The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

Madewell also has the jeans trade program. You can bring jeans from any brand and will get a $20 code to use on a full price pair of jeans. I might look online or try another one of their stores.

Not alot of places when it comes to retail especially luxury retail, are even in the ballpark due to expectation and judgement but at Marina Rinaldi they dont judge and they are just truly amazing people. And the weekender store in SoHo is also nice but not as great at the Madison Store. I highly reccommend going there.

If you're the kind of gal who can't quite gauge what looks good on here you can rest assured that this is the place for you. I'll be returning to relive the experience however I do not have to. I can pick out whatever I'd like, have them send me the garment in the proper size and return it if I don't like it. They'll just charge me if I decide to keep it. I've never seen anything like it. One of the dressing rooms had multiple dead lantern flies, covered in garbage, dirty napkins, used drink cups... I tried to find the cleanest room (see photo). It was so bad, I couldn't even take my shoes off to try on the clothes. I'm sure the dressing rooms get dirty fast. There are literally thousands of people walking in and out every day. But it is an impossibility that those rooms have been cleaned in the past week, if at all this month. When I worked in retail, we swiffered every single day. This Zara location must have dozens and dozens of staff on hand... Management needs to get one of their staff to swiffer the dressing rooms each day.

I recently had a positive experience shopping for a gown in the dress department (which I believe…read moreis on the 5th floor). The area was clean & organized, and I was able to try on 10+ gowns at my own pace without being rushed. Unfortunately, I ended up accidentally forgetting a very sentimental necklace of mine in the dressing room. I did not notice until the following night, but the next day, I went back to the same area of the store to see if it could be found. The lovely sales associate Madji had held the necklace behind the counter for me, and I was able to get it back. I was so incredibly relieved and grateful that they had held on to it. Overall, a very positive shopping experience with great customer service and I will definitely be back!
