The guys there are polite, welcoming , courteous and explain everything so you don't feel cheated or outsmarted like in some other places. They didn't have my tires in stock but they brought them from another location overnight . The next day they replaced my four tires plus balancing in an hour thirty min !! I went back to Tire Pros, of course, which happens to be under new management. I still got the same exact quality of service, everyone there is nice, things haven't changed at all. I had new tires mounted and balanced as well as new pads, all of which happened over 3 appointments. Everything was done on time as promised. The prices for what I had done this time were absolutely reasonable. Ryan and Joe helped me get new tires because two of mine at blown due to an accident. They found me what I needed and at an affordable price. The car also needed to be aligned. They did this without any hesitation. Joe let me know all my options, and I chose the one that I felt would keep me the safest. I always have them look at my brakes. Plus, I found that could change the oil for a price that was better than the place I thought was so affordable. Not only are the employees competent, but they are courteous and respectful. We discovered a flat tire. AAA put on a spare for us. We had to drive to the airport next day, so we went to the closest tire store TIRE PROS. The shop was very busy, but the front desk person was attentive, prompt, and friendly. As it was our first visit, he helped us open a customer account and sent our car for tire inspection right away. Waiting Room offered cold drinks, coffee machine, TV, magazines etc. They were able to patch the flat tire within a half hour. We're very pleased with their service and will return for future tire needs. We browsed, and prices seemed competitive. It's a so much less stressful experience than going to COSTO for tire shopping. read more

Thousand Oaks Tire Pros is top notch. The one in Calabasas and Agoura were sold and are not as reasonably priced as they once were. I needed new tires for my Honda Pilot and was shopping around. I had prices that ranged as one would expect but I focused on comparing specific tires with the pricing of several shops. When I reached out to Thousand Oaks Tire Pros I was delighted and overjoyed to find Sariah from the other places is now working here. She gave me an excellent deal on my tires and was able to get them in the same day. On top of that she assured me that as long as I was able to make it in by 4:15 PM that she could have them installed before 5:00 PM. I'm so glad that she is here and working with such a great team. I hate leaving 1 star reviews. But it needs to be said. Moral of the story: Don't let them patch your car's tire or you may find yourself with a flat soon after. My Tesla had a nail in the center of one of tires. Generally, nals I'm this area are able to be removed and the tire can be patched up. I had it towed to Tire Pros at night (they had already closed.) I called them first in the morning to let them know that my car was there and they could patch it. They didn't answer so I left a message. Three hours go by and no response. So I call again and they finally pick up and tell me they will patch the tire. I Uber there and when I arrive, he says the patch is done and everything is good to go. No biggie, 3.5 hours wasted but it's not the end of the world. I pick up my car, tip the guy there, and leave. Well a few weeks have gone by. I'm currently writing this review on a Friday night. I sit in my parked car about to go home. But my Tesla warns me not to drive because my tire pressure is extremely low on the same tire! I get out of my car and check the same spot on the same tire and I hear audible air hissing from the patch spot. I put my finger on the sticky remnants of the patch and the air stops. When I let go, air continues to come out. I show my friend who is with me to make sure I'm not going crazy. Seems like they did a bad job patching up my tire. Since it's currently Friday night and they don't open till Monday, I have no choice but to tow my car somewhere else to have it repatched properly. They made my car tow twice, wasted my money, my time, and two additional Uber rides because of their poor patch job. 0/5 **Updated Response to Business Representative:** John - you are claiming that it had nothing to do with your patch job. You are wrong. I have video and picture evidence of the flat occuring in the same spot as the patch. When I placed my fingers over the patch, the air hissing would stop. When I took my fingers off, air would be released. I am happy to send this to you via email. I had the car towed to a different tire shop. When they inspected your patch to another shop, they called the patch "a gas station patch" and said that it was very poorly done. read more
