Stopped in here for lunch, the restaurant had a large party coming in so we were forced to sit at the bar. Not a huge deal plus apparently you can only get happy hour items at the bar so thats a little strange. Our server/bartender was very nice and made some great cocktails. I am a visual person so while reading their menu i was trying to find foods of pictures that i found here on Yelp. The bartender explained to me that they changed their menu but apparently haven't updated Yelp. That was disappointing because i swear i found at least four items i was interested in ordering that were not longer on the menu. I ended up ordering the lobster grilled cheese. It is messy and wayyyy to much bread. The favor is just not there and the best thing on my plate were the fries. Very disappointing especially after paying $40 for it. read more

If I could give a zero for my experience today, I would. I cannot even believe the disrespect and condescending attitude we experienced in our visit today. As a customer service manager, the attitudes of the staff AND manager were completely unnecessary and unacceptable. When you are CLEARLY in the wrong, like the staff was in this situation, you need to make it right for your customers on the spot to keep them coming back. Out tables did nothing wrong, and all we heard were excuses and kitchen drama that we had no business knowing. We do not care if you and the kitchen staff had and argument over this said situation. We want our check corrected, and we want to get out. At this point you should have taken the L. I came into the group 1.5 hours after my party got there, and they STILL did not get the food that they ordered when they first got there. The waitress was completely overwhelmed and had no idea how to multitask or how to be a decent human being to the members of that party. It is clear that there is new management, and that the servers are not trained properly, nor do they belong in the service industry. We had booked TWO separate reservations, and they could not figure out for the life of them how to apply the deposits ($100 each reservation) to the bills. It took them over 25 minutes just to figure out the bill. We didn't even ask them to separate it. Then when we got the bill, it was wrong. Not to mention, the sink in their bathroom didn't work! Are you kidding me? Does that mean that the employees Are not washing their hands after using the restroom? Also, that is so unsanitary and disgusting for your guests. Did you not think to put some sanitizer in there? I have been to this restaurant twice before with decent experiences, but this was by far the most embarrassing to witness. No one there knows how to run a business and it shows. I will not be coming here again. read more

This place is a total vibe because of the dj and the people who are in attendance. Location also matters and it's definitely in a hot spot for sure. The service is very slow so expect to sit a while to order or even receive waters. We happen to come on a brunch party day so it was a bit busy. Now to the food, don't come here to eat. Or expect to eat good good. The menu is limited so pay attention to time and day that you're attending. It also unfortunately doesn't taste all that good. My wife ordered the chicken and biscuits and her biscuit was hard as a rock she wasn't able to eat it. Our friend also ordered it and has to send it back. Now the fries were awesome so there's a start. But some revisions need to be made to the menu and recipes for sure. I had walked past this establishment quite a few times during some drunken adventures walking about Downtown. They had a fairly decent Happy Hour menu and a nice variety of specialty drinks. The service was a bit slow for for drinks even though I was seated at the bar but the drinks were made fairly balanced and made up for the wait. The charcuterie board was delicious, a very nice brown mustard and fruit jam accompanied the cracker like Flatbread. The nachos were flavorful as well. Definitely an establishment with more of a nightclub feel as they also have an event called Techno Taco Tuesday. read more

Totally not what we expected. But in a good way. Reservations were set. Arrived and seated promptly. Looks like a bar. Not a restaurant. Food looks like white table cloth quality plates. Service was bubbly and attentive. Disappointed that there is no happy hour when seated at a table. Only at the bar. This is a bar for the most part. Our table was literally 10 feet away from the bar. Hmmmmm. With that only disappointment, our Tomahawk Steak was 100% juicier. 100% tastier. And 100% cooked better than what we had in steaks at the Golden Steer. I am so thankful this place came up in my search because it was exactly what we were looking for. I love that this restaurant is called Therapy during the day and Relapse nightclub at night. Everything is set up really well, and it's decorated really cool. The service was excellent, and we never wanted for anything. We had excellent food and craft cocktails. This place is absolutely amazing! From the ambience, to the service, to the food! We had reservations on a Tuesday night at 7:30. The restaurant is in the thick of downtown by Freemont St but was not super crowded and loud. Our server was helpful and nice and always available when needed. We ordered a few plates to share since everything sounded great. We got the Red Velvet Chicken and Waffles, Lobster and Crab Grilled Cheese, Fried Mac N Cheese Croquettes, and Chicken Meatballs. Happy New Year! My first post of 2023. I was in the downtown area today helping a friend who treated me to dinner. Yay me lol. I chose Therapy because it's one of the restaurants I've been wanting to try for a minute. The menu had lots of options to choose from and a good drink menu. I was in the mood for something good, not your typical burger or fries. I ordered the lamp chops with brussel sprouts and duck fat roasted potatoes. My friend ordered the crab and lobster grill cheese which comes with fries. The lamb chops were $35 and the lobster and crab grill cheese was $39. We both enjoyed our meals but felt the food could have been hotter it was warm but we were starving. It didn't take long to get our food so unsure why it wasn't piping hot. The restaurant turns into a club around 11pm and they play a mix of music. Our server was good, I didn't order any alcohol beverages so not sure if drinks are strong or not. read more

