    My chicken bowl
    Connie G.

So glad this space reopened as an eatery. It's next door to a Laundromat that I use, making parking difficult. Food is prepared when ordered, so it comes out hot and fresh. I sat inside to eat, but several customers who came in after me took their food to go. The inside is cheery, with light pine tables. There are only five tables for two people each, so not a place for large groups. I ordered my KBap with chicken and all the toppings minus pineapple, and a Coke Zero as my drink. My food came out fast. There wasn't an abundance of chicken, but that is typical for Korean food. It was still a filling meal with all the flavors of the toppings. The two owners, both women, asked me how my meal was. They helped me decide which sauce I wanted, as I don't care for anything that is too spicy hot or salty. I tried both the teriyaki and the ginger sauces. Both complimented each other well. Other foods like kimbap and kimchi are available. They have one gender-neutral restroom

New item on the menu. Bibimbop was awesome. Grabbed a few banchan sides and all set.

Based on a friend's recommendation, tried out this Korean place. We had the beef, pork, yakimandu (dumplings), crab Rangoon, and spicy squid. Service was prompt. Food was average and frankly a little bland.

Decent at best. Would not recommend, and definitely not kid friendly. I would not consider this Asian Fusion food, but good try.

Our waitress/hostess was terrific throughout, from greeting to service. She did forget to mention that there was a small condiments bar in the opposite corner of the restaurant but the tacos were amply accessorized and thus outstanding regardless (I frankly often prefer only cabbage/onion and no sauces because I'm really here to taste, and test, the meat! The asada was really good but the carnitas were the bomb. At $13 for each plate of two 6-inch tacos and no sides it was bordering on steep but this was a sit down experience as well. The venue is typically packed wknds around peak lunch and dinner hours. It's ambiance is traditional "saloon" with wood floors, walls, tables, and chairs. They haven't posted their hours on Yelp and I forgot to take a picture of their front door but the menu pics are Jan 2026!

I'm not sure what they do differently but they're delicious! The tacos all come in sets of 2, not mix and match. Everyone in our group got tacos and everyone was happy and agreed they were quite large and had a lot of filling. I got the Korean pork belly tacos and these were really good! That said, next time I'd try to get someone to split 2 kinds with me as 2 of the pork belly tacos was pretty heavy.

The fry bread is soft and fluffy and they have the most amazing green chili. Great staff, very friendly and amazing food. If there is any downfall at all it would be that since this is a food bus, it would be awesome to see them "pop"up in different parts of town. I travel all the way from Oro valley to get this amazing fry bread.

Orders was up in between 5 and 10 minutes. Frybread was good, the meat topping tasty and the lettuce and tomato fresh. Top marks. If I were order it again, I would order it w/o beans so you could pick it up and eat it like a tostada because with beans you had to eat it off the plate with a fork. That or order a second fry desert with no honey, sugar or cinnamon, and place one on top of the other, like a double tortilla frybread taco. I keep half for the next day and 14 hours later the items were still very good, although you can't be fresh from the fryer fry bread. The sun was still out so shade on the tables, about 3 tables, made dining a pleasure. Would definitely repeat. I came a week earlier and no truck was there, despite indicating it on social media, and no answer on the phone number. As of this writing it seems they update their Facebook frequently but not their Instagram.
