I had a brand-new dress that arrived with a strong musty odor, almost like it had been stored in an attic. I brought it here because I believed professional dry cleaning would be the best solution. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, I could smell the same odor through the knotted plastic bag before I even opened it! It was undeniable, so why was it returned to me in the same condition? I also brought in a top for an alteration. The straps attach with hooks that slide into small elastic loops, and I specifically requested that the straps be sewn in place so they wouldn't slip out while wearing the top. Instead, I was charged $15 and received it back with the hooks simply slipped into the elastic loops.... Something I could have done myself in seconds! The requested alteration was never completed. When these issues were brought to the staff's attention, we received excuses including comments about the dress being "cheap denim." Nice! And even suggesting THEY added the elastic. (That one is just laughable...) I'll get my refund simply because you don't get to scam and take a customer's money under the guise of providing a service, only to give nothing in return. But wow! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called twice to confirm that they would alter my jeans and was told $12 both times. I get to the register and older guy working there tried hustling me out of $18. He wouldn't honor it and if you read below I'm not the first person to experience this. Although I can afford it I refuse to support shady business owners. Not to mention the guy was a flat out jerk, And his unethical business will eventually come back to bite him. I brought in 2 pieces of clothing to have the zipper replaced for my gf. The first one they did great even fixed the crotch that split at no charge. How ever on the second one they did not put the zipper guard back on. They offered to put a different piece of material on it. But I told them never mind. Take photos of your garments before you leave them. Don't know if I will return. read more

I wish yelp had negative stars I would give them straight negative stars. I've been using these cleaners for quite some time each time there has been an issue with my clothing. I gave Yesenia the employee that works there my Hugo Boss suit and told her please be really careful with it as I need it for a wedding. I go in 2 days later to pick up my suit and they ruined my pants for the suit (2 small holes in my pants). I was compensated but nothing compared to how much my suit is worth. Please avoid these people, including the son that works there they are terrible at what they do. read more

Very dumb business owners, I'm sorry to say. I brought in a brand new suit that I had just bought (still had the tags on it when I brought it in) just to be pressed. When I came to pick up the suit, it had some sort of grease or pen marks on it. When I brought it to the owners attention he attempted to play dumb and act like it wasn't his fault. I asked him if he would attempt to clean it for free and he told me I would have to pay and began to argue with me. What would have cost his business only a few dollars to attempt to make things right cost him a repeat client that would have spent more money with him, plus a bad review. Very dumb on their part!!! Dry cleaning and laundry is quick and you get it back the next day (excluding Sunday evenings). If something is messed up or they didn't get a spot out the first time they will send it back. No complaints. read more
