The server also brought the sauce caddy to our table. Lots of seats inside that's shared with other restaurants there. It was quite empty. Love the aesthetics. Seating outside too. Was a bit hard to find at first, but just had to turn the corner. Also tried their iced horchata coffee. It was ok. Has a slightly thicker consistency than the other horchatas I've tried. Not a lot of cinnamon taste, can taste more of the rice. Not too sweet. Not something I would try again, but I love their food!

I paid $17.54 for a biscuit with egg, cheese, turkey sausage, and a black iced coffee. The biscuit was decent, but fairly small, and nothing about the sandwich felt premium enough to justify the price. The turkey sausage tasted like a standard pre-made sausage, and if there was a significant upcharge for choosing turkey, it didn't feel warranted. The coffee was fine. It was a basic black iced coffee, good enough, but not something that stood out or justified a premium price. My biggest issue is the value. Nearly $18 for a simple breakfast sandwich and a plain black iced coffee feels excessive for what was served. I've also noticed that the total seems to vary from visit to visit, making it difficult to know what to expect when ordering. I genuinely like the people who work here and wish them success. This review isn't about the staff. For me, it's simply a matter of price versus value, and I can no longer justify spending this much for a basic breakfast and coffee. Biscuit: 7/10 Coffee: 7/10 Overall value: 3/10

Favorite salt bread bakery! I prefer the savory items to sweet. What I've tried so far over…read moremultiple visits: - Everything Salt & Butter Roll 5/5 - prefer this one to the original salt roll since the seasoning adds a little more flavor - Cookie Salt & Butter Roll 4/5 - great if you want one with a touch of sweetness - Mentai Salt & Butter Roll 3/5 - personally not a huge fan of mentai since I find it a little too fishy - Spicy Curry Pan 5/5 - SOOOO GOOD highly recommend this! It is a little spicier than expected. I also want to try the regular Curry Pan - Oyaki Pork Shumai 4/5 - good and tastes like shumai but not a standout for me to get again - Fish Filet Panini 5/5 - surprisingly SO GOOD! The employee recommended it and I was hesitant but it ended up being one of my favorites. Kinda like the McDonalds fish filet sandwich with the tartar sauce but obviously better - Japanini 4/5 - solid, nice basil pesto tomato combo but not a standout for me to get again - Banana Matcha latte 4/5 - solid but personally prefer the one at Kei cafe more TLDR: favorites are Everything Salt & Butter Roll, Spicy Curry Pan, and Fish Filet Panini

The emoji breads tempted us with their cuteness, but we were very curious about the Oyaki Mentai Caviar's combination of spicy cod roe and mochi. To be safe, we also got the Mentai Salt & Butter Roll. While we liked the Roll and its crunchy outside/soft inside, we actually loved the Oyaki. The mochi isn't sweet at all, just nicely chewy. Plus, whereas the Roll only had a little bit of spicy cod roe inside, the Oyaki was packed! I say this a lot, but truly, everything looked good. I hope to come back and try their Paninis and Danishes. If they're anything like the Oyaki, they'll be distinct, delicious, and downright delightful.

The service was patient when we were ordering and didnt rush us to get them placed. When the food came out the portions were big. The table shared each other's food so we were able to taste different items on the menu. All tasted great. Will be a great go to spot for a brunch!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would…read more The atmosphere is okay and the location is convenient, which is honestly the only positive thing I can say. Everything else was a major disappointment. The food was genuinely awful. It tasted like it had all been frozen, reheated, and thrown onto a plate with no care. Nothing felt fresh or made with any attention to detail. It was bland across the board, and not just "a little off", it was consistently unappetizing. The coffee "lattes" were disgusting. I could honestly make better at home, and that's not an exaggeration. The drinks overall weren't any better either. What makes it worse is the marketing. The way this place presents itself makes you expect authentic, flavorful Southern-inspired food with real quality behind it. In reality, it doesn't come close to that promise. It feels misleading. Overall, it was one of the more disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. I left genuinely surprised that the standards were this low given how it's advertised. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it.
