We placed an online order at 3:28 pm for a pick up at 6:00. My order was not ready until 7:05 PM! They said we were waiting for the wings to get finished and that is the reason for the wait. There were many other people that were waiting past their pick up time. Just to be clear the three girls at the front desk were very nice and apologetic but they couldn't explain why my food wasn't ready. Confused by the high rating of this place. Perhaps there's not much competition? I just got UberEats after paying the delivery and service fee for this restaurant that's 15 minutes away. The pizza was so cold we had to start the oven to reheat it. The cheese garlic bread had congealed so that it was dry and lumpy. The baked ziti was tasteless, even with mozzarella on top. The beer selection and prices are good as well, with about 6/10 taps filled with local brews (Cigar City, TBBC, Big Storm, Coppertail, etc...). The daily pizza specials are a great value. My parents live in Odessa which used to be a wasteland for dining out. Welcome to the modern age where you can actually get delivery of non-chain pizza!!!! How exciting!!! Three Brothers makes a very tasty pie! We ordered the Capricciosa which has crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, artichokes, kalamata olives, fresh garlic and prosciutto. All of the toppings tasted very fresh! The dough was tasty although I like mine just a teeny tiny bit more cooked. Next time I'll order extra crispy crust and see if I can make this a 5 star review. They have many other options on the menu including salads, calzones, strombolis, heros, pasta dishes, several entrees and even dessert. For $30 we walked out with an excellent antipasto salad, slice of cheese pizza, draft beer and an excellent small everything pizza. Just the right amount of food for my family of 3. This was the first time visiting this location, of which we stumbled across through Yelp. It's always something you need to take into consideration with reviews; however, based on the pics and comments - it was worth a try. After all, we (the family) were all seeking pasta, preferably one that was authentic and made to order. I must say that this establishment definitely exceeded our expectations and was very nice and casual inside. The food was amazing as well. Couldn't believe all three of us literally ate every bite possible. The Alfredo and Spaghetti with Meat Sause was perfect! We will all be back again very soon. read more

I come here often, as it is close by and I very much enjoy the pizza. Today was a surprise as it had a bit of a herb smell and taste, plus I had even found a leaf (possibly the aforementioned herb), which I didn't mind. The only problem was that half the pizza was sauce less. I don't know if I was misheard over the phone, or if my request for "a bit less than normal cheese" had also applied to the sauce amount, because most slices were only bread and cheese, no sauce. Although the taste was fine and I enjoyed the nice change in smell and taste, I am disappointed because sauce is what makes a pizza and this pizza was lacking in that department. The pizza is absolutely delicious. We ordered the portobello pizza. The truffle oil, the mushrooms, the crust were perfect and elevated the pizza to becoming a culinary experience. The server was very attentive and anticipated our needs to ensure we never wanted for anything. He was taking care of the entire restaurant in the same regard. The place is quaint and clearly a local spot but if you happen to find yourself in Odessa, this pizza exceeds expectations and will satisfy the craving. My go-to is the pepperoni pizza. It's the one food that I crave and need to have at least once a month. I've had other pizzas and appetizers on the menu and this is the one thing that stands out. Additionally the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Just this last time, our waitress saw me looking around the table and immediately took notice and brought me the Parmesan cheese. This place is a hidden gem! We lived a mile away for almost a year before finally giving this place a try. First we tried the wings which were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. They also offer a ton of different pizzas including flavored crust and toppings like caramelized onions. They have a quick pick-up side and a sit down dine-in side. It's very well laid out. I was recently recommend this place, as it is near my house and I am known as a "pizza finatic" (I eat/try all types of pizza). So I decided to call in and place an order for a 28" cheese pizza for me and my family, hoping to support local restaurants at this time. I was informed that the pizza would take approximently 45min-1hour, so to play it safe I had arrived 40 minutes after the order was placed. Sadly, apon recieving the pizza, i had recognized that it was cold. I don't know if it had been sitting out, or it was just not heated thourougly. Although my family had enjoyed the taste of the pizza, we were all very upset about recieving a cold pizza, especially when it was $30. I would love to try again, but am a bit weary of receiving yet another cold pizza, and throwing the $30 away. read more

I've tried Three Brothers 3 times and I think they've struck out with me. The staff is really nice and accommodating. They also have two sides of the restaurant for the convenience of take away or sitting down. The food however just isn't meeting the mark for me. I ordered different things each time I went and I was never fully satisfied. The pizza crust was burnt with not enough specialty toppings. The fries were soggy and bland. Sandwich bread wasn't that good. Chicken tenders were burnt and bland. Chicken wings needed more sauce. I did enjoy the garlic knots so I'll give them points for that, but then take the points right away for the watery marinara sauce provided as a side. I've just always been disappointed in the meals I eaten here especially for the price I paid. The prices are a bit steep with not that many combo options or specials, so mediocre food should not be the result. read more

These guys still have got to have the best pizza in the area. In my humble opinion, the most important part of the pizza is the crust and sauce. The rest ofcourse is important as well, but when a place is able to get these right, the pizza is amazing. A number of friends have advised for me to try a few other places in the area, but Three Brothers still has my heart and pallette. One thing I would recommend is eatting at their location atleast the first time. The pizza is best on-site. We did a take out order a few times to share with family and friends, and though it was good, it wasn't the same as when it was fresh out of the oven. They've also got quite a delicious canoli should you have room after your meal. read more
