    I had some jewelry I desperately needed cleaned and couldn't find an appointment in my area. So I resorted to making the appointment at the Pasadena location. What I didn't realize was that it was an appointment just to drop off the jewelry and make a payment ahead of time. This was massively inconvenient for me because I didn't anticipate having to drive all the way back to retrieve the piece. I have never had to drive so far and required to make an appointment for a simple cleaning only to be told that it needs to be dropped off for a later pickup. It was a Saturday afternoon and the store had ZERO customers. Like I was literally the only customer there. The times I have had cleaning done for my pieces never took more than 15 minutes at most for it to come out sparkling. Not warranting this sort of I have to return in 48-72hrs because it requires THAT much time for servicing. And on top of that, they now charge $20 for this garbage service. So I didn't hear back from the store even after 72hrs since dropping the item off. I ended up calling them myself to follow up. I was told they supposedly called my number but they were unable to get through. I had Brianna verify my number and they did have the correct numbers. I checked my call log but never received a single missed call from them. What really irritated me was that the stupid necklace was ready for pickup since Sunday. Literally the day after. Yeah no kidding.....as the piece doesn't require much effort to clean it. I had no time to drive all the way to Pasadena just to pick up the items until the following weekend. The interaction I had with the female associate made me hate Pasadena anything. I arrived at 10am and the she was very unfriendly and extremely condescending. The manner in which she verified my ID, number, my email address, and the kind of item I was there to pick it up was curt, brusque, and rude about it. Tiffany's used to have much better customer service and aftercare service. My experience at Pasadena all but solidified my sentiment of not wanting to ever buy another piece from them again. It's too bad because I was actually willing to purchase a piece or two I had been browsing while waiting. Way to miss out on a $6000-$10000 sale first thing in the morning! That's what you get for not being nice!

    Diamonds are a girl's best friend or in this case Client Advisor Jimmy. I procured a piece three years ago and the key ring bent out of shape. Sent it in to maybe get it declared defective but no luck. I was not banking on it. Anyways, Jimmy made small talk and really made me feel welcome at Tiffany's. Jimmy is the best and we had many pleasant conversations. When I decide to the pull the trigger, he knows which piece I have been eyeing. TTYL Jimmy

    Some say Diamonds are a girl's best friend. Mine is Tiffany's. It's also my gift of choice for a special occasion. In the past I used to have to make a trip out to Beverly Hills but since they opened a location in Old Town Pasadena it's more convenient to come here. I recently stopped by to get a gift for a friend's wedding. The security guard warmly greeted me when I arrived. I walked over to the back area. There were two associates assisting other customers. Yuan acknowledged my presence and informed me she would be with me shortly. When it was my turn, she gave me her full attention. I told her what I was looking for and she checked to see if they had it in stock. She informed me that they did not, but she could order it and have it shipped to the store for pick up. I told her that was fine, and she proceeded to process the order. She gave me my receipt, an ETA for delivery, and told me I would receive an e-mail when the order was in. A few days later I received the e-mail notifying me that my gift was ready for pick up. When I returned to the store, I received a friendly greeting by the security guard. The associate in the front asked if she could help me and I told her I was there for a pick-up. She told me she would let someone know and that I could wait at the table in the back area. Soon after another gal came out to assist. I showed her my e-mail confirmation, gave her my receipt, and she went back to get my order. She was also very friendly and helpful. On my way out everyone said "Good-bye" and "Have a nice day." You can also order from the company website. However, all my mail goes to my box at the UPS store and their policy is to only ship to a residence or work location to ensure you receive your item. I don't mind coming to the store. I love sampling the perfumes, seeing all the glamorous jewelry, and creating a fantasy wish list in my head. They even carry luxury items for your pet! Tip: Free 90 min parking in the lot across the street on De Lacey Ave.

    I've been going to this store for years and bought many necklaces as gifts with engraving. They are so accommodating and sweet. They truly do go above and beyond. The most recent was when I went to buy a necklace for a friend and they were able to engrave it that day in store! They have a great selection in stock and the products are beautiful.

    The Pasadena location holds a special place in my heart as our ring sets came from here. My husband sat here 5 years ago to choose the perfect engagement ring to propose to me. Today we came in to get our rings and my necklace cleaned. Everyone is so nice but NOHELY went above and beyond for us. I expected a 2 day turn around for my necklace that was very tarnished but she did her magic and had us out the door within 10 minutes. The amazing customer service here just made me love this store even more!

    I drove 40 miles to this store to make a purchase to an item I had been told by the 800 number to be only available at this store. I arrived at this store and upon being greeted, proceeded to describe the item I desired. Unfortunately, the sales person took little to no time to tell me that the item I was seeking was not available at the store and almost instantly proceeded to get me to consider other items instead for purchase. UNACCEPTABLE! Clearly she missed the point that I had travelled so far for particular item and the last thing that I needed was for someone to to think that I was willing to settle for something different. I was so disappointed. She offered no relevant solutions (i.e. maybe I can find it at a different store and ship it to you???) instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want. Needless to say, I don't blame Tiffany&Co. I blame poor customer service. p.s. I went home and found what I wanted from your store on-line!

    I always wanted to try on a Tiffany diamond. I went in yesterday to dream and play dress up. Jimmy helped me, he never made me feel excluded although he knew I couldn't afford a Tiffany ring. He was very knowledgeable about the cuts and encouraged me to try on the rings I was inquiring . He gave me the Tiffany experience I dreamed of having from the Hollywood movies. I hope one day when I win the lottery I can walk through those doors, purchasing a Tiffany diamond from Jimmy. Thank you for making me feel special, beautiful diamonds.

    Website says they are open and renovated the store. I went today and they were closed. Says closed 2-3 daily I was there before 1:00. Boo.

    Recommendations for where to park if I am visiting this location?

    There is a parking garage across the street on DeLacy. Free 90 minute parking.

    Can I get an extension on my necklace it's a choker but it's really small?

    Contact them directly to be sure 800 843 3269 or at Tiffany.com there is an email form for your inquiry, but I would be certain they would have a solution as any fine jewelry establishment would.

    My bracelet and necklace changed color after not wearing them for awhile. Can I come in and get them cleaned?

    If you have silver jewelry, they will all develop a patina over time. I think Tiffany only cleans your gold/diamond jewelry. For silver, go buy a silver cloth cleaner and you can make it shine like new again
