    I came here looking to test drive a beetle. Really had no intention of buying today. The sales attendant was super friendly. He set me up with a car after a few minutes. It was fairly quickly. He was pretty helpful, I feel like he could've explains a little more about the car. I wanted a specific model and they didn't have it. When I asked if they could order it for me he basically said it's a possibility but probably not. I guess this is pretty common for dealerships now, what you see online is not what you'll see at the dealer. Mixed feelings about this because I want the car I want! Haha. I probably won't be back here and I'll check out other Volkswagen dealers in the area to find the car I truly want. I left with his business car just in case.

The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! They are not even giving me a loaner car because they say they don't have any cars available. It's a 2022 90K top-of-the-line Tahoe, and these guys crashed it. I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. They also stated they would fix the car according to their insurance requirements, not to how the car was when it was brought into the dealer. See attached. I went in looking for a Terrain and walked out driving a 2020 GMC Terrain the next day. The process was so smooth and fast and very reasonably priced. Khaled explained everything to me in great detail and knew exactly what I wanted. I was very specific on what I wanted and the color I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. He really knows how to treat a customer as family and I would recommend him to every customer out there looking for a GMC. I was hesitate at first and did not want to go car shopping during COVID but I spoke to Khaled over the phone and he assured me that the dealership was safe and they were taking proper precautions during these difficult times. I walked in the next day, and he was absolutely right! Every single employee was wearing a mask and all chairs were spaced 6 feet apart.     To whom it may concern, I purchased my first brand new…read moretruck, a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD brand new from the factory. I ordered it and waited months for it to arrive. I have owned this truck for 25 months and put 37,000 miles on it. I brought it to Frank's GMC in Lindhurst NJ, where I bought it, for servicing. Upon inspection of the truck Frank's tells me that it needs a new torque converter and a new valve body in the transmission. They also tell me that I can not drive the truck until it is fixed. I have been without a truck for over 3 weeks now and there is not better news on receiving the parts that are on back order from General Motors. GM customer service has been of no help whatsoever. The dealership never even offered me a loaner car. Now that I have had to take one of my trucks out of service from my company to give to myself as a daily driver I have asked Frank's and GMC for compensation and I was told there was nothing that could be done. I have been a long time Chevy and GM customer, with 9 current General Motor vehicles under my ownership and an additional 5 or 6 that I have owned in the past. To be told now that I have no recourse and no truck to drive is more than disheartening. This truck is my third GM transmission to have problems in just as many months. My truck still has the original tires on in. It's sad that the tires last longer than the transmission on my brand new GM truck. I think it is an absolute disgrace that General Motors cannot get the parts in time for a transmission that should easily last hundreds of thousands of miles. This tells me that GM must be having a lot of these torque converter issues and that their trucks have sadly become second rate. The GM truck of today are not what they used to be. I also have a 2019 Chevy Tahoe which just needed an injector lifter repair and torque converter repair along with a new aftermarket valve body in the transmission at less than 40,000 miles. Costing me almost $8,000. And my wife's Chevy Traverse (2019 with 93,000 miles) also just needed an full transmission replacement. GM customer care keeps calling me to tell me that they are still looking for the parts, but to no avail. Meanwhile I am still paying my monthly payments ($987 per mo.) on the truck, (and SXM) for a truck I can't even use. I was told by the dealer that I cannot have my truck back unless I wanted to lose my repair warranty. I have no truck and no help from General Motors or Frank's GMC.

    I purchased a car from this dealership in September 2025 for my son, and there have been red flags…read morefrom the very beginning. The day after the purchase, my bank account was compromised. Someone called me pretending to be GEICO and claimed they were adding my son to my insurance policy and explaining the premium increase. This person knew every detail of what had happened at the dealership, including my son's information, my insurance details, and my home address. The scammer was able to withdraw $548 from my bank account. Given how much confidential information they had, it strongly suggests that someone with insider access may have been involved. Unfortunately, my son was later in an accident, and the vehicle was declared a total loss. Thankfully, I purchased GAP coverage and an extended warranty. The accident occurred in early March, and it is now May. The dealership still has not completed its part of the process to apply the GAP and extended warranty funds toward the remaining loan balance. I have spoken with the warranty company, and they confirmed that they sent the necessary funds to the dealership back in March. Despite leaving multiple messages for both the finance department and management at the Nutley location, I have received no response. As a result, there is still an outstanding balance on the loan that should have been resolved months ago. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with caution. My experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
