When I walked in, I was greeted almost immediately. The young gentleman working was friendly, helped package my order, showed me the cookies, and got me on my way quickly. While the service was great, I did notice that the Reese's peanut butter cup brownie cookie didn't have as many Reese's pieces as advertised on Crumbl's website. That part was a little disappointing--especially since this specialty cookie costs an additional $1.50 on top of the already $6 price. For that price, it would be nice to see the candy pieces fully covering the brownie rather than just two or three pieces. Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I just hope the specialty cookies are topped more generously in the future to better match what's advertised.

When we got to the shop, the line was extremely long which I saw as a really good sign. Unfortunately for me, it was not. The service was extremely nice, a smidge slow but that was pretty understandable due to the line and also due to the many to go orders being placed ahead of time. I did notice with the to go orders that there wasnt as many drinks being picked up...this might be a coffee shop that is known for their food more than their drinks (unique). The sitting inside was limited and a little squashed, the shop itself is pretty small. If you have any form of anxiety...dont go anywhere near Enroute, I almost left multiple times without my drink because of it. I ordered the Large Honey Pistachio Latte with Oatmilk (a common drink I have ordered from other shops and have loved) it was about $10 and my mom ordered a herbal iced tea with cherry in it, the tea was okay but nothing spectacular. The lack of tea choices was a little shocking due to the fact that the name of the shop promotes that it is a Tea House. We spent a little over $17, Scottsdale can be expensive and I have bought a lot of coffee from Scottsdale..and I will argue that this is one of the most expensive drinks I have gotten especially when comparing size and quality. I didn't really like my drink at all, and had a hard time chugging it down. I personally probably will not becoming back...that being said, there is obviously something within the shop that has made it extremely popular. The balance was perfect -- smooth, earthy matcha, sweet strawberry, and that vanilla cold foam on top just brought it all together. Not too sweet, not too bitter... just right. The employees were incredibly helpful and clearly know how to craft a great matcha. You can tell they care about what they're serving. The ambience was inviting both inside and out -- a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy your drink. If you're anywhere near Goodyear and craving a quality matcha or coffee, don't hesitate to stop by. This one's worth it.

If you don't want to order online, you can find them at various farmers markets and food festivals such as The Great Food Expo. Glendale Chocolate Affaire, and Made with Love - Lover's Lane Market. As their name implies, they sell a variety of caramel and chocolate products from caramel pecan turtles, chcocolate caramel squares, caramel sauces, and caramel chews. I tried out one of their bonbons and a bag of freeze dried caramel. Bonbons are very small confection with a thin chocolate shell with a sweet filling. This cost me $12.01 and although the bonbon was too expensive for my tastes ($3 for one), I can tell it was carefully handcrafted and it tasted pretty good.
