We came on a Tuesday at 3pm, a very random time and day, wanting to assess this restaurant for a birthday dinner. We were the only customers, friendly greeting as we entered. We asked to sit at the sushi bar so we could interact with the sushi chefs but, after being in our seats 10 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement from the sushi guys we asked our waitress, Moira, who said they don't do that here. . By the way and more importantly, Moira greeted us right away and did everything to make us comfortable including allowing us to move to the patio. It's great out here and they've done a good job trying to hide the traffic on 116th. Here are my impressions: Seating, very comfortable and much nicer than I thought. Ambiance, higher end than I thought after seeing photos Wine, the Sancerre was light, not too sweet, and delicious, nice finish. Seaweed salad, delicious! Delmonte roll, Toro (tuna belly!) absolutely wonderful and I enjoyed it to the last bite. Lobster roll, lots of lobster in a light dressing of kimchi mayo on top of the veggie roll. Presentation, all of the dishes came out looking very appetizing. Dessert, Lemon Possette, is fabulous! Custard like but creamier/looser towards the bottom with jam and fresh tanneries on top. It's difficult to stop eating! Chris, the owner, took the time to stop at our table and have a lovely conversation with us and we're so glad he created this touch of Monterey (CA) here in central Indiana. Tiburon honestly changed my whole opinion on seafood. I'm really not a fish person. I just started eating fish maybe a year and a half ago, and before this, I had never even tried sushi. So I'm definitely not a sushi expert, but Tiburon had some of the best seafood I've ever had. Our waitress Moira was fantastic, and she was being assisted by Steve, who was brand new and absolutely amazing. I'll definitely ask to sit in Steve's section whenever I go back. The service overall was excellent. They recommended the Sweet Caroline roll for someone newer to sushi, and it was SO good. I completely understand why it's one of their most popular rolls. I got the halibut fish and chips, which were good, but after trying my friend's mahi over mashed potatoes, I immediately knew that's what I should've ordered because it was incredible. There was also a small issue with my friend's dish, and the manager Megan handled it immediately and brought us espresso martinis, which was such a nice touch. Also, get the Raspberry Kush cocktail. So good. Already can't wait to go back. Definitely going to be one of my summer spots. read more

Came here for a solo dinner and enjoyed my experience! I wanted to treat myself that night, so I indulged in a drink, the Dark Passion. I loved the flavors. I ordered the truffle salt edamame to start and I don't think I will ever want edamame without truffle salt again! It was delicious. I asked my waiter for sushi suggestions and went with the Voodoo Child and Sweet Caroline. Both were great choices. The Sweet Caroline was my favorite - I loved the sweetness and the sea bass in it. I went to Tiburon for the first time night before last. I met a friend there and they seated us at the back of the restaurant and for a week night it was extremely busy. There's a parking garage right next door and I was able to park in the garage and it was easy to park in there. We had 5:45 reservations. My friend goes here pretty often and said she always sits out on the patio. I believe that is what we should have done on this day. It was so noisy inside the restaurant that it was very hard for us to hear each other and carry on a conversation. She was really disappointed that we did not have a better experience. She said that we would have to try it again another time and sit on the patio like her and her husband do. My friend also felt like the waitress was not attentive enough. There are two edamame appetizers on the menu and she accidentally ordered the wrong one but also the waitress did not ask which one she wanted and brought her the truffle salt edamame instead of the spicy. My friend realized her mistake when it came to the table and didn't have the sauce. I decided to order the mussels and a sushi roll that would be a surprise to me because I ordered the chefs special Up in the Jair, it is made up by the chef and it is different each day and you don't know what you're going to get. I thought that was fun. I ordered the Miso soup as a starter and it was okay, nothing to write home about here. I will say the mussels were a standout for me, in a smoky miso broth and some nice crunchy bread on the side to soak it all up with. I had a tequila cocktail called Dark Passion, it was fine but I would probably not order it again it was very light and didn't have any real pronounced flavors other than a berry or citrus note. Overall I will definitely try this restaurant again especially at the urging of my friend that it was a whole different experience on the patio. read more

