    Banana Latte
    Claudia G.

While I love coming in not sure their Vietnamese coffee is made properly. It's very milky and light. Should be stronger and darker. ( reason for minus 1 star) However I LOVE their lattes. They def know how to make delicious syrups and toppings and creams! Their banana one is to die for. Definitely recommend if it's your first time. I find myself thinking about that latte more than I should. Inside is kind of small it feels crammed, but they do offer outdoor seating. Everyone seems kind so far, for sure a good coffee shop to grab a quick drink and head out.

Thirsty Girl Coffee is a lovely coffee shop with a beautiful pink color theme in the City of Montclair. Plenty of free parking. Nice and simple interior decor. Good inside space with couch and table/chair seatings. Lots of windows that allow good light in. One all gender restroom available in the back of the shop. Key code may be required. My Mom and I came here to try one of their delightful lattes. We were greeted upon entry. Lady staff, Brianne, was super friendly and provided excellent service. I asked for her recommendation. She said Cinny Bun is one of her favorites. Thanks! It comes with white mocha, cinnabon bun, and cinnamon powder. It sounded good so that's what I got in hot instead of cold. It was indeed a great choice... very smooth and warm taste and not too sweet. Love the cinnamon flavor. It was perfect! Highly recommend. They have a good handful of other coffee/latte flavors. They also sell a variety of pastries. Can't wait to return to try their Vietnamese coffee and pair it with a tasty pastry. If you're in the area, don't be shy... drop on by and support this wonderful biz. They are ready to serve you. Thanks Thirsty Girl!

    Banana matcha & cold brew

Their banana matcha is hands down the best banana bread matcha I've ever had! It's very delicious, 10/10!! Their staff is very welcoming and nice. Their prices are very reasonable for being a small business! The vibes of the cafe are so adorable and I love the pink furniture!

On my way journey to trying different coffee spots and I must say out of the few places I've tried, this one was the cutest! Everything was pink inside which I liked. Gave a Barbie/ legally blonde vibes. It wasn't until I was waiting for my order that I realized it was a Christian coffee shop! All the different scriptures on the wall ...Love it even more! And I ordered a cookie butter latte which was soooo delicious! It had cookie crumbles in it! Yum!!! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed

I definitely recommend this coffee shop! It was so beautiful inside and the staff was extremely kind and friendly, we even had a nice conversation about espresso haha!!! They also made sure to let us know that if we don't like the coffee that they would remake it for us to make sure it's just right. But that wasn't needed because my cookie butter latte was so good and the best I've tried. Usually, the latte itself isn't biscof but this one is fully cookie butter. Anyways everything was amazing and I can't wait to come back!!!!

Really enjoyed my experience at Thirsty Girl! The aesthetic of this business is so girl-coded, pink EVERYWHERE! They are also a faith-driven business which I love, and you can see this throughout the whole store. Drinks are high-quality and they offer tons of sugar-free and keto options. We tried the "I'm Alive But I'm Dead" cold brew and the "Groovy Girl" - both were great. I also got a chocolate chip cookie that was so yum.

What a fun shop! From the first step in you are greeted with an amazing environment, from the pink decor to the energy from the staff it is a hit! I ordered a cold brew with strawberry foam and a matcha. The cold brew itself doesn't standout but with the foam it's really good! The matcha was a pass for me. I'm not a huge fan of the writing of a bible verse on my cup, but that's part of their deal and I can respect that! Definitely check this spot out, the staff and vibe make it well worth it!

I got the salty viet and it was very good, I think I want to try something different next time like the groovy girl! Very nice employees and so cute on the inside with all the pink!

Have been to the Pomona location before but recently went to the Montclair location to get some work done since I was planning on stopping at the mall after! I asked barista if they had a Spanish latte or anything like it and he stated no. I asked for his recommendation which he recommended I believe the cinny bun mocha, which of as okay, not what I usually get but still enjoyed it. Would definitely come back, was a great study spot for me. Loved the music playing

A cafe that has the soft pink pastel ambience on everything from ceiling to wall except the floor. Counters and all furnitures are all in pink . Soft velvety pink curved shape long sofa against a wall serves as a communal seating while enjoying a sip or two!! It's like stepping in another fantasy world for me!! Friendly service! My friend got an espresso for her and a passion tea for me. Very refreshing cold drink on this sweltering heat! The restroom was quite enchanting as well with all pink wall and dimly lit !!! The outdoor patio has a pink bench and couple pink tables and chairs !

So cute! So pink! The coffee was so good, everyone was so friendly and so fast. Would definitely come back!

Cloe's Viet and The Salty Girl
    Leonard A.

The Thirsty girls sister has opened up her own shop across the way and you know I was going to hit it up! Minimalist vibe is in effect and very different from the first location but still cute. I started off with Cloe's Viet which has hazelnut and cinnamon mixed with Vietnamese coffee. Mmm, after the first sip I was reminded of her sister Cindy Lou and how both of them had the perfect brew. Next up was the She's Salty and this tasty drink had a blend of caramel, toffee nut and mocha. When she came out onto the counter she was all sweaty and good to go and after tasting her I didn't mind her being a little salty. Sometimes things are a lot better when it gets to that point, lol. No mug service at this location either and the service was good and could use some improvement or I just caught her on a bad day. And that's my take, Peace...

