I purchased a Groupon deal for a couple's Swedish massage for $125 (total price excluding tip for 60 minutes for two people) and my rating of 4 stars factors in the fact that I got these massages at a better rate than if I didn't get it through Groupon, so if I had paid full price (which I believe is about $220) I likely would have leaned more 3 stars. This isn't a fancy place so if you're looking for something a bit more upscale or luxurious, I would skip this place. This place is however a good option if you're looking for a deal of a massage and want to treat yourself without spending too much (I suggest checking Groupon to see if this place is still offering any discounts). I called for an appointment mid-week and was able to get an appointment for the upcoming Sunday. The inside looks a bit better than the exterior. Pulling up to the parking kind of looks like you've pulled up to a small apartment complex for businesses and you'll find the spa upstairs from the small parking lot. I'd rate the massage itself about 3 stars. The masseuses were speaking to each other in another language at full speaking volume during the massage a couple of times. It gave me the similar feeling of when I go get my nails done and am insecure if something is being said about me (except usually I expect even less chatter during a massage compared to getting my nails done). Compared to other massage spas I've been to, there were no aromas for relaxation that I noticed, nor were there any special beverages offered before the massage. They do give you a small paper cup of water after the massage. Overall, if you're doing the Groupon deal then it's worth coming here, but if it's for full price, I'd consider other options. Also be prepared to bring cash for tip, and if you're doing the Groupon then they ask to tip off the full price instead of discounted price. read more

The worst customer service. I have never struggled so much to make an appointment. I called a week in advance for a couples massage and I called to confirm my appointment time. They misunderstood and asked me if I wanted to book an appointment. I tried explaining that I was only confirming, but proceeded to tell me that my booked time was no longer available????? Now they won't pick up my calls and even left my messages on read. This whole process made me just not want to go back. I usually like to leave positive reviews, however, after the most uncomfortable massage I've ever received I am deciding to leave this review until management can reach out to me. I will leave the staff's name out of it to protect their livelihood. I've been to multiple massage places before and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. This place is unprofessional and left me wanting to get out as fast as possible. As soon as I entered the room I noticed they used paper towels as a face mat (as seen in the photo) and the beds are hard and thin. It was chaotic during these 15 minutes, masseuse came out to talk but didn't speak or understood english. New spa in Cupertino, nicely decorated and very friendly and talented therapists. The spa is in an older building but completely remodeled, its clean and fresh with an airy well lit lobby and private rooms with nice decor and soothing spa music throughout. The lobby has a nice kiosk for adding to your massage (longer time, hot stone, organic oils, etc... ) making it a well organized and smooth process to add onto your massage. Cici and Lucy gave my wife and I a couples deep tissue massage. They used deep strokes with their hands, forearms and elbows which really helped dig into the knots they found. I appreciate when the masseuse finds an spot and digs on vs just going through the motions of a whole body massage. They also put on these warm eye masks when we flipped over which were very soothing too. Overall I would recommend. I received a nice massage from Kathy. But, unfortunately I had a BIG huge issue... BE AWARE. A friend and I each scheduled 60 min massages. When we arrived, there were only 2 ladies present in the office. They were both our massage therapists. There was no receptionist, which I thought was strange and suspected might cause an issue during our massages. Kathy, my massage therapist placed me in a "couples room", literally on the other side of the reception desk. Which I casually questioned since it was a couple's massage room for only me. Kathy said she likes the big room. I thought ok... I soon discovered why I was placed in this first room, that shared a wall with the reception desk. During my massage, Kathy left the room "3 times"! She literally stopped, without a word during my massage to greet people that walked in, as I was receiving my massage! Not once, not twice, but 3 times! After my massage was complete and she left the room, I looked at the clock, it was 12:25pm! I received a 55 min massage! Not the 60 minute massage I paid for. In addition, Kathy did not complete one side of my massage! She massaged my right leg, and not my left!?! Did she think I wouldn't notice? It felt lopsided. But, I did not say anything as she turned on the light and scurried out. :( As we were departing the office, my friend's massage therapist "instructed" us to leave tips. A little miffed, I pulled out a $5 bill to give to my therapist, in light of being shorted, having my massage paused and interrupted 3 times, and lopsided! Basically to show my disapproval. At that point, (Kathy) my massage therapist told me that it wasn't enough! She needed more $$! OMG! So, I told her that I was shorted 5 minutes. Her reasoning for being shorted was basically that it was standard, the massage room was only available for 55 mins to prepare for the next customer! Really? Complete nonsense! BS. I have never heard of such a thing! So I gave Kathy another $10 upon her insistence! I was not going to argue with her. So, Kathy my massage therapist received a $15 tip. It was great!! My boyfriend & I got 60min Swedish massages using the Groupon I bought online which was $115 for both (before we tipped). We loved it here! We were both super satisfied with our massage therapists & thought they both did an excellent job. The facility is not necessarily the fanciest spa...nor is it a 'hole in the wall.' The inside of the suite looked new and very clean. The staff was