We were back in town for the weekend, and this place was on our itinerary for "must" places to eat. A few of us had been here before, but we wanted to bring our friends who have never been so they too can be WOW'd...and they certainly were! We had made reservations for our party of six. The staff is great and welcoming. Plenty of tables outside on their covered patio, which we were seated on a beautiful Saturday morning. My husband truly enjoyed the Harvest Bowl (added chicken). He really wanted me to try a bite of the grilled chicken and carrot, which were both bursting with flavor! I ordered their Cuban Sandwich, which I absolutely enjoyed. They certainly did not skimp on the pork belly and pork loin...so good! Our friends were also blown away with their choices of the THO Burger and Steak Sandwich as well. They appreciated how fresh and delicious everything tasted, even the bread! All in all, everything was wonderful! Looking forward to coming back again next time! Thanks THO. Cheers and happy eating till then...

We stopped here on our way back from Monterey, and this place ended up being such a pleasant surprise. I ordered the beet salad and it was honestly the best beet salad I've ever had -- super fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Total standout. My dad tried the salmon taco, which he thought was just okay. A bit greasy and not something he'd reorder, but still fine for a quick bite. The outdoor seating is lovely -- a peaceful garden-style patio that makes the whole experience feel relaxed and charming. My only wish is that the menu had a few more options, as it's definitely on the limited side. Overall, great ambiance, exceptional salad, the service is fast, friendly; a nice little stop if you're passing through Paso Robles.

Have dined here a few times in the past. This experience was not good. We were seated at our reservation time. Seating was on the patio as in the past. It was a bit chilly but several well-placed heaters helped. Shishito peppers were good. Pork chop was large and very tasty. Just a tad dry. Crab cakes were terrible - consistency was not good. We sent them back and they were taken off the bill. Unfortunately, there was a lot of excuses and no acknowledgment that it was a bad preparation. Beef Wellington appetizer - was mostly mushrooms and very little beef inside. The biggest disappointment was that the service was extremely slow. Dinner took much longer than what it should have. Going to have to pass on this place next time in Paso.

We loved Thomas Hill Organics. It is rare to fine a 100% organic place. We enjoyed the beet salad, olives, and cheddar herb biscuits. For main we had the chili nogada with shrimp and the halibut. We finished with the olive oil cake and chocolate hazelnut cake. Spectacular! Service was great with a nice outside patio setting.

Made a reservation for Saturday evening for a group of 4 and initially we were seating in their extreme back area near the bathroom, and we asked if we could dine in their terrace area instead but they told us the tables weren't available, despite multiple tables being open. The area we were seated in was next to the bathroom and we were the only party there and completely isolated, which felt strange. Eventually they were able to accommodate us in the outside seating area which was 10x better. We ordered the kale caesar salad, crab cakes, roasted chicken, and a side of herb and cheese biscuits. All the food was really good and tasty, I'd definitely recommend the food from here, but due to the strange seating experience we had I think that heavily impacts my overall rating for the place.

It's been 10+ years since we've passed through Paso Robles and visited this wonderful restaurant. We had the burrata to start which was the highlight of our meal - delicious burrata, prosciutto, crisp toast. and the honey drizzled on the pear slices with a little honeycomb was heavenly. Also ordered the cubano with pork loin and pork belly which was delicious. My partner ordered the Cajun shrimp tacos which were good but could have used a little more flavor. We were well taken care of by Connor. (Thank you!)

Goat cheese Sammy with balsamic, strawberries and peaches. Oh. My. Gosh. Amazing.

Honestly everything was delicious. We had a lovely server and sat outside on a very chilly night but they had heat lamps and a fire and we were comfortable. Food was fresh and interesting. Flavors were good, textures amazing. I love how they did simple things just really really well. Knocks: Could have used a little salt on the mushrooms. Sourdough toast was delicious but very thick and I prefer a little thinner. No free bread and the bread pudding needed ice cream rather than whipped cream.

