Since I work for the City of Philadelphia I would say that this was a blatened sign of what people who visit our city say that Philadelphia is NOT a friendly place!!! At 8.30, no food, so I called back again, and was told it had been delayed, but the driver was just leaving with it now. At 9, no food, and when I tried to call, I was sent to message. This happened for four or five further calls. Our food was never delivered, and the restaurant never followed up. Really disappointing experience.
