Our daughter was married at The White Barn in Edna a couple of weeks ago, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, the staff was outstanding, and the food was excellent. From start to finish, everything was well organized and made our family feel welcome. The brand-new 5,000-square-foot main house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed. It features multiple bedrooms and spacious bridal suites where each woman had her own vanity for hair and makeup, making getting ready a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They also have additional guest cottages on the property for the bridal party and family. Many include private hot tubs, which made it feel like a weekend getaway instead of just a wedding venue. Although our wedding was an adults-only event, our 8-year-old grandson, Weston, was there with family, and the staff treated him wonderfully. Alicia, the property manager, was exceptional--professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire weekend. She truly helped make everything run smoothly. We also want to recognize our photographer, who went above and beyond to connect with Weston. She was the only one who could consistently get him to smile for the camera, and those moments meant a lot to our family. Between the stunning venue, excellent food, beautiful accommodations, and an incredible team led by Alicia, The White Barn in Edna exceeded every expectation. It gave our daughter and our family memories we'll cherish forever. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special wedding venue on the Central Coast. read more

My fiancee and I had scheduled our tour and Alicia no showed. My fiancee, in laws and I all took work off to drive down from San Francisco and they no showed after confirming our tour. We were really excited about this place but the fact they they dropped the ball on our tour makes me fear they will mess up on the actual day of the wedding. We're not trying to be malicious, but merely share our experience. We confirmed with White Barn for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they did not show up and when we reached out via email, there was an automated response saying they will be out of town for the holidays. White Barn reached out a few days later saying they had an emergency. Just seems very coincidental you set up the automated response for the holidays and had an emergency at the same time. read more

My wife and I had a full list of venues to tour throughout central and northern California. We live in Los Angeles and the White Barn was the first venue we saw, and immediately I could tell that my now-wife was already sold. The rest of our trip was essentially pointless, but my wife's face lit-up when she first saw the White Barn. The pictures of the venue and property online do not do the location justice. The area is calm and quiet, extremely well landscaped, and private. We had around 170 people for our wedding and at no point did it ever feel cramped or crowded. We utilized the front of the barn for the ceremony, dirt area with string lights for our cocktail hour, and had our reception inside the barn. The barn itself is beautiful and every one of our guests repeatedly told us how beautiful the venue was and how cool the barn was. Alicia makes it a point to be on top of things and truly cares about the couples she works with to make their wedding vision come to life. She is extremely easy to work with and her preferred vendors are awesome/amazing to work with. The on-site housing option worked perfectly for our families and was extremely convenient. Overall, an excellent venue, but book quick because EVERYONE will want to get married there/book if they end up touring it first. read more

I can not recommend The White Barn enough! We had our wedding there on October 1, 2022 and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we first toured The White Barn in January 2021, the team was incredible. Alicia was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions about the venue or needed a second opinion on a vendor choice or event decision. She was an excellent partner to our wedding planner and our entire vendor team which made the day go so smoothly. In addition to the team being wonderful, the venue itself is stunning! It is so well manicured and you just can't beat the landscaping. The barn has an ability to be transformed no matter what your vision is which made it so easy to bring our vision to life. The layout of the property is also conducive to an enjoyable event experience for all guests. Having everything close together on level ground made it easy for grandparents to move around the venue creating a stress free day for all. My husband and I actually came across this venue by chance. We had just visited another venue we didn't like AT ALL and decided to take the long way home via highway 227. We drove past this amazing looking barn and thought "omg, is that a wedding venue??" We contacted The White Barn through their website and got an immediate response from Alicia. The rest is history! As far as the venue goes, our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was. It's a great balance of elegance and rustic. Not too fancy, but also no animal heads on the wall (unless you're into that kind of thing). The staff is amazing and so quick on responses. There are a lot of places in slo county for wedding venues but The White Barn is going to leave a lasting memory for your wedding. What more could you ask for! read more

If you're considering The White Barn, just book it!! It is absolutely magical. We toured a ton of venues, but none of them even compared to The White Barn. From the stunning mountain views to the modern barn, it was perfect for us. I've been married for over 2 months and I STILL get compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We were on the fence about renting the homes on the property, and I'm so glad we did! It was such a beautiful setting for my bridal party and I to get ready in. Even though the venue is amazing, the best part was Alicia and her team. We initially were going to get married in 2021, but had to postpone because of the pandemic. Alicia was extremely accommodating and helpful during that tough time. She also made the planning process so easy! Anytime I needed recommendations or had questions, she was readily available. The one time I hired someone that she didn't recommend, I ended up regretting it and firing them. I truly feel our day was only perfect because of the vendors we hired (that Alicia recommended). Alicia was especially helpful the day of the wedding. I was having a ton of anxiety (I had a panic attack the morning of) and she said something that I'll never forget. She told me that even though I'm having anxiety now, the second I walk down the aisle all that anxiety will go away because I'll be looking down the aisle at the man I love. She of course was right. The White Barn was everything I could've hoped for in my wedding venue, and more. All the grounds are perfectly kept, and the barn itself was absolutely stunning. Growing up, It was always my dream to get married in a barn. That being said, trying to find a barn in California that could accommodate my 300+ guest count turned out to be a difficult task, until, I stumbled upon The White Barn. After completing my venue tour with Alicia, I knew The White Barn was where I wanted to get married. Everything is so clean and brand new, the houses on site are AMAZING and even though the construction was still going on during our wedding season, it was still perfect, and the end result is going to be so beautiful.
