Highly recommend it! Came to Parker AZ as an incidental stop along our road trip to stay for the night. Very clean town. Not much happening, just perfect for the night. It was late at night (8pm) and everything was pretty much closed. But was looking for some yummy food anyway, so obvi looked on Yelp, book marked this place for the morning and BAM! FREAKING AMAZING AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD! For a very very reasonable price. Mind you, I haven't been to Tijuana yet. But I have lived in Corpus Christi, TX for a while and if I might say so myself, a bit of a snob when it comes to Mexican Street Food. We got a dozen tamales to go, the chicken was my fav, then pork, and least fav was jalapeño with cheese and potatoes. It was so creamy, most likely made with lard. Freaking delicious. I also got a small size cup of their crispy tripas, which is actually quite hard to find in many CA and AZ Mexican places. I really really like tripas. I haven't had it in a while, so it was bombass to me. But was it the best I've had? Meh, it could be cleaner and crispier. IYKYK We also got a medium size cup of their beef birria. That's like stew to me. So yummy! Since it's a marketplace, and we got so much meat to eat for now and later for camping (COVID time traveling) we looked around for snacks and got locally made mini corn tortillas to make some breakfast tacos. We obviously needed some salsa to go with it, and luckily they made their own, asked to try them first to taste the heat level (cuz I'm not good with heat, but like a kick, while my partner loves heat) and she was so chill with it and gave us some chips to try with it. Might I add: it was a very very very clean place, and I'm a germaphobe too, so no comment from negative people. Anyway, let's just say I left with two containers of salsas. I really really enjoyed the food from here. Gluten free friendly! Highly recommended if you're down for some Mexican food, say no to Taco Bell that's down the street from them and support local business. read more

Great little place for all your Mexican food needs whether you eat in or want to take carne asada and pollo asada home to cook. The hubby and my son both had bean and cheese burritos and loved them. I got taquitos and they were loaded. Super yummy! I also grabbed a pork tamale and it was great as well. We will definitely be back for more! This place has good ratings for a reason. We were passing through on our way to Havasu. This is one of the only good rated places in parker. Super casual order at the counter. Pretty large menu with great prices! We had the green chile pork plate and chorizo and eggs. The tortilla was literally one of the best i have ever had. The green chile pork was also delicious. I have had better chorizo and eggs but it was still good. The real star of this place was the micheladas. I would literally stop again just for a michelada!! read more

I don't understand how this place has the positive reviews it does. It is nothing like Mi Tierra was, and the woman working there was extremely rude! Like, we just barely sat down as it was our first time there and she said "Are you ready to order?!" when we just walked in and sat down as we have never been there before. Then, you had to order by the numbers which was not explained to us either. She was very unprofessional and should not be working with people. They also messed up my order when I just wanted a ground beef, cheese and rice burrito and got everything inside of it and not just what I had ordered. If you're going to go get Mexican food, I would highly recommend skipping this place. Won't be coming back here any time soon. If you're coming here from Mi Tierra now that it's closed, don't. Just by chance stopped by here on our way home from lake Havasu and..... I had the best tacos of my life. The meat melts in your mouth. Ask for a sample of the meat. They'll give it to you and you'll immediately understand that the chef knows what they're doing. I'll be stopping here every time I drive to lake Havasu. Visiting from Los Angeles and we're looking for a place to eat. Found this location via Yelp. Small little hole in the wall place. Parking is easy to find outside. Half of the location is a little market( meat, tortilla, can goods, Mexican Soda, calling cards,etc) The other half is a small restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly The menu has a variety of things from burritos, to enchiladas. I ordered cheese enchiladas which was $7 and a Michelada which was $5. The food was delicious and for the amount that was given was hella cheap. I would definitely visit this place again if I am ever in the area read more

Our friends trailer wheel broke and we were stranded in Parker for 2 hours to fix it! The taco shop was next door to the auto part store so we figured we'd grab a bite. It was delicious! We got shrimp tacos, carnitas, and chicken taquitos - all great. The salsas were good, red or green, and each batch tasted different... that how you know it's authentic. It's small looking from the outside, but when you walk inside, you are pleasantly surprised. The have a limited grocery sections - tortillas, tortilla chips, and other miscellaneous Hispanic selections including boots. There are a few dine-in tables, but plenty of delicious food. You can get freshly made salsas, guacamole, and other condiments including fresh cilantro and onions. They also carry fresh meats to take home and cook yourself, including beautiful rib eye steaks. Or order fresh and authentic Sonoran Style Mexican food. Two of our favorites are the Chile Relleños made with flavorful and not too spicy chiles, stuffed perfectly with a melted cheese, cooked in a puffy egg batter and topped with a savory red sauce. The second favorite is the shrimp ceviche. We get a quart to go and it's good for 4 complete servings. The shrimp are still tender, along with perfectly diced cucumbers, and red onions in a light chilled tomato broth. Service is always spot on and never disappoints read more

I work in and around East Los Angeles, and these were better than any that I have had yet. I tried some of my sons burrito, and it was bomb. I highly recommend this. Went here because of the raving reviews online. Mistake. Either people don't know what genuinely good Mexican food is around here, or I ordered something I shouldn't have because I couldn't get past three bites of my burrito. Beans tasted canned, rice was bland, burrito was sweet and super dry even though it was covered in green sauce. The prices were a little on the high side for what it is, so it was very disappointing to have to eat somewhere else after...also my mother who ate the tacos complained of an upset stomach all night. This is the best food in Parker! Forget Crossroads Cafe for breakfast, grab one of these guys' huge breakfast burritos for $3.99 and you'll be all set for the day. I like this place because it is charmingly unpretentious... They sell breakfast and lunch right alongside marinating beef, pork, and chicken. Conceivably one could eat breakfast here in the morning and grab the groceries you need to make lunch and dinner. An entire day of Tierra Caliente cuisine! I've frequented this place twice this month and both times I received excellent customer service from the workers there. Everyone seems to take pride in what they do and it's evident in the final product. I'll be back! read more

Found this place on Yelp with 5 stars whilst passing through. It's a market with sit down eating. Prompt polite service, clean bathrooms, and delicious food. Was glad to find sit down amidst COVID. We will definitely be back if in the area. It is a gem! The beef and chicken were both tender and seasoned well. The carne asada was tender, the chile rellano was surprisingly good (I deep fry mine crispy). The real deal here is the enchiladas and the delicious dark red sauce.