We heard such good things about the restaurant, we were excited to try it out. Sadly our evening fell flat. To state the good, the outdoor back patio is cozy and heated and the food WAS great. The tomato soup of the day, the crab cakes (two large ones), and the chicken dish (farro, mushroom jus, and kale) were spot on. And I never order chicken out so that's saying a lot. HOWEVER, thing after thing came up throughout the night and just tainted the overall meal. - The service: for the duration of our meal our finished wine glasses and empty beer bottle were left on the table. - Attention to detail: we were celebrating a birthday and saw other tables with candles, etc. yet when our dessert came, nothing (and we were greeted with a 'happy birthday' so they were aware) - Other upset customers: one couple just got up and left because "they had sat down for 20 minutes and no one approached them". Another requested something from the kitchen and instead of saying it wasn't something they had or did, they just kept them waiting. While the food was good, everything else wasn't worth the hassle. Paso has TONS of other places that will knock your socks off.

What a wonderful spot! They have a beautiful little patio out back that is quite serene and lovely. Also pup friendly! We came right when they opened for lunch on a Saturday and it was perfect. Our waiter was wonderful, always checking in. All staff we encountered were really friendly. I had a steak sandwich that was fantastic. My husband raved about his burger. Another wonderful little gem downtown!

We hadn't ever been here for lunch and decided we wanted to try this place. We knew they had great, fresh food and they didn't disappoint. Sat us immediately with water and menus. Our waiter was exceptional. We all had the Crab Salad Sandwiches with arugula salad. Delicious. Also had a carafe of Bellini. This was a Fruit Bellini rather than a Peach Bellini. It was very refreshing. We will definitely come back. The patio was really nice and the heaters kept us nice and warm.

Super early dinner reservations at 5pm to make our 7pm entrance at Sensorio. Already stuffed from a heavy lunch, we took it a little easy. I thought the menu here was very abbreviated, but they offer many specials of the day. Also, what they have is 100% quality and I'll take that over quantity any day. - Mushroom toast special ($23): Fantastic! We loved the variety of all the mushrooms intermingling. We got to try the pink mushrooms we had seen before at a farmers market and were curious about. The toast was crunchy, yet soft and the onion cream worked so well as the "glue" between the mushrooms and the bread. 5/5 - Burrata ($23): Silky, creamy goodness. You can't really go wrong with burrata, prosciutto and arugula. The pears and oranges were also really yummy and drizzled with this sweet balsamic glaze I could not get enough of! 5/5 - Chile relleno ($41): Smoky chile relleno, sweet corn and butternut squash with savory Oxacan cheese and a yummy salsa. Add a few plump, grilled shrimp and this was a winner! All the different elements synched perfectly together. 5/5 Everything was fresh, nicely presented, and tasted delicious! Jack was our server and he was excellent. They have a super cute patio area that was totally booked, so we got seated indoors. Totally fine with us but next visit I will be sure to book the outdoor patio area to enjoy the beautiful weather too!

We were a group of 10 and we were greeted with a smile and led to our table with heaters surrounding us for warmth. Our server Jack was the perfect young man to guide us through the menu and taking wonderful care of individuals who have been wine tasting all day. The appetizers were ordered for the table to share with Jack recommendation. The bottle of wine for the table were the perfect choice to please everyone. The food selection was enjoyed with the selection of steak, rack of lamb or other. The portions were very generous and the seasoning was perfect. The chef and owner arrived to our table for a wonderful conversation received a large amount of compliments. To have the chef to visit your table is shows confidence and caring of their customers.

Ambiance was beautiful, food was tasty! Our disappointment was there was a food menu item, pork chop, that was not available for the night. Two people from our party wanted to order that item, and they are picky eaters, therefore had convinced them to join us for dinner at this restaurant assuming the menu item they felt comfortable with would be available. Although they both ordered their second option, one was satisfied and the order was partially satisfied.
