He came back with everything on my list and more. So this week when in the area, I wanted to stop by and check it out myself. They have a lot of produce. All very nicely arranged and marked clearly with price signs. Some items are quite reasonable -- especially those items in sale. Most are at a good price or comparable to your local market. They also have a section of ready to eat cooked food and other deli items in a cooler. I did get another container of chopped chicken liver as I'd really like the one we tried before. I liked the fact that some of the cooked foods were in small portions for 1 or 2 people. What I didn't expect was the shelves of international food items -- from British to Mexican. These shelves line one wall. The place isn't large, but it certainly will have most of the fruits and veggies you're looking for. My husband thought their jumbo eggs were a real bargain, too. I'm sure we will be back when next in the area.

This place is small but is well stocked with fresh fruits and veggies, precooked traditional meals, side dish items and foods from around the world, not to mention fresh Jumbo Eggs for $1.39. The inside is bright, clean and inviting, with friendly staff members to help you find items you may have passed over. They offer specials to enjoy and save some $$$, as well as bakery items from locals. As you get near the rear of the store you can smell some of the delicious aromas from items they are cooking up fresh. Prices are modest and better than the supermarket chains. If you are looking for some ready meals or are planning on cooking a meal yourself, here is where you will want to come to complete your shopping list.

Average quality, high prices. Their old location was bomb and this one is a dud…read more In my humble opinion, the pompano store rocked. 80% of their items were fair priced and 20% were great bargains! They always encouraged me to come back, and I did. Quality is OK day-of. Most of it needs to be eaten quickly. For instance their watermelon or mangoes wont be good after a week. That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? I respect their game and wish them luck but sadly its a closed chapter for me. Its not that im not going to return out of spite, but I wont be returning simply because there's no point to. Theres no deals or anything amazing anymore. Best of luck

More like a 2.5 today. It's sad because I really liked shopping here…read more I don't know what happened to the store. They used to have beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, a nice freezer section. I even bought a tomato tree here once. I don't come often since it's not close, but every once in a while when I'm going to Costco, I'll just drive down a little bit further and stop in and pick up some things. I was so disappointed today. They've gotten rid of 99% of freezer section and they have the old cases for sale, so that's the end of that. Today they had long tables of garbage thrown on top and I'm not quite sure what it was, but people were digging through like it was some flea market garage sale. The entire store has changed and in my opinion not for the better. I was able to pick up a couple of avocados at 3 for a $1, a bag of potatoes so I can make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, some tomatoes, and that's about it. I did notice that they had a table full of hot pickle tomatoes that expired 9/20/2025 so that did it for me. I don't understand why you would put out food no matter what price it is, after the expiration date. The other thing that bothered me was the 4% fee for credit card. I know as a fact, if you have the right credit card processing you pay 1.9%. They also had a tip jar at the check out...for what... so the salaried employee can slide your purchases across a scanner and you can put the items in the bags you bring. No one packs your bags here and they don't even have plastic or paper bags. With all the fees, the prices aren't any less than TJs or Aldi. I know now, I don't ever have to drive down here again.

Go immediately to Bedner's and pick up some of their Fresh Corn on the Cob... OGM! So sweet!!…read more Delicious!!! I like how they send you emails to let you know what's coming off the farm on the weekend... worked on me. Also, I wanted to pick up some Ice Cream from Sutton Milk Farm, a dairy farm in Okeechobee that makes amazing, fresh, ice cream. Both the Vanilla and Mint Chocolate Chip were fantastic. BTW, they also carry Duci Gelato if you can't make it to their place on Congress. That's the beauty of Bedner's Farm Markets... they search out the top quality items for sale at the store... and of course, the great produce, from their farms and other local farms. Just look at the beautiful veggies! Now, do yourself a favor... go pick up some corn! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They have 3 locations (Boynton Beach, Del Ray and West Palm) and I had been meaning to check them out for some time. I'm glad I did. The store itself isn't all that big but they do pack a lot of unique produce items, some hard to find. The produce is super fresh and some of the pricing is cheaper than big box supermarkets, while others are more pricey. In the end it evens out but you get local farm fresh produce and that's a win win. By the way, the lemonade blueberries were a pleasant surprise. I thought they would be on the tart side but they were refreshingly sweet. Happy I stopped in and will definitely come back!

The Southwest Ranches Farmer's Market is located in the same lot as Haute Coffee and Mr. Rotisserie…read morefood trucks. It gets very crowded on the weekend making parking a bit of a challenge. This family owned farmers market is in it's own small building. It was very interesting to me because this is the first place I found that sells raw milk. It is not something I personally drink but advocates claim that the pasteurization of milk destroys the nutrients, enzymes, and good bacteria. Benefits of raw milk may include more nutrients, improved digestion, and enhanced immune function. Others believe that the benefits are outweighed by health risks associated with consuming raw dairy products. The raw products sold here state they are not for human consumption. In addition to raw milk they also sell raw milk kefir, raw yogurt, raw cheese, raw butter, and raw milk ice cream. Other products they sell include organic produce grown in Southwest Ranches, local honey, hormone free and grass fed meat and seafood, farm fresh eggs, bath and beauty products, bread, and fresh made key lime pies. Staff was on hand to helpfully answer customers questions. I do believe that food is medicine and that it can heal you. This market subscribes to that philosophy. It is a niche for people who don't mind paying more to know where there food comes from, want clean ingredients, or are into a particular lifestyle choice. If you are looking for a large selection or inexpensive prices, this is probably not for you but I enjoyed my visit.

They carry eggs, fresh meat. Anything that you would expect to see that has all been raised on a farm. Other than that, there is a Haute coffee truck, a Venezuelan empanada shop, a sandwich place, a middle eastern truck and more. As I am a fan of the coffee place, I ordered a coffee. It was a bit on the sweeter side, but they had really cool flavors. I got the praline latte. The Venezuelan empanadas were great and I would definitely get them again.