I know Therapy's main status is as a high level nightclub on the weekends. But I've had lunch there during the week several times and it never disappoints. I thought I had found the holy grail of sangrias, as I always get the blackberry...but tasting the white sangria this past visit changed my entire way of thinking. We didn't have reservations, since we aren't LV locals and were just looking for a good spot to eat on Freemont St, but it was early Fri around 6p and we were seated right away. There seemed to be a lot of big parties. We were told the DJ was coming at 9pm. We were seated upstairs. It was a little dark, but we had a good view of the place. We had the BEST server! He was very friendly and attentive and gave us great recommendations. He recommended the short rib ravioli which was very tasty. He also recommended The Smash drink, but I don't drink bourbon so i switched out for vodka. It was perfect. I forgot to take pics, but i found a pic with food in it, not the best, but you get the idea. My friend mentioned it was my birthday, and next to us was another birthday party of 15. Had this place bookmarked as I wanted to try it out sometime and last night was my opportunity!! Had a friend in town so we walked up at 730pm on a Friday and was promptly seated without needing a reservation. Inside was bigger than I had expected and decor was modern and music was great! Our server was great, very attentive, dressed very well and when I couldn't choose between drinks and a meal he suggested which was better and I was very pleased! I ordered the Mango Ricky and it was perfect! Dinner I had The Chick and it was UH-Maze-ing!! Legit the chicken was PERFECT!! It was not over cooked, it was juicy and crispy. The sweet potato mash was sweet and yummy (could have been warmer but it was very flavorful), the broccolini was also cooked perfectly but wasn't very warm but I love broccoli so it didn't bother me and the sweet chili mole was to die for!!! Love love loved that sweet chili mole that gets 5 stars for sure!! The service was slow but we were not in a hurry to get anywhere. Went for brunch last weekend and ordered the truffle grilled cheese. We were vibing, the music was great, bottomless mimosas a flowing and then our food came. My sandwich was burnt but I didn't want to make a fuss about it. I figured it couldn't be that bad until I had 2 bites and could only taste char. I asked the waitress if I could send it back and get another and she said sorry but they had a big party and she couldn't send it back so I ended up eating my fries and leaving the sandwich. She wouldn't even take it off the bill at least. If the restaurant can't handle big parties and regular patrons, close it down during parties. Two stars for the vibe, zero for the food. read more

We came here for a late lunch on a Friday in mid February 2021. The restaurant was pretty empty and we sat outside because we had our dog with us. The staff was super nice and even brought over a dog bowl with water in it for our puppy. Protip: Happy Hour is served all day at the bar or the patio (subject to change on weekends and holidays). We got the Brussel Sprouts, Po'Boy Catfish sandwich, and the Burger Sliders from the Happy Hour menu. The total came out to over $28 including tip. The Brussel Sprouts were really tasty but the Po'Boy and the Sliders were just okay. I took one bite of the Po'Boy and tossed the rest. There wasn't enough slaw nor pickles and the peppers just didn't cut it. It's missing acidity. So much potential but poor execution. We parked in the underground parking structure of the Downtown Fremont Experience plaza. The first hour was free but the second hour was $3. If you can, I'd try to find free parking somewhere. read more

