    Outdoor stage for concerts
    Brad G.

Good drinks, good service, good bar and venue. The food trucks have always been good, the patrons are good but the road is full of more holes than there is road. Let's just say I am glad I drive a truck when I am on the main road. Don't get me wrong. You can get there in a car but you watch out for pot holes.

First time here, and we enjoyed it. Great drink prices and a great food truck. The entertainment was good too. Very large bar. Clean bathroom is always a plus. Bar tenders are friendly and very attentive

We came for a concert on a Thursday night. Loved this place-- I can't say anything negative about it. Great drink selection and the bartenders were amazing. Drinks were worth it for sure. We loved the bonfire, we sat on a swing for quite some time just enjoying the view. We will definitely be looking to come back if more good concerts are happening.

This is our all time favorite music venue and beer joint! Although it's not a sports bar they usually have afternoon Astros games playing on the weekends. Excellent staff no matter the day or time. Shoutout to their whole crew...Nouri, Matt, Taylor, Dana and Lesley...don't forget Doug the bar back and badass singer!

We love stopping by this local bar. We are always treated like family. We bring all our out of town guests here to see this hidden gem. So many great concerts! Matthew, Nouri and Bizzy are the best bartenders! Constantly checking to make sure you are never in need of anything!

This place is fun, they almost always have live music on the weekends, small stage inside, a medium sized stage out the back door, and a rather large stage outside across a bridge. people host wedding receptions, cook-offs and other events, but it's also just a fun bar! We saw this place on an episode of bar rescue and decided to check it out, we've been several times since then. Dart board, pool table, cornhole boards scattered around....cold beers and a few food trucks to check out if you get hungry. The road to the bar is ROUGH! Very sketchy stretch filled with potholes, but don't let it stip you, the place is worth the venture. We haven't been to see anything on the larger stage yet, but we're going to check it out eventually, until then....

First time here. Amazing place with awesome setup. Friendly staff and the owners (working behind the bar) overheard us saying we were new here. The husband owner came around the bar introduced himself and then proceeded to comp is a front row table at the concert they were having outside. What service?!!!! Clean and fun!!! Must see!!

What time does the band(s) start on weekends and where's a good place to stop and eat on the way there since food sounds iffy? Coming from east Katy .

8pm -9pm start depending which stage. Indoor or outdoor. The food truck is awesome. I promise.

Is the show on Saturday going to be indoors or outside?

    How is parking?

We have an extra 5 acres of parking for big events.

So we decided to try the burgers during this trip. I will say this, I will never order another burger at this restaurant. We are huge fans of fresh hamburgers, and we always try them at most restaurants that we go to. So we got a Hickory burger, a bacon cheeseburger, and a regular cheeseburger. All of our burgers were well done to the point that they were hard to chew and they were not tasty. Normally at this restaurant, food comes out very quickly, but this time it did take a little longer and now I know why. I was very disappointed in all of the burgers and how they were really way too well done. The restaurant was super busy and we should've said something, but we did not because we had been waiting so long. We just did not want to wait any longer. The french fries were super hot and fresh, I will give them that. I think at this point, we will stick to the chicken tenders because those are super good, but the burgers were not good at all. Again, we really enjoy this restaurant, but we are going to stick to what we normally order. If you order a burger at Mia's table, make sure you tell them that you want it done medium, and not well done. Other than this experience, we have always loved the food there and you get free ice cream after your meal. We highly recommend the chicken tenders and the baked beans are phenomenal. The green beans are great. The banana pudding is great and the staff is super friendly.

While we completely understand wanting to protect expensive furniture, the tone and delivery came across as rude and made our entire table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Raymond was attentive, friendly, and did his best to make us feel comfortable again after the interaction with the manager. His professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.

We made reservations and were quickly seated when we arrived. The place is a bit dark when the sun goes down. Plenty of wine bottles lined up on the wall and a full bar. We went for their HRW menu. In addition to the regular menu, they gave a chef appetizer of Rockefeller Oyster. Nice touch. One comment though, when it was served, they put mine on top of the bread plate which I thought was odd. Oyster itself was very flavorful. For starters, we had the Jumbo Peri Peri shrimp and Jollof's Fire Bomb. The shrimps were just regular shrimps and was chewy. The Fire Bomb was tasty with brisket meat inside. We order the ribeye and fried red snapper for our mains. Suya Ribeye was very flavorful from the African spices. The jollof rice was delicious. My first time trying it. Kinda crispy and has a kick. Fried Fred snapper was well executed. My wife loved it. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was so dark that you can't really see your food to appreciate the effort that was put into it. It was a nice gesture that Chef Casey came out to talk to his customers. For desserts, we had the crème brûlée and banana fosters. Banana fosters was a big scoop of ice cream with couple slices of banana which was a bit disappointing. In comparison to other HrW restaurants, you can get more bang for the buck at other places. We would go back for the mains but skip the appetizers and desserts.
