Solid spot for reasonably priced pastries and cakes. The first cake I had here was very nice and the second one they spelled my child's name wrong and did the frosting in the wrong color and the lettering looked pretty sloppy. I asked them to fix spelling but just left the color (first asked for pink letters then all note during same phone call). The letters came out pink which wasn't a big deal. The cake tasted great which is why we come back. I will continue to use this bakery for special occasions but if you need it looking perfect , I'd choose elsewhere. read more

Came here when I happened to be in the area with a friend who used to live here. He insisted we stopped here because he absolutely loved it. The line was out the door so I imagine others agreed. I'm not a huge sweets/pastry person, but all of the items behind the counter were beautifully displayed and just looked so good. I tried a bite of everything my friend ordered, and each item was yummy, I'm just hot a huge pastry/dessert person. But, if you are looking for some good bakery items -- especially ones that are super appealing to the eye -- this is the place to go. My mother has been loyal to this business for nearly 20 years, ordering cakes for nearly 20 years every family event. This weekend, they gave her the wrong cake. The cake she had ordered was more expensive than the cake she received. When she called to let them know and ask for a refund, they rudely told her that she would not be getting a refund and that it was her fault for not returning the cake. She could not have returned the cake because she picked it up on Saturday and the bakery was closed until Tuesday. It is absolutely disgusting that they would treat loyal customers this way. It's a cute little bakery with really nice service in the heart of the Asian neighborhood of Falls Church. It has Latin employees and some Latin Bakery Goods, so I think it's a bit of a mashup of different Bakery styles. French, Latin, Asian. And it works. From one Tiffany to another, this bakery is awesome! It's tucked in the shopping center, but inside has a very mom and pop feel to it. The staff are also super nice and helpful! I got a few things from here, and everything was basically Kirby'ed. Also, there's a chocolate mouse and also chocolate mousse on the menu, which I think is amazing LOL My moms favorite was the dark chocolate mousse tart, which she called "sinfully delicious". My dads favorite was the pineapple tart, which he devoured. I got a chocolate mouse, cinnamon twists, and also a few palmiers, and they were DIVINE. read more

I remember this place from my childhood when it was located *inside* the enclosed Seven Corners Center. (Yup, I'm that old.) I only waited a million years to go back, but I'm glad I did. The eclair and napoleon that I got this time were excellent! Was it just nostalgia, or is Tiffany's really great? I'm sure it's a bit of both, but the pastries were legit. The smells in there took me back like the food critic in Ratatouille. I can't wait to go back and try my "control," which is an almond croissant. Can it match Randolph's? I called this afternoon to order a Birthday cake for pick up on Friday.  I asked for a yellow cake with a custard or chocolate filling and for it to be frosted in Mocha buttercream frosting.  Is it possible to order this cake?   They have yellow CAKE, They HAVE Custard filling and They sell a cake with MOCHA ICING.    I got passed around on the phone and spoke to multiple people who could not comprehend the concept of frosting a made-to-order cake with Mocha Frosting.  How is it so impossible to order this cake? Are the cakes premade and NO ONE in-house can frost a made-to-order cake in mocha buttercream icing? They told me to come in and look at what they offer. My friend brought a mixed fruit cake over and it was very good. The fruit tasted fresh, the cake was just the right amount of sweetness. Often, I find that a lot of the cakes/cupcakes from bakeries in our area are way too sweet. I was glad that wasn't the case for Tiffany's. Delicious baked goods, friendly staff, but a bit pricy for the sizes. I got two fruit tart ($3.25) and dark chocolate mousse cake ($2.96). The crust on the fruit tart was a bit harder than I would have liked it to be, but the cream on top of the tart was great. I highly recommend the dark chocolate mousse cake because it was amazing! I was craving something chocolatey that night and this definitely hit the spot and then some! It wasn't too sweet or overwhelming, and was a combination of mousse, fluffy and moist layered sponge cake, and an outer later of semi sweet dark chocolate. Moist and delicious!! I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. Anywhoo, the staff at this bakery were helpful and friendly and the cake was very reasonably priced at $30.59 (tax included). They were also quite nice when I was an annoying customer for returning for them to change the cake message (no spelling errors or anything, I just decided I wanted a different message). My fiancé ended up sharing the cake with his coworkers and they all raved about it. (Said he was now the office cake man...I'll get over him taking the credit for my taste testing work...and well