They offer site visits during planning, if you don't know the layout, I recommend doing a tour in person - the virtual tour on the website is a great reference as well. The bar is included while linens, food, cake, and entertainment are up to you. We arranged flowers from Micheal's weeks before, then at the venue used the lovely things in the center piece closet to save having to hire a florist to decorate. The contract, website, and Amy were all very clear about how much everything cost: super reasonable for such a pretty place. The entire staff was great and there were no surprises. We got out right on time and took the party back to the VRBO. I Wouldn't change a thing about my wedding day, thank you so much.

He took our family pictures throughout the day to help save the memories. He drove us to our 3 hour train ride, captured pictures of us on the train, and then took us to the hot springs. The train ride is beautiful and relaxing. He then drive us to Vail for the evening to enjoy dinner and shopping before taking us back to our hotel. He made a special gift for everyone in our group and was delightful to visit with. You can tell how much he loves what he does and wants to make sure that you have a special trip.
