I was so excited to check this place out based on the reviews. I travel for work and small towns usually have great ethnic foods. Sadly I was disappointed from the service to the food, it was underwhelming. Place was busy but with only one host/waiter service was slow. Can't fault the kid he's still learning and obviously needing help. As for the food I ordered veggie rolls and pad Thai. I've had lots of pad Thai in my life as it's a favorite, however this was not what I'm use to in terms of flavor. It didn't do justice to the dish in my opinion, not sure if another dish would have been a better choice. We've had takeout from this restaurant a couple of times within the past month. They have wonderful curry and rice dishes along with some tasty appetizers that include their spring rolls and skewers. We'll continue ordering from this restaurant on a regular basis! read more

We were very excited to try the new Thai place in Ephrata and ordered a chicken curry, veggie and tofu pad Thai, and veggie spring rolls. The pad Thai had 3 slices of carrots, 2 pieces of broccoli and tofu the size you'd find in miso soup. The curry was flavorful but filled only half the container with only a few pieces of chicken and vegetables and the vegetable spring rolls consisted of unidentifiable brown mush that came with a syrupy dipping sauce. It was very disappointing to get such poor quality dishes, I wouldn't recommend visiting. read more

Ugh!!! If you are looking for potential food poisoning, this is your place! Worst pad Thai ever! Sad because I thought I found my pad Thai place in my town. Ordered chicken pad Thai and it had a fishy odor and taste. Called and told them about it and they told me to come back and they would make me a new one. Got the new one and same thing. Fishy. Lost my appetite. Hope I don't get sick from the couple bites I had! Also got the fried rice. It was ok as far as fried rice goes. They definitely skimp on veggies. One piece of broccoli and about 2 slices of peppers and some skimpy carrot rounds. I only give them 2 stars because the spring rolls were edible and my daughter liked the curry dish she got. But she eats everything super spicy, so easy to mask any crap with a lot of spice! read more

My wife and I are visiting from North Carolina and found this gem while walking downtown. The food is outstanding! I had the cashew fried rice with chicken; Thai HOT! My wife got hers just hot, and was tearing up. Very nice service staff as well. We got here just before noon and the place almost is full only 1/2 later. Highly recommended! read more

I really like this place. I stopped in a couple weeks ago while visiting from out of town, and my companion and I had a very enjoyable meal. The restaurant was clean, though pretty basic, and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the peanut salad, which was fine, but with a little too much peanut sauce. The green curry, spiced "hot," was great - hot enough so you could feel the burn and know you're alive, but it wasn't like the kitchen was trying to kill me. For dessert we had the fried banana sundae. I was sceptical - I don't like ice cream desserts, and my companion has very traditional tastes, so I thought neither of us would like it. But we both thought it was a fun, tasty, unusual end to the meal. I'd like to see the menu expanded. it's adequate, but brief. There could be more salads, more soups (no pho?), maybe some more stir fries, and how about some sticky rice for dessert?? Three Sisters has established itself as a solid choice for good Thai food. Gross. I got medium spicy, my boyfriend got low spicy and his was spicier. Pad Thai was literally just noodles and ketchup.

The food is delicious and I often get 3 meals out of one order. The service can be slow but I typically call ahead and pick it up.

Good food, portions are huge for the price. Different spin on some of the food. None the less still very tasty. Will have to come back for their curry, which looks very tasty. If you're in the area, I'd definitely check this place out for lunch. read more

Mmmm... this food is great! My sister in law is native Burmese and she tried a dish of the soup and was dissapointed that it wasnt spicy enough! But i enjoyed my dish greatly! I tried the Thai Tea for the first time and WOW it was amazing! I would drive a half hour for it because i havent found any Tea that is as good as that one! read more

Went here on a Thursday evening for dinner with the family. The atmosphere could have definitely been better. There was no music playing, and it was incredibly hot inside. It was about 90 degrees outside, and every bit as hot inside. Overall cost was good. About $75 for a family of 5 including tip. The food was simply amazing. I ordered the extra hot (thai hot on the menu) red curry with chicken. Flavors were wonderful, but it definitely wasn't super spicy as you would think. I've tried several dishes here and so far they have all been great! The Panang curry here is great although the portion is too small in my opinion. Also had the pineapple fried rice which was tasty and a good size. The coconut soup is also a must try! read more

I vividly remember when the only "exotic" choice in town was the Oriental Kitchen at the Cloister Shopping Center, so when I heard about Three Sisters Park I knew that I had to visit and check it out. I was not disappointed. Lunch started with the appetizer sampler. The skewers (chicken and beef) were both very good. I ordered the pineapple fried rice for my entree and will absolutely eat it again. Service was excellent, food showed up in a timely manner and the price was right. My daughter and I stopped here for lunch and left excited to have found a great lunch spot. If you like Thai food, try this place. Between the two of us we both had the Tom Yum soup, the Pad Thai and the Green Curry. Every dish was so full of flavor. We will be back for sure. Great food and great service. read more

Had a very enjoyable dinner with family who are unfamiliar with Thai food. The waitress was nice, friendly, and helpful; she seemed familiar enough with the menu and gave some wonderful suggestions. I ordered the Thai tea which was good and came in a decent size for the price (and to share). We ordered the chicken spring rolls with the plum dipping sauce as a appetizer and they were incredible! I would highly recommend them! Would love to see some Summer Rolls added to the menu perhaps in the future. Both my family members ordered the Pad Thai - one ordered pork and the other chicken. I thought that the flavor was good despite a unique vinegar like base which I don't recall tasting in previous Pad Thai dishes that I have had before. I ordered the shrimp green curry and although it was good, it wasn't the best. All in all I enjoyed the experience and would go again with family and friends (to order spring rolls or Pad Thai). their spiciness varies and not consistent which they need to be. ate there this past Friday for carry-out and the gf got the panang curry with shrimp on mild while I got the green curry with pork on hot and we both tried each other's dishes and both had the same level of heat, which was mild. was rather a bit disappointed. good thing had a bottle of Blair's mega death sauce with liquid fury to fulfill my level of heat/spicy. just an FYI in the future, just be aware that the level of heat, whether mild/medium or hot will greatly vary on who's cooking. read more