the skills at this bakery of course). I was here an hour before closing time, but hordes of customers were flooding in as if Tiffany's Bakery had just opened for the day! Pan de Yema: Just okay. The bread is fresh, milky, moderately sweet, and spotted with raisins. Bread Pudding: I'm not a fan of bread pudding to begin with, but this was alright. It's soft, creamy, and melts in your mouth with each bite. Maple Twist: Probably one of the better pastries I picked out. The maple flavor is good but not too strong, and there were plenty of chopped almonds on top. Tres Leches Cake: Also one of the better items I selected. If you've had Tres Leches elsewhere, this will probably be the lightest you'll try with regards to sweetness. Freshly made? Check. Creamy? Check. Flavorful? Check. Chopped Sweet: Decent. There's nothing I didn't like about it, but it just didn't appeal to me; it reminds me of a fruit cake. Apricot Triangle: Another one I liked. There wasn't much apricot but the cookie's texture is great; it reminds me of shortbread. From cakes to pastries, most items here will not overwhelm you with sweetness; it's all balanced. Almost everyone in line ordered a whole or slice of cake, so that should tell you something. My parents ordered me the most delicious cake for my birthday this past weekend. It was light, fluffy, moist, and had the perfect balance of sweetness! The cake was a white cake with a light custard-y filling and real strawberries inside the bottom layer, and then topped with chocolate-covered strawberries. Beautiful, decadent, and delicious! Because the birthday boy is a chocoholic but also picky, we kept it simple: chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and whipped cream icing. The cake was delicious --light but moist and not too sweet. With respect to other reviewers' comments about decorating - I picked a pattern from the book and was very pleased with the outcome. The perfect treat to pair up with a coffee on a cold January day!! Besides this experience, I've tried Tiffany's fruit tartlet cakes and they have all been fabulous - airy and fruity. Makes you not feel THAT guilty for eating cake! The strawberry cheesecake here is highly highly recommended!! The texture was absolutely cheesecake and the strawberry on top paired so well with it - dang I can still taste it hours later. The strawberry Neapolitan was also great, very light and flaky and not overwhelming sweet. The staff here is nice and helpful! There is plenty of parking as it's in a shopping center. I purchased three desserts, a croissant, a pastry, and a cookie for $13 dollars and some change. As for options, there were four large cases filled with cakes and pastries. All of which I thought were so-so. The layers of each cake (white choco, mocha, mixed fruit) were all vanilla which wasn't exciting. Neither the croissant, palmier, or cookie satisfied my sweet tooth. It's safe to say I wouldn't recommend this bakery since i'm still hunting for the best bakery in Arlington. It was perfect - not overly sweet, soft to the bite, and light. The dark chocolate mousse to my surprise came to be one of my favorites! Hidden in between the layers was a raspberry jam that gives you a nice punch of flavor amidst the dark bitter chocolate - absolutely delish! Even on a weekday afternoon, this place had a nice crowd of customers rolling in and out - very telling of the quality they put into their product! Not to mention the excellent and kind service. I have been buying cakes at Tiffany's for more than 10 years. Every annual occasion calls for a Tiffany's cake. Birthdays - Tiffany's. College graduations - Tiffany's. Parents' wedding anniversary - Tiffany's. My go-to is the fruit cake, made with real fruit (strawberries, peaches, pineapples, and berries) and almond slices outside, and more fruit and Bavarian cream filling inside. It is absolutely heavenly. As many times as I've eaten this cake (and there have been times when I've had it more than once in a year), it never gets old. In recent years, I've tried to explore some of their other cakes, like their white chocolate mousse (WOW) and their tiramisu (YES). Nothing has disappointed here. You don't need a celebratory occasion to pay Tiffany's a visit. They also have great fruit tarts, Napoleons, and pastries to fill a random sugar craving. A family-owned franchise, the staff - always friendly, professional and attentive - has pretty much remained the same over the years. Luckily, so has the quality of their cakes. Hands down, the napoleon is the best I've had. I've tried napoleons from other local bakers and they can't even compare. I had ordered my moms 50th bday cake and I paid almost $300 for this cake. The cake was supposed to be Tres Leches but the cake was very dry and not moist AT ALL. The presentation was good which is why they get ONE STAR. Their cakes are usually really good so I called to put a order in for a round cake just with swirls all around of a specific color but she counter-offered me something else and said that's all she can do. I told her ok if she can't do it I'll have to look around and she said "ok" and hung up. My whole family usually orders from here but I will have to change locations from now on.
