The Manila lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn, and hard boiled egg
    Candice R.

I got the Cajun sauce extra spicy. It was delicious. Probably one of the best seafood boils. I've had a little expensive but definitely worth it for the quality.

    Rr R.

So im not rating them off the food experience. Im rating off a purchase made of boil sauce. So i paid 21$ for sauce platter. Mind u the menu say 11.99$ but i was told it was 6$ each. Ok cool no biggie. The issue arises when i get the sauce the container are barely full to half. If i buy sauce im expecting it to be a lil close to being at the rim on each 1 not under half. So i guess u can base this review off quantity over quality. Based off this incident they get 1 star if i could it would be none

Let me first start by saying that the owners were super nice & consistently checked on us. The stage and band area look like it might get fun after dark. Overall, I don't know if it's because I'm a spoiled seafood junkie from CA, but the food left a lot to be desired. I instantly noticed the grease because I don't usually wear gloves to eat my shrimp in a bag, but this bag required it (& still stained my nails with the gloves on). There was less flavor, lots of oil. The Ore-ida crinkle cut fries were seasoned with a remix of Lawry's (maybe Tony Chacheres) that felt like it helped soak up some of the oil in my stomach. The shrimp was jumbo life-size so we were happy with that (& it's all AYCE) but the mussels were struggling for life & were clam-size (I feel like the actual clams probably aren't worth it). We ate all of our food, I think 1.5 lbs each but we'll see how the grease treats us...

Their sauce is probably the best sauce I've had for seafood boil. Plus their Cajun fires are really good, and reasonably priced, I like it a lot, and I've tried lots of seafood boil.

    Manila Special

The food is always good. The garlic butter sauce is one of the best in town. We always order the Manila Special, it's the perfect combination. It has all of my favorite seafood. The lemon pepper sauce is also very good not too salty and perfectly seasoned. We like it with clams. It's a small place and it's very cozy. Dulce is our favorite server she is the best. Always nice and accommodating. Try this unassuming seafood place. You won't be disappointed.

Hubby & I came here for dinner & loved it! We got shrimp, mussels, sausage & snow crab legs! Got it spicy & it was the perfect amount of spice! I loved the sauce! The service was great & the food was amazing & very well priced! I feel like some of these places over charge for what you get but nope not here! Amazing sauces, great food & service! Can't wait to go back & try some more items on their menu!!! Highly recommend!!!

    Manila Combo ($56) great deal!

If you're craving a seafood boil on the east side of town and don't want to break your bank, then look no further and come check out the yummy crab. This is a new woman-owned restaurant that opened just a few months ago. Plenty of free parking since it shares a plaza with Walmart and other businesses. Ambiance is casual and clean with ocean/beach themed decor, people's signatures and other writings on the wall, and a mini stage for performing. Apparently they have karaoke here on some nights. A single restroom each for men and women. Music playing is mostly today's pop hits. Service is awesome, the waitress was friendly and greeted/seated us right away and asked if we had any questions about the menu. Food came out super quick too after ordering. For the appetizer, we got raw oysters. They looked like blue points, big and meaty and comes with lemon slices and a side of cocktail sauce, and Tabasco upon request. A half dozen is only $12 which is cheaper compared to places like hot n juicy and the boiling crab. For the main course, my friend and I split the Manila special which includes: 1 lobster tail, 1 snow crab cluster, 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/2 pound of crawfish, 2 potatoes, 2 corns, and 1 hard boiled egg. All of this for $56, talk about a deal! Most other seafood boils I've been to rarely have specials that include both lobster and crab so I was pleasantly surprised. We even had some leftovers to take home because it was so much food. For the sauce, we were recommended the salted egg sauce which is filipino style. We got it mild and it paired perfectly with all our seafood. It was so savory and umami without being overly salty. Found myself scooping some to pour over my white rice. Love that the rice is unlimited and $2.50 per person. I also got a side of their special sauce and got it spicy, this is a blend of some of their other sauces. Overall, the seafood was super fresh, meaty, and juicy. Even though this is further out from where I live, their prices can't be beat compared to all the other seafood boils in town, and would be totally worth the drive. Can't wait to come back here and bring more friends!

Shrimp Head Off and de-shelled bag
    La Juania M.

I will say that I was pleased that I was able to get the shrimp with heads off and de-shelled. That is a positive. The sauce I got I think was the house special was great. I was surprise that the menu didn't have more combos but it's all good. I feel like everything should not be Al a carte. That's the downside to this place. Everything is separate when you do a bag.