    Cindy Lou..... who?!?!

Coworker's Paradise in North Pomona! (sorry if it sounds like I'm writing a Zillow listing, but I'm…read morejust trying to get this to show up in search results if anyone else is curious LOL) OUTLETS: Plenty of outlets!!! There's a set of steps with pillows on each step with a block of about six outlets beside them, and a really comfy, sinky couch (plus an ottoman and two comfy looking armchairs and a big table in the middle) with a set of two outlets on the wall and a star shaped power strip sticking out of the ground with six outlets coming out of it. There are also regular tables and it seems like there are outlets beside them as well. WIFI: The wifi is open (no password necessary), even though they have a password listed where you pick up your food (it's just Sanctuary Coffee). I tried to use one of the locked ones (the only one that made sense), but the wifi password didn't work, so I'm not sure why they have one listed. Regardless, albeit not the fastest wifi I've ever used, it's incredibly doable. I have been working remote here for 1.5 hrs and had almost no issues. MENU: For LA, relatively cheap. I am not a coffee or tea drinker, so I got the peach Italian soda, which was yummy. I believe it was about $4.89, which is not bad at all. I went to And Destroy in the Highland Park-ish area, and I believe an Italian soda with cream (cream is free here) was maybe $7-8. I'm used to paying more for drinks because the specialty (non coffee and tea) drinks are usually pricey, but this was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Also, you can claim a free pastry with your email and first name on their website (it sends you a voucher, just show the email). I got the banana bread, which was fine. I would've gotten zucchini, but it wasn't chocolate chip zucchini. ATMOSPHERE: Not too loud, the music is nice and chill and not very loud. There's cute art on the walls and homey looking lamps. It's the quintessential living room coffee shop, perhaps even rivaling Republik Coffee in Burbank in comfiness, noise level, aesthetic, and price (which is a bummer, because I likely will never be back - we just happened to be in North Pomona today, and I have no idea when we'd ever elect to drive this far again LOL). PARKING: It's in a little strip mall, so there's an actual aboveground lot with plenty of free parking (at least I think it's free, I got dropped off so I didn't pay much attention). Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking to cowork in a cozy atmosphere for relatively cheap in the North Pomona area. It checks all of my boxes except distance from home. I hope this review helps someone, because I always try to find this information on Yelp about new places to visit and it can be very difficult to find! BATHROOM: I believe there are two single person bathrooms like not stalls just one bathroom. Cute art and aesthetic inside, there are hooks on the walls for your stuff. The air dryer was not very strong and there were no paper towels or seat covers, but other than that there was a nice faucet and cute nice soap like homey soap you'd see in someone's house, and the lock worked fine.

Very relaxing atmosphere (at least when I visited). Customer…read moreservice was great! Coffee and desserts were very tasteful. I will definately be back to sample other desserts.

It's not awful, but it tastes frugal. I arrived at Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) on Sunday (around 12:20PM). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. My immediate impression of the location's interior is "abandoned warehouse." There's cardboard boxes lying about; the lights are dim & gloomy; and the furniture & walls looked old and poorly maintained. There were no customers, other than myself. Staff zipped out from the back when I'd entered. There's no self-service kiosks, so customers order at the counter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. After receiving my drink, Staff vanished into the back for the entire time. The drink took one minute and six seconds. Fast!! As mentioned, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($5.50) with Boba (additional 79 cents) is not awful. It's big, cheap, and thirst-quenching. Although the boba lacked any perkiness, I did appreciate its very small sweetness. Concerning the ambiance, it felt sad. Chairs had mysterious black stains, dust & webs gripped the windows' corners, yellow & aged plants lazed about, and lights stayed dimly lit like a haunted house. However, there's utility. Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) has six electrical outlets. There's also customer internet with password; details on the plastic countertop. And there's a restroom for customers. In addition, the floors and tables are fairly clean. Overall, Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) feels like a forgotten relic of time. At the very minimum, it's an adequate establishment. If you're searching for affordability and a place to study/work, there's potential. 3.3 out of 5

Great spot to get some work done or even chill. They also sell their own beans! All merchandise are located in the main room! Service: The cashier that assisted us was nice and personable. Throughput was quick after ordering. Drinks: I decided to try their seasonal drinks for the summer, and my sister decided to try their stable drinks. 1) Bonfire Mocha - This mocha contains house made marshmallow syrup, cocoa powder, crush honey graham crackers, milk, and topped with a marshmallow cream top. It's definitely sweet with rich chocolate and marshmallow flavors. You can definitely taste all the ingredients described. I prefer the marshmallow cream top to be a bit thicker, considering it is marshmallow after all. 2) Chai Latte - My sister thought her drink was okay. Mind you, this is her first time trying chai lol. I took a sip of her drink, and the cinnamon and cardamom flavors were strong. It's a bit sweeter than I prefer, but it can always be adjusted. Pricing: A bit more than average. They offer rewards through Cash App. I'd visit once in a while to try their other drinks and pastries.
