I busted a U-turn as it had me intrigued with the open flag signs and noticed there were food trucks and knew this place was new. You can easily miss the entrance if you aren't paying attention. LOL! There are two entrances to the parking lot. It is fairly small. There are two food trucks and 1 coffee/tea tiny truck: 1) Little India Puyallup 2) Backyard Pizza & Burgers 3) Mocha Stop Upon talking with the owners, they had stated they had just opened approximately 2-3 weeks ago. They have outdoor dining in the rear section of the food trucks. Canopies/Umbrellas covered the dining tables. A red tractor is in the outdoor space which allows the kids to play on while waiting or after eating. Outdoor space is clean and a relaxing vibe. I opted to eat Indian food on my first visit and would like to return to try the Backyard pizza and burgers. I ordered the butter chicken which comes with basmati rice $14.95. Ordered two garlic naan bread $3.95 and mango lassi $4.95. My food was served to me at my table. It was truly delicious and tasty. I really enjoyed eating outdoors that early evening. It was still warm and sunny. Service was excellent! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I plan to return again. =))

It was by far the best taste I had all day. It was well worth six bucks. Now that I know where they're located I will see what else they have to offer. Good eats yummy!! Hopefully the same six dollar taste item only more of it. Any additional cost would be worth it.

I've been looking to eat here for a few months now. I was so happy to see them at the pumpkin patch…read moretoday and stopped by with my family to have lunch. Service was fast friendly and efficient. The truck is beautiful and the menu is very easy to read, with ample choices without it being too much to choose from. The four of us ordered the Philly sandwich with tots, kids 2 tenders and tots, a blue raspberry lemonade and the gumbo collard greens. Got out just under $63 with the tip included and it was very worth it. Portion sizes are great and food quality was even better. The Philly was dressed with tomato, lettuce, onion, cheese and a sauce. Tasted like a gyro and a cheesesteak had a baby with good hair! That meat was tender juicy and flavorful! Not only was the toasted bread nice and soft, but it held up with all the meat that was stuffed into it. It was exactly how it should be, more meat than stuff. The kids tenders were cooked to perfection. Simple, crispy and juicy. Tots on both meals were crispy and seasoned well. We chose fry sauce for the tots and it did not disappoint. Very close in taste to the burger sauce at in-n-out. The star of the show was the gumbo collard greens! Babyyyyy!!! When I tell you she know how to make some soul food, believe me. The flavors coming out of that bowl had me tussling with my kids for the last bite. I've never tried adding greens to my gumbo before, but I might have to from now on. This experience, from start to finish, was one I want to have again and again. I recommend trying whatever soul food item she's offering on the menu when you visit. Someone walking by as we were waiting, said to get the wings with the "oohwee" sauce. I'll try that next since I see myself going back again and again. 10/10 recommend.

We tried The Corndoggery at a county fair recently. Hand dipped corn dogs are few and far between,…read moreso this was definitely at the top of our priority list! The menu was extensive, and I especially liked that they offered an all beef option. Service was great. The staff were super friendly and kind, especially considering they were working on a busy, hot day with poor air quality. We got a beeper, so we didn't even have to stay right next to the truck while waiting for our order. Everything came out quickly, and there was a table set up right next to the truck specifically for Corndoggery customers. There were picnic tables nearby, but it was really nice being able to sit and eat right there. The corn dogs came out hot and had great flavor. I also liked that they were served in a paper lined basket rather than having to hold onto a large corn dog the entire time. It gave us somewhere to set it down between bites, which was a nice touch. My only gripe (and the reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5) is that the corn dogs weren't actually very crispy. That's one of our favorite things about a corn dog! They looked beautifully golden brown, but the corn coating had a softer texture than we were hoping for. Maybe they just needed a couple of minutes in an air fryer or something? Overall though, we enjoyed them and would definitely give Corndoggery another try!

I was invited by a friend so decided to take my chances. Ordered the Jack Deluxe with cheese on a lettuce wrap. Small fry. Dining area is a tent with good tables.. much appreciated. Might help to put in more trees for a wind barrier. Hard to hold all that paper down. When my buzzer went off, indicating my order was ready... my slip said "no lettuce"... odd for a "lettuce wrap"... I opened it. Sure enough- no lettuce and it was ON bun. no condiment were offered or provided either. I did go back to the window and staff agreed to remake my burger. Had to throw away a perfectly good one. There was a family ahead of me... same happened to them. It may be good to 1. Train your staff on accommodations 2. Have a gluten free bread option.