Let me begin with how BEAUTIFUL this restaurant is! I mean it's easily one of, if not the best gorgeous places to spend an evening dinner in Fishers. We had an amazing Valentine's Day dinner. Although it was clearly busy all day/evening, our waiter and service was very good all night. My strawberry negroni drink wasn't great, however, I think that was more a personal preference than the drink itself. The Lobster bisque was pretty good! Wouldn't call it the best I'd ever had, but definitely something I'd go back for. What I think stole the show for us were the Mussels! So good and the broth they were sitting in really put them over the top! The bread was a perfect combo with them also. For entrees, we went with the Beef Ramen and Shrimp Risotto, which were both VERY good! Highly recommend both. BE careful on the ramen if you're not a big fam of spice because it is definitely spicy! We were very happy with our choice and can't wait to get back to try some more food! The dessert was spectacular also. What a beautiful space and amazing food! Located in downtown Fishers, with a parking garage right behind for easy parking. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a ton of seating and the staff, from hostesses to waiters, were so kind and efficient! We started out with the lobster bisque and the mussels. I would go back just for the mussels! The broth so flavorful and I could've ate that as a soup! The lobster bisque was just ok - it needed some sweetness to it, but that could just be my preference. For my entree I had the beef ramen and my husband had the seafood risotto. Both were cooked to perfection with a ton of flavor! I wouldn't hesitate to order either one again. Dare I say... I think my new favorite steak is from a non-steakhouse. I think I am still in shock, LOL. If you know me, you know this must be serious. My fiance and I came here on a much needed evening out, and instead of getting my normal (fish and chips), I ordered the filet...and wow. It was seasoned perfectly, the temp I requested was spot on, it was just phenomenal. I couldn't get over it! Clearly, still can't. My fiance ordered the ribeye, and it was just as flavorful and tasty. What else we tried: Brussels - 10/10 Goat cheese dip - 10/10! Honestly, I can't sing the praises of this place enough. Updated Review 2/14/26: Tiburon is such a fab spot for a girls' night out or a date night! The chic ambiance immediately sets the mood. We popped in before dinner for a cocktail and were lucky to snag bar seats just as they opened up. Amber greeted us with a warm smile, and I went for the Valentine's themed Berry'd Treasure, perfectly sweet and absolutely delicious! The mussels were next level amazing, especially with that rich, flavorful broth, and the parmesan bread on the side was the perfect pairing. For the drink, it needs to become a staple! My bf had his mind made up on the lobster roll and king crab roll so I decided we would go for something way different than we've ever ordered so I added the Maui roll. He also ordered the toro...let me just say that was the best toro ever and it evaporated like silky butter on our tongues. Absolutely amazing. The lobster roll was really good. Very tasty. The king crab roll was even better. The lump of crab mixture on top was such a treat. Last but not least the Maui itself was something we had never ever tasted before and let me tell you that we were still talking about it today. Mango with the Serrano and candied pecans, omg are you kidding me?! That was such an array of flavors it was like the Fourth of July celebration grand finale in a sushi roll! I highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone like we did and order it. For dessert we opted for the lemon tart custard/pudding ... not sure the exact name but it too was perfect and light but full of splendid flavor and fun. Overall I'd definitely give this place more stars if I could. The only thing I found disappointing was the manager didn't come over and ask us how we were but he was all around us at other tables. We came in on an early Saturday for a lovely brunch for Mother's Day. It was not crowded and the ambiance was beautiful. This is a beautiful place to sit out on the enclosed patio or even indoors but adjacent. Our waitress was wonderful. We ordered several things for the table, including oysters, calamari, fish tacos, shrimp pasta, and sea bass. I'd say the start of the show was the sea bass - either version on the menu was pretty good. Everything else was slightly average to me. Not bad, but just good. My husband