Six of us were on a motorcycle road trip and one of my buddies lost a bolt for his throttle housing. We were in Pt Arena getting gas here, and so he walked into the shop to see if they might have a bolt that would work. The gentlemen went in back, came out with some options, one of which was a perfect fit. And he didn't even charge us. A very unique place in downtown Pt Arena, run by very kind people. That has to be one of the coolest little shops I've visited in a long time. I bought a Zen House patch for my jacket so I'll remember it next time I'm in the area. Another reminder that the motorcycle community is very tight knit and motorcyclists enjoy helping other motorcyclists

Thank you Dave for quick service. Having the right tire in stock was plus. Price was right. Got me back on the road feeling great.

Dave is a true "motorcycle whisperer" who is the only one I'd trust with my 1976 Triumph Bonneville.

I Do NOT recommend . First off I went in because I needed tires, I had a blow out in my rear tire and decided to just get both replaced. So, the tires were a little pricey and the labor charge was insane. But I value quality over price so I went for it. The tires are terrible (Michelin) it doesn't seem balanced and it just doesn't feel right. Usually with new tires I get this secure sensation when I ride ( not this time) Secondly, they were pitching me on other services that I found strange because I just had them done at a school with an instructor. Thirdly, on my way home, my storage box fell off my bike on the freeway, when I went back, they claimed they hadn't touched it, it was odd to me because, I ride everyday and had no issues. Lastly, instead of apologizing, I get a mechanic yelling at me saying i was at fault. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that he lives out of state. After all this mess I spent hours reading past reviews and found that others had similar experiences, but my biggest takeaway was how the owner/s replied to some of the commentators. I found it defensive, rude and never taking accountability, always deflecting the bad service or work they've done. Truth is truth, my review is based on my horrendous experience I had at this place of so called business.

Bewa this is a dirty business, they do anything to cause an accident after you leave the shop, they…read moreare evil. In my own experience I bought a tire and I paid for the installation , I noticed that they applied a bunch of Vaseline petroleum jelly all around the tire so quickly and without asking me for approval, I didn't ask why since they claim to be professionals., as soon as I left the shop and I tried to make a right turn l felt to the right without warning, the bike felt on top of my right leg in the middle of the street trapping my leg, breaking m right side mirror and my front brake. I couldn't get up but none of the employ or that shorty owner of the shop came to help or at least come and see f I was OK. One of thei customer helped me lift the bike so that I can get my leg out of it, but if I hadn't ask for help I don't know for how long I would have remained laying down in the middle of the street in front of their shop , risking my self getting hit by a car, I bro the bike back inside the shop and had them install a brand new brake lever and a mirror, I asked them why they put grease on the tires even if they are used tires, and they said it was mandatory to do that to all tires sales.