Quick business trip to Las Vegas and since I used to live here, I have several friends here and met up with one of them for dinner. I used the Yelp map to find a place roughly between us so we both would have to drive about the same distance... and it was nice to get away from the strip (super busy this weekend due to NFL draft). We studied the menu for a bit - for me, it was very similar to the menu of one of my favorite restaurants back home. We discussed and considered the possibility of ordering some of the many "boil" type items available - crab, shrimp, crawfish, etc. Looking around to the diners around us, those seemed to be the most popular... at least this night. We decided to go with the (probably less healthy) fried items because... well, just because. We ordered Softshell Crab and Calamari baskets (which include a side - we chose Cajun Fries) - and for good measure, we added the fried shrimp appetizer. Everything was great! A nice twist I noticed was they put some Cajun seasoning on the fried items and that gave them a little 'zing'. I'm not exactly sure if all of their fried food is like that by default or if the waitress asked for it because of our conversation while making our order (we asked if we could order everything to be spicy). In any case, it was a nice addition to the usual breading found in most similar places. All of the items were fried exactly how I like it... and they weren't greasy at all! I'm sure I'll drop back by at some point and probably try some of the boil items.

Ordered #3 1 pound of king crab legs ,Shrimp ,clams included 3 corn cobs , 3 potatoes and 3 sausages We placed our order by phone 20 minutes before closing the young lady on the phone was very patient took our order . When I got there it was empty and the location is next to dottys , Walmart , Ross etc. Apparently there's a lot of people with group on we weren't one of them so we paid full price $89.95 plus tax and tip . Everything tasted great alot of garlic and lemony flavors I was a bit skeptical by reading someone's review on here saying they got sick I have a sensitive stomach and my husband used to be a professional chef for us food was good and stomach was nothing but full .

It's a Seafood Boil spot hidden on the south east side of Las Vegas. This is also a #SeafoodBoil Place that I know of in the whole US that serves "Salted Egg Flavored Sauce" and it's here in Las Vegas! Located in Southeast Part of town at 3175 East Tropicana Ave. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. It is also well decorated inside. You will definitely feel like you're dining at a seafood restaurant! Their Sauce was pretty good. Since I'm the east coast I wish they have Old Bay Seasoning that I can order on the side. Price was reasonable and overall. It's was good! I Definitely Recommend if you're in Las Vegas!

    The laguna special

Went here with Friends and Family for lunch and the place was amazing, the atmosphere felt real great. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. The owner was above and beyond with service. Let me tell you this, if you're looking for a tasty and succulent seafood boil I highly recommend this place. My taste buds were having a party while eating. The flavors are fantastic, portions were ample. I highly recommend the salted egg wings and the laguna special. Will definitely come back and eat here over and over again.

Head-off shrimp with Yummy Bicol Express sauce. Spicy, with coconut milk, garlic, and ginger.

Excellent seafood with American or Philippine flair. As someone who travels to the Philippines and Thailand regularly, I am familiar with many of the sauce flavors from both countries. Of the three Philippine flavors, I will say they are on point. The four American flavors are just as good. Nice chunks of garlic in the garlic butter sauce. Don't forget the rice or bread to go with the sauces.

A male server took our order without using a notepad or pen. I've had servers do that before, and 99% of the time they've remembered everything without any issues. We ordered the crab cakes as an appetizer, the Seven Seas Chowder, and the New York strip steak. There was a bit of a wait, even though it was just my husband and me, and the only other table was a family of five who had already been served. After about 20-25 minutes, our food finally arrived but only the chowder and steak. No crab cakes. I asked if we were supposed to get the crab cakes first since they were the appetizer. Our server looked completely shocked and realized he had forgotten to put the order in. He apologized, and we told him it was okay because, at that point, we already had our entrées and weren't about to wait even longer for an appetizer. After that, he came back once to ask if we were good he never came back after.. no refill check.. none As for the food, it was decent. If you're someone who enjoys a good steak, you'll probably understand what I mean. The steak was well seasoned and had good flavor, but it was clearly a lower quality cut. There was a lot of fat, and it was pretty chewy. The seasoning helped make up for it, but only to a certain extent. The Seven Seas Chowder was actually very good. It was flavorful and packed with seafood, so that ended up being my favorite part of the meal. The bill came to a little over $71. I still left a 16% tip because I felt that was fair, although I normally tip 20%. Looking back, I honestly regret even leaving 16% because the service really wasn't it. Would I come back? I'm honestly not sure. If I do, I just hope I don't get the same server! or at the very least, I hope he starts carrying a notepad and pen to make sure orders don't get forgotten.

