Helen, the barber at this salon, has been cutting my hair for years and she always does an amazing job! She always delivers every single hairstyle I ask for, whether it's layers, or a fringe, she cuts hair phenomenally. I haven't tried the nails part of the store though. read more

Cindy and Helen are very attentive and have good customer service. Cindy did my nails full set and she takes her time loved her work.

I hate to do this solely because of Helen. Helen is the hairstylist in this shop and she has been there since I was in high school. Always friendly, always attentive and genuine. That's why so many people frequent her and love her! But the rest of the shop sucks. I went in on a Saturday at 12:20. The shop's sign clearly says they open at noon on Saturdays which to me is late for a nail salon but whatever. It was empty! Not only no customers but no techs! Helen asked me to wait 20 minutes for the tech to arrive so I sat down and caught up with her. At 1:05 I realized I would be late for my party so i decided to leave. Helen begged me not to go and apologized profusely but that was really unprofessional. It was not her fault. This isn't the first time they had only one nail tech or none at all so why not close the nail salon part and turn it into Helen's Hair Studio??? She gets enough business! read more

If you're going here for a simple hair cut or eyebrows waxed then good quick place to go. I don't recommend getting you're eyebrows shaped because I ended up not having an arc anymore. Also the gel manicure here would never last. I went there a few times because I thought maybe just that color I picked was bad. Every color I had tried cracked in 2-3 days. I went to complain and they said it must be my hands. No where else has gel cracked so quickly. If you know gel should last 2-3 weeks depending on how you take care of your hands. It you want a cheap quick place to stop by then do so but if you want quality go somewhere else. read more

I used to like the place, but now it has totally new management and new employees and they dont do a good job at all. They supposedly close at 7:30 but no matter what they keep accepting people and they do a shitty job cuz hey want to rush to get to the other customers. My acrylic nails looked like trash!!.. they were bulky and the woman seemed to be very rushed at finishing, she didnt even put top coat on them!! my pedicure was horrible ive seen much better! its definitely not the same anymore, i DO NOT recommend THI THI's to anyone, unless you want to waste your money!! PS:; i had to go get my acrylic nails fixed at another salon just because they messed them up the first time!!!!! waste of money! read more

Helen is excellent! She cuts my hair exactly how I wanted it! Have been receiving her services for over 15 years without any problems.

Wasn't too happy with the service here. One, its not like they had a lot of customers (I was the only one there) that day for them to do such a crappy job on my toes. The poor guy doing my toes couldn't even see well enough that on top of painting my toe nail he also painted my toe. The only reason I decided to go here was because it was literally down the street and didn't want to bother going far, but if I would've known the type of service I would've gotten I would've definitely reconsidered! Although it was clean and tidy, maybe because they don't get enough customers, guess I still should've known better... Point is this place was horrid, and I don't recommend it. read more

I've been going to this place for years people here come and goes except Helen the one who does all the haircut and the waxing job. Very sweet lady she knows how to get her customer coming back for her service. We've known her for years that's why every time I drop by she ask for the whole family. The only sucking this is my fav. manicurists doesn't work their anymore, now everything I get my nails done I get different people I never get the same one seems like they change their people every month. But all in all they are good on getting our haircuts done :) read more

09/14/2015 I just left Thi thi's and was told she doesn't want to cut my African American hair because it's too curly. I asked her to shave it. As she pulled on my hair to show me how "curly" it was. I usually go here with my gmail to get our nails done. We will not be returning. read more

So I apparently am crazy and let my husband trim my hair! Big Mistake. I went into Thi Thi's to get it fixed and had to wait almost 2 hours after they opened for the Hair Stylist to come in. She did fix my hair, the layers had to be thinned out and it looked decent, but she took off another 2 inches of length when I told her I wanted all length left on. She is good at guys hair cuts but not so much curly long hair on women. I am not going back but will send my husband. read more

The nail techs are very rude, and disgusting. My mom went to get a pedicure, and the lady didn't take off the old acrylic first, before putting new acrylic on, my mom had to show her how to do it. But in the process of my mom showing her the lady just walked off and left my moms feet in the water and never came back. Also Helen which is the lady who cuts hair, and wax eyebrows she gets mad when you go somewhere eles to get your eyebrows waxed, and she prays too much during business hours, one time she made me wait to get my eyebrows waxed until she finished her prayer. And Eric which is the only guy in there that does nails he always shows up late to work and he's always in the back of the shop smoking cigarettes he takes 30-40 minutes to come inside to do my nails. Also one time he did my nails and I gave him a $50 dollar bill, and he gave it to Helen to give me change, and when she brought my change back she sat it on the table behind us instead of giving my money to Eric to give back to me, and he got mad at me because I asked for my change.
