If I could give a negative star; I would. In all my years of dealing with a dentist for my husband and myself I have NEVER been spoken to as rudely as COURTNEY did. I had repeated conversations to make it very clear that my husband is just the patient. Please DO NOT take money or discuss insurance with him as he does not understand. Yet, just this week he came home having paid a small portion from a balance. I called and spoke to COURTNEY and she lied and said my husband asked for the balance; ;which he did NOT--I told her ne knew better than to do that. What is did ask when paperwork leaving the office was handed to him was, "is this the balance?" Not intending to pay, just asking; YET COURTNEY took money from him when she did not have to when I asked her if that was policy. She continued to say, "what is the big deal, its only a small amount and will come out in the wash anyway". Its the principle and they do not take money from patients until insurance has been billed and then we pay from the statement mailed to us. Second, she made a point to say, "that we do not cater to every patients needs as they can't remember with over a 100 customers". Which tells me that regardless of my request for help when my husband leaves everytime you will not have his best interest at heart. Courtney did say that she could have told my husband that no money needs to be taken and that they would bill insurance. She chose not to. Third, COURNTEY made the rudest comment of all telling me that I have "difficult" insurance. When I asked she explained that because we have multiple insurances it makes it difficult for billing. I have NEVER been told that at any dental/medical office in my life. How my family came to have double and triple coverage is none of their business. Lastly, after I was in shock at the way she was talking to me I asked to talk to the dentist to let him know how she was talking to me and she said he was busy; instead of let me give him a message to call you with your concerns. I ended up calmly just hanging up on her. My blood pressure was boiling. Of course no call from the dentist in the next 24 hours. So here is worst review of their facility. We will NEVER return and I will be stopping by one last time to get my $$ back on what they charged my husband when they were not suppose to. Shame on their office and their lack of professionalism and common courtesty. read more

I'm not a fan of dentists, but who is right? But this office was absolutely top notch from the second you walk in the door! They treat you like a person not a number, and love the fact that you have a consultation first with only X-rays and meeting the Doc. Btw my meeting was amazing in truly outlining my plan! Was hesitant at first I mean why no cleaning I am there already? Come to find out I needed a deep cleaning so getting a cleaning the same day would have been pointless and a waste of money. Again, treated like a person not a number. My second time going into the office almost 5 weeks later I l was greeted by my name and treated with such dignity and respect. The assistant came out and got me and walked me to to my chair and when we were done she even walked me to the door when I left making sure all my questions were answered. Once again, office staff called me by name on my way out as well as the Dr I met with (even though he was with another client) in my initial consultation. I would recommend this place to anyone!! After he graciously met with me an extra time as well as some phone conversations. We figured out I was allergic to a pain medication. Hello: I am writing this with a very heavy heart. I had a few appointments with Three Rivers Dental. I had some general dentistry appointments. I had gone over my dental insurance coverage and all co pays with Megan. A few months later I was notified I had an outstanding balance. The funny thing here, I clearly had gone over each cost with Megan and was told what I needed to pay. I even went in to the office with my friend whom was going to be a witness for me. Rebecca the office manager said I was misinformed and as a courtesy they were going to zero out my balance. I was told that I should assume that our relationship was over and never should we be contacting each other again. Then, about 2 months later, I received a bill for a higher amount. I called and emailed the office and received an email saying the same exact thing. Again, just to be clear: prior to all services was informed of my coverages and co pays and what I would be paying upfront, I paid upfront and yet was billed when I indeed paid. I recently had to have the all-dreaded root canal. Along with it also came the need for a new crown on the same tooth. I was honestly dreading the new crown more than the new root canal. You see, when I originally got the crown (at another dentist) it was an 8 week process. It involved temporary crowns, sending molds to the lab, the mold not fitting, going back to the lab, the crown breaking in transit ... you get the picture. The experience at Three Rivers Dental was completely different. Dr. Roach is using some of the latest techniques to take a scan of the teeth, transposing that into a 3D model. The model then gets manipulated based on a variety of factors that I couldn't begin to accurately explain. Once complete, there's another machine that takes the model and creates the crown in the office. Dr. Roach even let me see the machine in action. All in all, it only took about 90 minutes vs. the 8 weeks I had spent with the other dentist. Each time I've been there I've been nothing but pleased with both the services provided to me as well as those for my wife and children.
