We were here to return an item and of course there were a lot of people also doing the same thing there after Christmas. But Edwin greeted us with warmth and was very patient helping us with just a returned item (we weren't planning on buying anything). Disclaimer: I didn't buy anything. I couldn't buy anything. $$$$... but you knew that already. J and I came in here while visiting Old Town Pasadena... we were there "just to look" at wedding bands. We knew we wouldn't be ordering our bands from here, but since some undisclosed online jewelry site makes rings very similar to Tiffany's, we figured we'd see what styles there are in person. And J needed his finger sized. Unlike other jewelry stores that I've recently visited, where customer service sucked like no other and the staff knew nothing about their products, the people at Tiffany are A-one. The lady who helped us out picked out several rings that could work with my engagement ring and let me try all of them on. Then she took J's ring size and showed him several rings that could work for him. Unfortunately, everything is WAY out of our budget, but if I could scrounge up the money to get our bling bling from here, I'd do it, knowing full well of the "Tiffany mark-up". Also, my engagement ring was pretty dirty, so I asked about cleaning materials. They offer cleaning at customer service (I think it's about $5) but the lady helping me mentioned to just use some dishwashing detergent and a toothbrush. I'm jewelry illiterate but it worked very well! So I didn't leave with a Little Blue Box, but I left with knowledge of how to clean my ring and knowledge of what rings to order. Scha-weet. read more

So I guess there should really be two reviews: 1) For the repairs dept 2) For the Sales dept 1) I had to go to T&C to begin with b/c the clasp on my diamond bracelet was no longer functional and actually led to it being lost (which I thought for good) but ended up finding it. (Just so happened that it fell off in the car. THANK GOD!!!) The repair was free, and actually upgraded, so that's ALL GOOD stuff, and the representative that helped was nice. She seemed kinda tired, but she was nice. FIVE STARS to Repairs. 2) Once I was done setting up the repair I took a cruise out on the Sales floor. There were a number of items that I had found online that I wanted. After about 60 seconds of looking I found what I was looking for. There was a representative at a Cash register that I looked up towards. I was definitely in her line of vision, but it took her a second to look up. Once she did, she gave me a sharp "Can I help you?" When I asked to see an item on display she FORCEFULLY shut the cash register drawer and walked over towards me. She provided me the item and within about 90 seconds I said "I'll take it." Once she realized that I was actually buying something her attitude (and tone) changed. She rang me up and the Security Guard began closing the shutters and doors. (4 STARS) Since it was still light out I had no idea that they were closing so soon. Now I understood why she was snappy. She asked if I wanted it wrapped and I said no, because I didn't want to inconvenience her. It was like dealing with a completely different person - She said something like, " no problem, everyone needs a little white bow." I'm not sure if the Sales Rep work on commission, but it was unfortunate that she gave me attitude. Had she been polite to begin with I would have purchased 3-5 other items I've been wanting. read more

My Tiffany bracelet was run over by a car. I've had that bracelet for 5 years and I was pretty bummed out. I took it in imagining what the costs were going to be to fix it and considering even buying a new one if it would be too much to fix it. Khoren was the gentleman who helped me and I told him the story and he didn't even flinch. He looked at the bracelet and said "I'm going to try to save the clasp." He went to the back, came back out and said that it was fixed and that he would just recommend the cleaning service which is $10. I was so happy! I picked up my bracelet two days later and even though it still has scratches, Khoren said that it's better than polishing it because it removes the silver shine. He said it gave my bracelet character. I think it's true because not very many people can say that they still have their original bracelet intact after being ran over by a car. read more