Since their recent opening, they have had some slow nights that warranted closing up earlier than their posted hours -- something to keep in mind. They also only seem to be serving "mocktails" at the moment (no alcohol). Dine in to enjoy live music on weekends! So how's the food? I really had high hopes because I enjoy some good Cajun-style seafood and their menu (especially during weekends) offers great variety from Frog Legs and Oysters "Rockafella" to Gumbo and Seafood Boil. They even offer several Vegan entrees and dessert. Unfortunately, the dishes I tried just didn't hit as expected. Surf & Turf Burger. Big, plump shrimp with no shortage of ooey gooey cheese but even with the plethora of sauces and seasonings, the flavors didn't quite pop. Just a standard burger with added shrimp. Good bun, though, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. Grilled Salmon & Shrimp. Again, great presentation of seafood and creamy sauce filled with various goodies like crawfish, all WITH a generous helping of cheese grits. Sounds heavenly but not a dish for which I'd go out of my way. Shrimp was perfectly tender but salmon was dry and definitely needed the sauce. Good Sizzler/Texas style garlic toast on the side. Seafood Potato With Salad. Okay, this was the main event that drew me to this place but WOW, was I disappointed. It was literally a baked potato broiled with seafood and cheese. I expected much more flavor. For some reason, the cheese grits accompanying this dish had an unpleasantly pungent, foot-like aroma and taste that was not as noticeable in the Salmon dish, possibly attributed to the cheese blend? I really wanted to report back with glowing praises, especially since the owners and staff are so warm and welcoming! I hope my remarks help this business grow and improve with time. I would still return for the music and intimate, speakeasy atmosphere.

The restaurant appeared to be a true mom-and-pop operation, staffed by one cook, one kitchen helper, and a waitress who also greeted and seated guests. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and provided prompt service. We were quickly seated, given water, and handed menus. The décor is simple and unpretentious, creating a casual neighborhood feel. We ordered two Seafood Combo Pan Roasts, Linguine with Clams, a half dozen raw oysters, and an extra order of rice to soak up the pan roast sauce. The Seafood Pan Roast was disappointing. Instead of the rich, seafood creamy savory that makes this dish so satisfying, it leaned heavily on tomato sauce. The consistency was quite soupy, with only small pieces of seafood scattered throughout. The Linguine with Clams had a strong briny flavor but lacked the garlic, butter, and savory seasoning we were expecting. There was also very little clam meat, making the dish feel underwhelming. Overall, the service was warm and welcoming, but unfortunately the food didn't quite live up to our expectations. Based on the many positive reviews, I have a feeling we may have visited on an off day. We truly appreciated the attentive service and the convenience of easy parking, so we'd be open to giving PK Oyster Bar another try in the future.

Realistically, who walks into a restaurant and randomly asks to pick up an online order under the name "Nobody Jones"? A simple confirmation of the order details or a more courteous explanation of the policy would have been much more appropriate than treating my employee like he was trying to do something dishonest. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for the experience. The Cajun seasoning on the soft shell crab was flavorful, but the crab pieces were extremely small and barely resembled soft shell crab. The sweet potato fries were cold, bland, and lacked any flavor. To top it off, the "cocktail sauce" was nothing more than plain ketchup. Overall, between the delayed order, the unpleasant pickup experience, and the disappointing food quality, this was not an enjoyable meal. I expected much better and was very disappointed.

From the outside, the restaurant appears fairly unassuming, but once inside, it quickly impresses with its outstanding food and exceptional service. The ambiance is both lively and elegant, with tropical touches including large palm trees in the center of the dining room. Dark wood accents, white tablecloths, and the energetic atmosphere create a classic steakhouse feel with a touch of Las Vegas flair. My friend ordered the crab cakes and broccolini and said they were the best crab cakes she had in years. I chose the salmon with a baked sweet potato topped with praline butter, and both were outstanding. The salmon was fresh, perfectly crisp on the outside, and incredibly moist inside. The sweet potato was soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A complimentary breadbasket was a nice added touch. My friend ordered key lime pie and I sampled it...delicious! What truly set the experience apart was the service. Our server, Armand, was knowledgeable, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. From excellent menu recommendations to perfectly timed food delivery, the meal was polished from start to finish. Excellent food, outstanding service, and a wonderful dining experience.
