When we arrived, we got complimentary towels and a heart rate monitor to strap around our body to use for the day. The coach was amazing. He was pumped, great at explaining the exercises, & kept pushing us to push harder. At the end of the class, they gave us a cool essential oil infused towel. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

I have definitely seen the improvement in my overall physical stamina, body mass composition, and just overall fitness. Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.