respectful and attentive. They brought us cups of water at the end which I found odd but cute. We usually go to Massage Envy but honestly we'll probably be coming back here instead. Had a horrible experience and will never be returning back. My friend and I had a groupon for 2 deep tissue massages. The groupon app was down when we tried to show the purchase ticket but we had an email of proof of purchase that we were showing the receptionist but she would not accept that and kept insisting we need to open the app. We even had the code and it didn't work on their ipad (which had a weird setup). After about 20 mins of trying we were finally able to log into the app and show the groupon. All the receptionist wanted us to do was click the green button so we would not use it again. Which was a complete waste of our time since we had already bought the groupon and had a valid code. If you have issues with ppl using groupon, you should not put your business on groupon then. I asked if we would still be allotted the full time since it has been 20 mins since our appointment time and the receptionist said yes. I heard a knock at the door and I said come in and I started to feel someone already massage me and I heard a man's voice. I immediately told him that I asked specifically for a female masseuse but the man said there are no more while laughing. I felt very uncomfortable since he had started massaging me already. I should have stopped him completely but he did not understand anything I was saying and I did not want him to misunderstand anything and make things worse. So I asked him to not remove my blanket and just massage my upper body but he did not understand what I was saying. He misunderstood what I was saying and started to remove the blanket. I immediately grabbed the blanket and put it back on me and then he realized I did not want that removed and felt uncomfortable. The rest of the massage was just very uncomfortable since he appeared to be sick and kept blowing his nose and sneezing. After the massage was finished, I still gave the man a tip but I did not want to. I was about to leave but my friend saw how upset I was and mentioned to the receptionist that we had asked for female masseuses specifically on the phone when we booked the appointment. The receptionist had an attitude and was like I don't see that in the book (which is not our fault because we mentioned that we want female masseuses). Also the fact that the way they keep track of appointments is just by writing it down in a book is not the way it should be done considering they don't remember to write down special requests. I told the receptionist that I told the man I wanted a female to massage me right when I heard his voice but he said there were no more. She was shocked that he said that considering there were 2-3 female staff available. This is when I got really upset because it seemed like the man just wanted to get some extra money (my tip) which is why he told me no more females were available. The receptionist was just laughing and told me he doesn't know english. I mean how is that my problem. As a business you should have people who can understand and communicate with the customer. And since he didn't understand me, he should have left and gotten someone who speaks english. But instead he just kept massaging me even though I seemed visibly uncomfortable. The receptionist just kept blaming me and then told me I should have came out and told her that I wanted a female. I mean that is ridiculous because I am on the massage table with just a blanket covering me, how will I get up and go up to the front desk?? Then she said okay sorry we will try to avoid this from the future, this is just a huge misunderstanding. My friend insisted I get a voucher or some sort of compensation but all I wanted was a refund since I will never come back here. After a lot of back and forth, she called her boss and at the end they gave me a voucher for a free massage but I said I wanted a refund. She said she could not give me that because the massage was already done. This is so silly because I did not even want the massage from him in the first place and told him I wanted a female. I mentioned to the front desk and then again to the masseuse that I am here for a deep tissue massage but all the therapist did was the rubbing action w her hands and forearms. Very very briefly she dug into my problem areas. Not once she used her elbows or thumbs w pressure to relieve the knots. She was also very gentle despite of me asking her to use more pressure. This place has several levels of problems. First of all its a pain to communicate to any of the staff since they dont speak english and keep bringing phone for translation. second none has any etiquette, they talk loud, in parellel and talk to customers in parellel. Their focus is on money and do not ask for your body pain points, do not balance the pressure. whether you take 60 min or 90 min or 120 min they will focus majority time on back and always say not enough time for legs or other parts. Even if you put a request ahead or try to guide them during the massage, they do not listen. one cannot relax on their beds during massage since they randomly open room door without notice, talk to people passing by loud, go away to attend new customers at the reception. customer has to drive every minute of their massage if they want pain-relief and best value for their prices. At the end, they demand TIP ignoring their quality of service and get offended if the customer doesnt feel obligated to pay. No signs of absorbing feedback at all! read more

The place wasn't hard to find, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. The place was clean, there are private rooms for individuals, and the staff were masked the whole time. My massage therapist found and destroyed (in a good way) all of the big and small knots in my body, and I am feeling like complete mush (again, in a good way!) right now. Will return in the future for another session - they worked out my shoulders and back because I asked to focus on that. My friend said she got a full head to toe massage with a little bit of everything because that's what she asked for, so they seem very flexible and cater towards each individual. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful.