Needing to escape therapy is usually a cure! Cheers to the cure of therapy. Therapy can come in many different forms, I plan to release some of my problems and woes in the bottom of a glass. That's right the glass started full, then got to half full, and finally empty. Am I cured? Let's find out. Another round if you please! Where else can one get a shot of therapy? Only in Vegas! Spencer will be my guide! My most current issues melt away as I seek more and more shots of therapy. But let me explain, the therapy that I am experiencing comes in a shot glass, and is the flavor of pineapple upside down cake. My fabulous waiter Spencer is whom is administering my shots of therapy. Therapy is the name of the restaurant that I am enjoying. Who can go wrong with a restaurant that has been on the travel channel? Foodies have spoken, so here I sit gaining some light to the darkness that has filled my last few days. One would never expect the style and class from the outside of building that Therapy calls its own! Trust me some of the best restaurants that I have enjoyed have the plainest outside decoration. Simple is best in my books. It's the quality of the food and experience that I am seeking. My visit was during the off hours when they are not very busy. Not too many seeking therapy at the moment. My guide through therapy is the amazing Spencer. He is going places and as my guide was more than helpful during my recent session. Assured that he was compensated well for his time too! The menu that Therapy has to offer is way over the top! The sheer elegance of all of their sampling's are quite spectacular. Looking for just simple sampling's the fabulous Spencer advised me that most of the appetizers will fulfill these needs. Plus what ever was left over I could take home for later. The cuisine is truly no joke here. I cannot get over how special this restaurant really is. The menu here could stand beside most of those four star restaurants on the strip too. While the menu here is five stars the prices are those of a four star restaurant. Let's just say that while happy hour is advertised at the bar on beer and a few cocktails; it is not offered on their food. The quality of the food is that delicious and amazing that individuals pay full price every visit regardless! If only there were more Spencer's in the world; it would be a much happier place. Spencer was genuine, warm, and cheerful making my visit here count. After having the day I was experiencing, Spencer returned that smile back to me. He helped through the whole ordering process with each of his recommendations perfect. The drinks that he brought were so delicious. In fact, Spencer offered me some other drink choice if I did not like what I choose. Where does that happen? Especially, if it's a customer mishap. The policies of Therapy are exceptional superb since they allow the employees to ensure that customers are happy, no matter what! Now that we have covered the glorious customer service here, let's visit shall we, what I had to eat! I sampled the Charred Brussels but with added bacon, and Devils on Horseback. Let me tell you, if you enjoy bacon, then they have you covered. Bacon is an incredible option as an add on for $3.00. Go ahead, get the bacon and spoil yourself. The charred Brussels with bacon were amazing. They were perfectly cooked too. The devil did not visit me, but it felt like I was sinning while eating this. The plate takes date and cooks them then the red wine sauce they come in is dangerously delightful. Then to wrap these devils bites up bacon is wrapped around it. Oh these are a must try. My drinks were the fabulous therapy shots which truly tastes like pineapple upside cake! Beyond these shots I enjoyed a Mezcali, which they make beautifully. Now that my therapy session is coming to an end, we missed a piece that's essential. Yes, dessert. The dessert menu is not stellar here, but the few delicious desserts they offer are outstanding! I had Carrot Cake done therapy style. This is a mind blowing dessert. The carrot cake has the option of adding bacon too. Not wanting too many extra calories I passed on bacon for my carrot cake. The dessert is presented as cake crumbles with cream cheese at the end of each side, and topped off with walnuts and vanilla ice cream on top. There is even a real mini carrot too. Delicious truly, best cheese cake concept I have ever seen! My session with Spencer is now over. It was my first time dining here, I went with my friends about a week ago after an event I went to at the Golden Nugget. I like the location of this place, great for downtown/freemont st. crowd. We ordered the Fried mac and cheese, korean BBQ bao buns, Brussel sprotus, and Cast iron smores for dessert. I also had the Mango Ricky for my cocktail. The mango ricky was good, I wished it was presented in a different glass, but that's just me being picky. The fried mac & cheese is very different, but good! It was on a bed of tomato-bacon jam, which was a little too sweet for me, and there was a lot of it. Although it looked great as a presentation for the jam to be spread on the plate with the mac and cheese on top, I would have preferred the jam to be separated on small dish on the side. I also thought that the lump of sriracha aoli on top was too much, maybe a little less would be better, since the mac & cheese is already good and full of flavor. The Brussel sprouts with bacon tasted very good, however, I would have liked it to be a little more crispier. The cast iron Smores is probably my favorite dish of the night! The marshmallows were toasted perfectly, and was not burned, and the amount of graham and chocolate at the bottom was a perfect amount. Be careful touching the cast iron, because it comes out very hot! 5 start because the food was great and the service provided by our server, Michael(?), was excellent. He welcomed us, asked if we had questions, took our drink and food order on time, recommended items from the menu, answered our questions, and assisted with a friendly manner.
