I got fries with it ($3.50) to complete my meal. The employee ringing me up was friendly and advised that there would be about a 20 minute wait due to the large group order ahead of me. My friend ordered from Goji and we sat at a table on that side. My food came out in 15 minutes, which went by quickly. The sandwich was loaded up and very saucy, so it was messy eating it. But the flavors were strong and it was yummy. I may get hot sauce next time to kick it up. I enjoyed the fries with ketchup on the side to balance it out. They had samples of their spicy jerky, which was good. They have drinks that looked good but I stuck with my water. Overall I enjoy coming here and getting to eat plant-based food. I understand the upcharge and I completely get that modifications are final sale, that's pretty standard. I've never returned food or had an issue like that before. That said, the repeated warning just felt unnecessary and honestly a bit off-putting. It took away from the overall experience at a place I've always enjoyed. I asked for garlic aoli instead of mayo for my cheeseburger. My coworker asked for a cheeseburger but got a chicken fried steak. My other coworker asked for a cheeseburger without any vegetables but all of them were on his burger or on the side.