and sons took me to Tiburon for Mother's Day. It was my choice and since we had an amazing dinner here before, for me it was the obvious choice. I once again got the grouper and it did not disappoint. However I forgot that it does have a kick, especially the green beans. My husband who is a spice lightweight loved it though. My son got the lobster roll sushi. He loved it but it was not filling for him so he helped his younger brother finish his burger, Mac n cheese and fries from the kids menu. Perfect portion for a little guy. I took the carrot cake home and it was delicious. The frosting was a little too whipped for my liking but I love carrot cake in any way. We will be back, no doubt. I loved the ambience in this restaurant. There are nooks everywhere to feel somewhat isolated if you are having a special meal. The lighting is lower and the feel is intimate. From the front desk, the customer service is amazing. We were taken to our table with huge smiles and gratitude that we were there, which seemed very genuine. Our waitress was wonderful. We explained that we were going to be spending time talking (two mothers meeting before their kids get married) and would be ordering slow. She was wonderful with that aspect. She did not hover and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I wish I could remember her name, but it has escaped me and I feel horrible because she was extremely great! How great do you ask? At the end of the meal she split our bill and brought a blue and a pink pen to the corresponding mother! It was adorable and made the end of the night. Now onto the food: Crab Cakes- I am very picky on my crab cakes and these were divine! If I could give this place more stars I would. This is a top notch restaurant in Indianapolis. From the food to the service to the ambiance this is a star. I wanted basically one of everything I could eat. I ended up with the mid-range seafood tower as my main meal because it had oysters, shrimp, lobster, and crab. All delicious and amazing quality. My husband went with a burger and it was a really nice quality burger. Much bigger then he thought it would be with a great bun. Fries were good too. The decor is so cool and different. It gave me a little Mexican goth, seafood vibe. Our server was amazing. He was funny and engaging. Very helpful when I could decide what I wanted. I definitely want to come back here. We have been wanting to try this place since it opened and after our visit last night I wish we had made it a priority to dine here much sooner. Atmosphere is perfection. Large windows opened to the patio, which looked beautiful for outdoor seating, a beautiful large bar and plenty of seating. Despite being able to accommodate plenty of guests it still has a cozy feel. Every interaction with staff was wonderful, but our bartenders, Daniel and Amber, went above and beyond. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about the drink menu and tequilas specifically. He made a fantastic Last Word with tequila instead of gin. 10/10. We tried the grouper with lobster risotto and the voodoo child sushi roll. Do yourself a favor and get here immediately to experience it for yourselves. Some of the best food we have ever had. What a great treat for Fishers. One of the complaints I have always had about Fishers is the lack of good seafood places, so I was anxiously awaiting this place to open. Went for a girls night dinner around 5:30 on a Thursday. There is a parking garage close by so you don't have to worry about it and the bonus is it's free. I arrived around 5:15 and said I had 5:30 recommendations and they told me they would seat me at my reserved time, which is different. Most places if they have the table (which they did), they would allow you to sit, but they didn't. I waited the extra 15 minutes outside since it was a nice day and walked back in at 5:30 and we were sat right away. It is a pretty young crowd, professional people, some look like they were just having drinks at the bar, others date night and some girls night. Not really a place I would say come for like a family dinner with smaller kids, in fact I don't recall seeing any. The server was nice, pretty attentive. I order a Martini, which was very good, grouper and lobster risotto and me and my friend shared a dessert. Why I gave it 4 stars is it is quite expensive. For what I ordered it was over $100. While the food was good, I just don't think that a meal and 1 drink and a split dessert should cost that much. We had dinner for an early Mother's Day celebration. The food and the service were amazing!!! We sat outside on the terrace and were extremely pleased when I w of the staff members asked us about the temperature. She was quick to turn on the heat lamps to ensure we were comfortable.