The Tiffany's box says it all, and it does say a mouthful. The mens' collection is a bit sparse, but for the ladies -- a hit. Can't explain other Yelpers' poor customer service experiences. My corn-fed sales guy, Eric, was all over us and stayed with us for an hour, though it was clear our goal was a relatively inexpensive Tiffany "key" and necklace chain. Everything is so beautifully displayed and that is the reason why I had kept the 4 stars. Ok, here is where I was contemplating lower.... They don't seem to have many of the current jewelry in stock. I had a lot of trouble finding men's styles in store and they had to order most everything that I wanted to see in person. In contrast, when I look at the Tiffany store on Rodeo, they had everything. I'm just reviewing on my experience with the having to get a bracelet resized. I'm the type of girl that doesn't dress girly girl, more like a tshirt and jeans/shorts type of person, so when I entered the spot, the security guard obviously gave me the WTF look. I asked a sales associate who I can speak to in regards to resizing and was helped by a rather nice Armenian lady that worked there. The Amenian lady was lovely to work with, but the lady who pointed me to her direction gave me the look of what Julia Roberts experienced in Pretty Women when trying to buy a dress on Rodeo Drive: you don't look like you belong here. She was able to locate the bracelet on their computer systems correctly to get the fitting adjusted. She said 2 weeks and I can either come back to pick up the bracelet or they can mail it to me directly with confirmation and whatnot. I opted for the latter, which most women probably wouldn't pick, but I had no problem getting the bracelet back fitting correctly with a note inside saying that Tiffany and Co. hope that everything turns out well. I gave it 3 stars mainly due to the staff her judging you that if you don't look the part that would wear Tiffany's,we don't have to help you. I'm kinda glad that the person who actually helped me broke that stigma and provided genuine customer service as one would expect when going to ANY Tiffany's, as a buyer or admirer. read more

I'm a fan! Some of the SAs are mean. But a lot of them are very nicee! :) My fave SA is Kimberly Beverly. I walked in with sweatpants on, told her I wasn't looking to purchase that day, and tried a whole ton of things on.. and she was still super nice and patient! :) Other SAs are meaner though.. and are very impatient with you even if you ARE purchasing something. (A lot of the male SAs and this one older lady SA). Also, a lot of their items aren't in stock or aren't displayed. So make sure you look at the website prior to visiting, and ask for those specific items! Park down the street on De Lacey for 90 minutes free in the garage. read more

I started going to the T&C store in Long Island NY and believe me, it is like a NY bar on Friday night. You really gotta get in, get what you want. A polite sub-burb NY roll of eye makes the experience intimidating. But this is after all Tiffany. Hahahah. We were lucky and there was an associate free as soon as we walked in. Great customer service; from the friendly security guard/greeter (who remembered me since i went twice in one day lol) to the 2 customer service associates that assisted me (a young male and a young Asian lady; i forgot their names). I went to have jewelry cleaned, and also to add a charm to my mother's bracelet that i took (which i had bought at another store location) and when the young lady found out that it was going to be a birthday gift, she offered to wrap it up, bag it, add a card etc without me even asking. I have had a few experiences at this location. The first time I came here was with a friend of mine to buy his GF a necklace. He found one he liked and decided to purchase it. Then, he noticed the matching earrings. The earrings were not forced on him by the sales associate, so that was pretty cool. Not like a car salesman or anything of the sort. My second experience here was to return the aforementioned earrings that the GF did not receive because they broke up. The service was friendly and there were no hassles with the return. My third time here, I was getting a necklace that my husband bought me fixed. He bought me the necklace for Christmas and 9 months later it was broken. I was really upset about it. It was my first and only blue box. The repair area is an area off the side of the store where you are seated and the jewelry is thoroughly examined and pictures of the piece are taken. I was really worried about how much it would cost to fix it--NOTHING! What a relief. This place can certainly get quite busy! Hubby went and bought my necklace Christmas Eve day and said he was there almost 3 hours. He also noted that the line was mostly men! read more

