Discontinued the clasp to connect charms to bracelets. Why on earth would you do this? This is the worst business decision ever, you are known for your charm bracelets and now I can't connect it without having it soldered on permanently which I don't want to do horrible, please bring them back.

Ahhhhh, the iconic brand that is Tiffany & Co. From Audrey Hepburn breakfasting back in the day to OPI reimagining the hue on a beautiful woman's freshly done mani/pedi....we all know that color. Everyone in the WORLD knows that color - Tiffany Blue. No discounts unless you're an employee or have a corporate account... and nothing ever goes on sale - ever. I love stores like this. I need to win the POWERBALL, and soon lol. In any case, I took a little trek on over here to check out some stuff that I'd seen online. As nice as their site is, it really doesn't do a lot of the pieces justice so I needed to get a close up view. Tiffany's stores are combination of museum and library to me. You can't hear anyone else's conversation since most folks are virtually whispering. All high end stores aren't this quiet. Miranda helped me and was very courteous and polite. I advised her early on in process that I knew what I was looking for and I wouldn't be wasting her time even though I wasn't buying today. I think she appreciated that since commissioned sales associates can be quite the impatient lot in certain stores/environments. And stores like this have an EXTRA snooty reputation. They don't make me uncomfortable though since I know how to handle them. Foot traffic was light and parking out front was more than ample being Sunday morning and all. Took a look at the pieces that I was interested in and got her card and promised her I'd be back once I got closer to making my decision. Waived at the stoic security guard posted up at the front door as I exited the store and bounced. In and out in about 20 minutes. Tiffany's is bomb.

I've been shopping with Tiffany since I was a little girl accompanying my mom to the store and then playing dress up with her items. As an adult, I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of Tiffany & Co. items for myself and as gifts. I live in Washington, DC but frequent Tyson's Galleria and neighboring stores because City Center in DC usually has less options available or in stock. This was my first time at this Tiffany & Co. location and I'm completely displeased with my experience and the level of service I've received. I placed a pick up order for a gift (glassware) for a close friend of mine. I also was interested in having two items cleaned/repaired as I shopped. When I arrived in the store, 2 other women were entering shortly before me. When they walked in, they were greeted politely by a male associate (G. Wang), while he ignored me completely. He basically followed them, while they told him they were fine and walked directly to another consultant at a nearby counter. During this encounter, I began asking for assistance from who I now presume was a security guard. At this time, G. Wang finally approached me and said that he could assist me. At this point, I'm uncomfortable and ready to collect my order so that I'm able to leave. He brings me to a chair and asks me what the name on my order is, I share my name, he struggles to find my order and I present my pick up confirmation email. He then goes to the back and collects my bags after realizing that it was glassware and could not be stored in the area he checked initially. As I checked the gift notecard, the writing was not centered and writing was placed over the embossed Tiffany & Co. stamp on the notecard. I immediately told Mr. Wang and he said he would let his colleague know. The 2nd time the writing is no longer on the embossed part of the notecard, but it's still not centered. I let him know my concerns and he takes me back directly to his associate who already has a correctly formatted note card ready. If they realized it still was incorrect, why bring me this copy at all? It seems small but the attention to detail was clearly lacking and it was insulting for someone to place a sloppily printed card with my gift. I would've been embarrassed had I gifted the initial card without checking my order. After this series of lackluster service, I decided not to shop or have my items repaired at this location. There's a certain level of service and attention to detail that you expect when patronizing an establishment such as Tiffany & Co. I will say that the women he treated with more respect looked considerably different than me and I wonder if that's why I received such subpar service. I cannot make that determination based on my brief experience in the store. However, sales associates should be privy to the message they're sending to customers of a different background than themselves. You may be slightly surprised by the outcome when judging someone by their outward appearance. I'm not convinced I need to cease all business with the entire company because of this one lackluster experience but this does make me feel unvalued as a long time customer, especially with this being a flagship store. I drove all the way from DC to Northern VA and was treated horribly and with less care than others within the same establishment. This location should be mindful of the customers they are potentially offending with their horrid customer relations. I will not visit this store to shop, repair or pick up any items. Please save your money, time and dignity and instead visit the Chevy Chase or City Center locations. I've experienced amazing customer service from those locations every time, no matter who assisted me!

I deserve thissss & great customer service by Kim !!

I haven't been to this location in 13 years! I'm happy to say they still have the excellent customer service and exquisite showroom floor that they had my last visit. As soon as I entered, I was assisted by Kim. She was very professional and was able to show me all the items that I asked for that I previously saw online. She made great recommendations for additions to my existing bracelet as well as made new recommendations. Once I finished my business with Kim, she showed me where customer service was located so that I could send my bracelet out to have my charm soldered on. The customer service suite was very nice. A little lengthy in time wait considering there were 2 people in front of me and two people after me and less than 5 seats but we made it work. I was assisted by Deepak Makhija who was very nice and got my request in-and-out in no time and my service was Free! Free! Free My visit today was a fantastic and pleasant visit and I'm glad I visited.

I'm honestly very upset that I have to write this review regarding my experience at Tiffany's Tyson's Corner location. I've been receiving gifts from Tiffany's since my 13th birthday, I am now 32. I recently received a pair of Tiffany's earrings as a gift back in December 2020 and I didn't take them out the box until June of 2021. I recently noticed the blue hearts have fell out of the earrings so I contacted customer service who instructed me to go into the store of my choice to have them sent off for repairs. I decided to take the earrings to the Tiffany's location at Tyson's corner. I sat down with the customer service rep who told me I would need to pay to have these earrings repaired. I immediately requested a manager to explain that these earrings have only been worn since June and there is honestly no valid reason why this should have happened. Not to mention this was never mentioned while on the phone with customer service. I explained how dissatisfied I was with the product but was willing to look the other way If they were sent for repair as a courtesy, this issue is clearly a manufacturing issue, however the manager refuse to admit it. Nothing was resolved. Up until this point customer service at every other Tiffany location I frequent (center city Philadelphia & King of Prussia mall) was pristine. This is not the level of customer service I expect when I visit Tiffany's and certainly not the level of quality I expect in a product from Tiffany's. Update: After sending an email to my the regional manager, I received a phone call the next morning from the store manager offering an apology and looking to make things right. I went in the next day and my earrings were swapped out for a brand new pair. Now that's the type of customer service I expect to receive from Tiffany's when an issue occurs with their product that is beyond your control.

My champagne flutes arrived! I'm super excited. I placed the order in store and had them delivered. The sales associates are always nice.

    Hello!

Every time I go to Tiffany, I feel special moments are coming soon. Once you step in, you see the fantastic world. First they asked me, 'Would you like to have water or sparkling water or wine?' My answer was 'Wine, please!' Of course. They have a great collection. Not only accessories but also bags. The new T collections designed by an artist in NY are there. So elegant and pretty. Price: From middle to high end. Customer service: Fantastic! Parking lot: Free in front of the store. Location: Great! Close to Tyson's corner;)
