if you trying to figure out what to eat. I've had had the Waip'o Valley, a turkey sandwich that was just great, fresh bread, fresh ingredients. What can I say and the other was the Nainoa Valley, a smoked salmon kale wrap. This place is such a hidden gem. The service is lovely, the food is great, and you feel good eating it. I've been here before and had the acai bowl which was good, but I might like the savory options more. The kaupo valley wrap is their chicken Caesar wrap that I believe has homemade dressing -- and this dressing was honestly amazing. The veggies were crisp and fresh which paired nicely with the soft chicken. Also, the dressing for the side salad was a balsamic that is much tangier than the ones you buy at the store. As someone who makes dressing, I appreciate the extra effort! The service was so friendly and helpful that I might've come back again even if the food was just ok. This 1 year old business is located right before the Kinau St exit of H-1, a seemingly unlikely spot for this cute little sandwich shop which has more of a North Shore type vibe. In addition to sandwiches and wraps, they also serve tacos, açaí bowls, and green juice. Items on their menu are designated with "vegan" and "so Ono" . We got a special salmon with furikake rice and spinach salad which was not on the menu and their popular Waipi'o Valley turkey sandwich which were both healthy and delicious. The salmon was cooked just right, and the sandwich was tasty with flavors of pesto aioli and sundried tomato which blended well with the turkey on nice artisan bread. There are 2 wooden tables for dining in but I'm guessing most folks do take out. I love that they have a pay it forward type of board where you can buy food to support front line workers like nurses, teachers, flight attendants , etc... We got lucky with metered street parking nearby but otherwise that would be the drawback unless you live or work nearby.