They're very helpful here at Tiffany's. I've been to a few Tiffany stores and some of the staff are stuck-up as if they think you can't afford being there but this staff are incredibly nice. Each time I've been here, I've been treated with nothing but respect from the security at the door, to people in the diamond section greeting me with smiles and finally the salespeople at the silver section being really helpful and making suggestions. I purchased it at Pasadena and it was waiting for me when I got to Glendale! Talk about service! The bathrooms were clean. They even had a baby changing table! Loved that! I took one of my bracelets in for cleaning in August of 2015 and was told it would be $20 when I went to pick it up. Well I COMPLETELY forgot about the bracelet and also misplaced the pick up slip and never went back until I got a call from Yuen in April 2016 who reminded me they had it and that I should come by soon to retrieve it. When I got there Yuen was so pleasant and nice and told me that as of December 2015, they no longer charge for cleaning!!! They either do not have enough employees there or they just do not care. I ended up getting a ring for a girlfriend, but i was in there longer than i should have been. Noriko helped us to pick out our wedding bands and throughout every visit, she was really lovely to work with, easy-going and professional all at the same time. Even the security guard was service oriented too. When we went back to have Mr's ring changed to a bigger size, Noriko offered to clean up not only my wedding band but my engagement ring too, which wasn't a Tiffany's. Unfortunately, one of the side diamonds of my e-ring fell out during the wash which wasn't really Noriko's fault but still she apologized profusely and checked with her manager if they could offer to reset the loose diamond. I was really glad they offered to do so complimentary and that I could come back in 2 weeks time collect it. From this moment on, I thought Tiffany & Co's service is truly exceptional as they emailed me an acknowledgement for the receipt of my e-ring and again when it was ready for collection as well as a phone call. Upon collection, Noriko happily shared with me that they not only helped to reset the loose diamond but also checked every prong to ensure that it is secure. They also polish the ring up so nicely that my e-ring actually looked brand new! I'm not sure if other jewelers would have handle it the same way as Tiffany & Co did who clearly had gone above and beyond in their customer service. I am truly wowed. read more

Friendly doorman. Pretty, but a little small inside, which is understandable, given that they were built on a pre-existing limited lot. Came here to pick up a b.day gift. Service was okay. It was great that it was not stuffy, but it almost felt like it was too casual. For Tiffany's, I expected the staff to be professional and very attentive, but such was not necessarily the case. The staff behind the counters were attentive, but some who were standing in the corner of the store by the silver accessories were talking rather loudly about what they were going to bring for lunch tomorrow. And when I walked toward them, they didn't make eye contact with me to see if I could be helped. I may sound like a little grouch, as we are all human and sometime have the urge to chat with our co-workers, which I totally get. Timeless and Classic ! Tiffany's is a girl's dream come true! The pieces never go out of style and it truly is an investment as prices have gone up over the years for the same pieces of jewelry. Only down side is, Tiffany's used to offer free jewelry cleaning/polishing, which was always one of the perks to Tiffanys. Unfortunately Tiffanys stopped offering this free service years ago. Now you have to pay about $10 to get the smallest item cleaned and polished. LAME! Although parking isn't as convenient at the Pasadena location as it would be at a mall located Tiffanys, there is free parking for the first 90 min at one of the neighborhood parking garages. What this Pasadena located Tiffanys does offer that the mall located ones do not, is Old Town feel. Located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena, you can window shop and eat/drink at any of the trendy restaurants located around Colorado Ave. Last year my bf surprised me with an initial pendant necklace for my bday and it is my absolute favorite! As I've always told my guy friends looking for a gift for their gal. You can NEVER go Wrong with Tiffanys and this location is the closest if you don't live in West LA or OC. read more

We were welcome very nicely by security, we walked through customer service no one asked us if we needed help. Than we asked for help and the sales lady totally ignored us ! We waited, asked for help again to another sales person and again totally ignored us ! And this is after Christmas there were hardly no one at the store ! Occasionally, I have to take the Boss's rings to get cleaned, polish and to have the prongs periodically inspected. Most of my experience with Old Town's T&C pertains to their excellent customer service department. They offer complimentary inspection and cleaning on all their pieces plus offer complimentary (the fancy word for it's plebian synonym, free), beverages. My go-to complimentary drinks is their Evian's Natural Spring Water (fancy word for h2-uh-O). A few more cases of free drinks, I should start making my money back on the Boss's investments -_- read more
