If I could give Dr McInerney 10 stars I would! She was referred to me by our vet when we knew it would soon be time for our Marlee to cross the rainbow bridge. She was one of the most caring and compassionate people that I've had the chance to meet and she made sure Marlee's passing was gentle and pain free. I can't stress enough how wonderful she was and we're so glad she was by our family's side to guide us through this heartbreaking moment. She also gave us a clipping of Marlee's fur in a cute little heart shaped container and was nice enough to make us two clay paw prints, one for me and one for my son and daughter in law. I know this is one of the hardest decisions to have to make but please don't hesitate on calling Dr Mack. She really helped make this so much easier.

From the very beginning, they made sure not only that Dirk was being cared for, but that I was supported as well during a very difficult time. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine. The staff took the time to answer questions, walk me through options, and ensure I felt informed and not alone in the decisions I had to make. What meant the most to me, though, was what happened after. I received (handwritten) signed condolence cards from their staff. That small but meaningful gesture spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. It showed that they truly care - not just about the pets they treat, but about the families who love them. Even though this was an incredibly hard experience, I'm grateful that Dirk and I were surrounded by people who treated us with such kindness and respect. I've asked them to call my babies' old vets to have them transfer their records, four years later and they still keep inaccurate records of their shots. Boynton is very far from me but the long drive was worth it for an amazing vet! And one last thing, the prices are the best I have ever seen! At my old vet I had to pay $300 for just one round of puppy shots, but here, it was less than half the price of the old vet! I will definitely be taking my puppy here again!
