This was my first time having rolled ice cream and I had the best experience ever! The customer service was amazing and the ice cream was delicious. I got the coffee flavor but all of them are amazing. The cookies n cream especially. I love how the employees take time to talk to you and really make your experience your own! Also they make it super fast where you're not waiting for 30 minutes at a time to get you food but it's also professionally made! Will definitely be coming back!!! Edit: Aaliyah was amazing. Our new favorite hang out and Boba place! Love love the customer service especially from Maria! I've been here a few times and twice with my kids. I love their Tiger Brown Sugar milk tea and they will adjust it for you if needed. Their rolled ice cream is the bomb and my kids love them! We were looking forward to trying this place since it just opened. And we were not disappointed! This will be our go to Boba shop! Ended up getting a Mango Black Tea and a Watermelon Slushie. The shop is small but very cute and charming. The menu is fun and very helpful with pictures and pricing. The staff was very nice and helped us when we made a mistake with our order. My family and I are new to the area and we're so happy to discover Thirstea in Escondido. My kids love ice cream so they were excited they have the ice cream rolls which was very delicious. We also love boba drinks so I tried the Brown Sugar Milk with Boba (there's no tea in this btw but it was still good) and my son got a Oreo Milk Shake which he loved. I just saw this nearby my house. They very nice and friendly. One thing I just want to they know is they should make a % sugar or ice. Because I try Okinawa with honey boba, it a little bit light. I want a little more sugar that will be better. I think a lot of people will have a different taste, that will a good choice. read more
