Take my credit card away! This place is dangerously close to my work (less than one mile). It has the cute boutique feel, anthropologie/urban outfitters style clothing, but at a much more affordable price. I've been three times in the past two weeks :X I blame this on the ladies at lavish since they said, "you should go to therapy" to which I wanted to reply, "excuse me?". LOVE this store!! Therapy has a great selection of cute dresses, tops, and shoes at reasonable prices. I love looking through the funky jewelry and accessories. The staff here is AWESOME!! Super friendly. All the girls that helped me offered suggestions and gave me their honest opinions when I tried outfits on. They were very helpful without being pushy. Fun store with super nice employees. Only thing I would add is more larger size clothing. I'm a size 12/14 which isn't obese, and it was difficult to find many pieces besides t-shirts that fit. But that's to be expected from places like this, Urban Outfitters and the such. Still, I've bought a few things like bags, a hat, and purse hook, and enjoy them immensely. read more

The staff here is SUPER helpful and friendly. They sell a big variety of stuff, from clothing to housewares, so I can usually find something I want to buy. Everything is usually pretty reasonably priced. The Campbell location doesn't have much for men's clothing, I brought my best friend in with me and he was a bit disappointed, he had to help me shop instead. read more

Great mix of pricier brands like Dolce Vita, Gentle Fawn, Wildfox Couture, Free People etc. as well as some equally cute, more affordable options as well. Dear Therapy, I was SO happy to stumble upon your store in Downtown Campbell today, while out celebrating a dear friend's birthday. I had visited your store in downtown Pleasanton this summer, and fell in love. You carry the most unique, coolest, most original, NICE things, ranging from gifts, candles, clothing, home decor, but the best part is, the humor. Laughter is therapy! We were all laughing so hard just wandering about enjoying picking up all the little gems that were hysterical. And who doesn't love sales clerk who are referred to as "therapists"? I went in this store expecting the clothing to be insanely overpriced after reading some reviews on here, but it's not really that bad. I found some cute dresses for $60 which is pretty much what I would have expected to pay for them at any other store. I also bought a pair of shoes which were priced the same on the internet. It's not a "bargain store" if that's maybe what some people had expected. Some of the home goods are cute and interesting and I'll definitely be going back when I have more time to look around. read more

I love this store - it's definitely my go-to place for gifts, but I like shopping there for myself, too! The staff are super helpful without being intrusive. There are many locally made items that you won't find anywhere else, including baby items, male and female clothing items and tons of purses, wallets and household items and knick knacks. The staff rotates things through the store on a regular basis, so it's always fresh and new no matter how often I shop here. I like being able to browse around in peace knowing that help is always there if I have a question or need a different size. This locally-owned business has several locations throughout the Bay Area and they donate 1% back to local communities - I love that they feel so connected to the local area. This store is the best store ever. You don't know how excited I got when they opened a Therapy in Campbell, super close to where I live compared to the 20 minute drive to Mountain View. My reason for writing this is to rave about the staff- Amy and Monica are soooooo wonderful. I was looking for a specific type of dress for my birthday and they picked out a bunch of fun dresses that I'd never pick up (or just missed since there's like 6000 dresses there). I ended up finding the perfect one, and got the shoes they had me try with the dresses. These girls were so helpful, friendly, and easy to trust (unlike may stores where the workers try to pressure you into buying the most expensive dumb things). THANK YOU THERAPY! read more

Let me tell you about when I stumbled upon this gem of a clothing store. This is my new hat haven! Great men's and women's clothing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been to many clothing boutiques only to be greeted by snobby employees. This is different the employees were very friendly and talkative, I would gladly shop there in a heart beat. read more

I love this store! Cute clothes, made well, and they only carry a few of each style so you wont run into people with the same outfit on. You can easily walk in and find whole outfits from shoes to hats, or find those one items that will go with everything! I went into the store the other day to look at the Toms shoes. I found the pair that I liked, the problem was that they didn't have my size. One of the girls called another location to see if they had them there in my size...they did. She said that they could be shipped to this store if I wanted to come back in a few days. I said yes and was very excited when I got the call the next day! The girls there were super polite and helpful. The store has amazing clothes and accessories. It's definitely a place where you walk in and immediately spot 5 things you want to try on. Their stuff is very cool and definitely on pace with what's new in fashion. It's good quality, good pricing, and not something you'll find at every department store. They also are constantly getting in new merchandise which is always nice. The staff there is super helpful and friendly. Always willing to call other stores for sizes. If you are looking for somewhere to find your girl a good gift you can pretty much blindfold yourself and randomly grab something from this store and she will love it. So I've been looking for cute dresses for vegas, a fellow yelper told me check out bombshell boutique... but that's another review =).. anyways.. we stumble upon Theraphy. I was totally in heaven. I am not kidding, you should've seen how excited I was! =) SO many cute dresses!! They had a unique collection.. different, cute... and classy. I've been looking high and low for a store like this! Similar to urban outfitters but has a much better selection. The service was awesome! I was pleasantly surprised that the workers were sooo happy and eager to help me out. Especially the owner, she was very nice and helpful. I normally get very annoyed when the worker are so eager to sell and are pushy... but they werent. minus one star for running out of our sizes, pretty much everything we like, they didnt have it in our size.. oh why do u tease me!! Well they found one of the dress in my size at another location, so they transferred it to that store and they called me that very night to pick it up. It is a little pricey, but I definitely think it's worth it. I can't wait to check out the mountain view store! read more

I feel so bad because this review is long overdue. I type as im wearing a dress right now that I purchased from this store. Not only does this place have the best clothes and accessories but they also have amazing customer service. The clothes they carry can be pretty pricy but I'm the kind of shopper who would rather pay more as long as the enviroment is nice and the employees are great, so basically I shop here way too much. Everytime I come in the ladies are always very sweet and say hi, they let you look around and just kind of keep an eye on you. Once you start trying on they will help you pull things that look like your style or what they think you would like and they also make sure that you have the right size and everything. I've literally never have had a bad experiance here and thats impressive because the customer service around san jose/campbell area is usually horrific if you are younger than 40. Bought a very pretty necklace by a local crafter for about 30 bucks. Staff knows their stock, to the point of being able to identify untagged items on sight. Family friendly too.
