Tiffany's has become the standing venue for our bi-weekly neighborhood men's lunch group. That means it's a nice, relatively quiet and relaxed weekday in-no-hurry lunch venue with a good valued menu. Their nice Tiffany's 2 Egg Special comprising 2 eggs, hash browns, and 2 pancakes did go up in price to $11.95 starting the first of 2026, but it's still a very good value. There is a 3% credit card fee here fyi. Karen is our regular server and she is friendly, attentive, and competent, and also an engaging hoot. You can't go wrong if you get Karen as your server!

This restaurant shares the parking lot with a hotel and gives hotel guests dining with them a free glass of wine with their meal or a 10% discount - if you know in advance to ask. Inside and out the decor is a mix of new and old. There is a small diner style counter, booths with plush pleather seats and free standing tables in between the booths. A hostess will seat you with menus which are quite large and include breakfast, lunch and dinner. A senior citizen, 65+/cash only menu and a kids menu are in there too. Coffee, hot tea, cocoa, juices, sodas, wine and beer and some desserts. It takes a while to go through it all. Lots of chicken dishes. We opted for burgers which come with fries and soup. I chose a side salad for an upcharge, my companion chose soup. Soup and salad arrived first and quickly. The French onion soup is served over a slice of what seems to be day old garlic bread: very hard. No cheese is melted on top and the broth doesn't have any depth of flavor or seasoning - a bowl of cooked onions in a bit of broth over garlic bread. The salad is a mix of iceberg, romaine and cabbage with two large tomato wedges and four cucumber slices. Dressing on the side was very tasty and the salad was fresh. The burgers are quite large. The waitress asked my SO how he wanted his burger cooked, but not me. O. K. Both burgers were cooked well done - not our request - and were dry. The bun is soft and sweet. Lettuce, a slice of tomato and half a small pickle are on the side. The fries appear to be fresh cut potatoes. They arrive unseasoned. Salt & pepper are on the table, waitress brought ketchup. I enjoyed the fries. Seem like the staff are having a bad day over all. Just a vibe that we were not welcome. Nothing overt, just no real friendly interactions. It could be possible our waitress didn't speak English well? When my dining companion asked for a beer she left and returned with three diffrent brands of bottled beer and put them on the table without saying a word. He picked one and she handed it to him. So maybe just a misunderstanding? A communication breakdown? Maybe. A customer arrived during our visit and a different staff member was quit short and rude to them. It wasn't loud, but it was obvious and not a good look for the business. So doesn't seem to be a good day for the staff. Our waitress stopped by a few times to check that things were good and another staff member kept our waters filled. Once the check was dropped off (I was still eating) we didn't see the waitress again which made us think she doesn't process payment. Seems you pay at the register near the entrance? Well, we did any way whether or not that's procedure I'm not sure. They have dumdum lollipops in bins by the door.

Plenty of parking on a Thursday for dinner. I walked in alone and was immediately greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted a table for one. I love this. So many places I go alone and they assume it's for two and I'm meeting someone. In this case I was meeting a friend but appreciated the lack of assumption. The place was mostly empty when we arrived so we were seated right away. We took forever to decide given the extensive menu and the server came back several times to check on us. Once we ordered the food came immediately. The pancakes were light and fluffy with a strong vanilla flavor and sweetness. The strawberries are fresh without a goopy sauce. The bananas were a bit brown which was disappointing. But can't beat the ease, simplicity, and price. I'll be back to try other items.

Good not great. Very quick lunch stop, service was good, food came out quickly. Hubby and I got the ABC chicken sandwich, came with soup and fries. French onion soup was so so-def needs some cheese, cream of chicken soup tasted like Campbells. Sandwich was very good and large enough that we should have split it! Son got the Nutella and banana crepes which he demolished in about 10 sec flat-guess they were a hit! Recommend stopping if you are looking for a quick stop, but don't want fast food.

Came here yesterday with my husband and in-laws for the first time, and it was a great experience. I'm usually not a huge diner fan, but my husband loves breakfast foods, while I usually favor lunch foods, so it makes both of us happy since diners have so many menu options for both breakfast and lunch. Parking here is a bit annoying because we came in on the wrong side; although there was an arrow pointing to the back of the restaurant for additional parking, you can't actually get to there without leaving the parking lot and going in on the other side because they have yellow obstacles in the way stopping cars from coming through. Once we got into the restaurant, we were seated right away and had a great waitress who was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the menu was extensive. As for food, 3 of us ordered the cream of chicken with rice, and it was amazing! It had a subtle lemony taste, which made it even better, and the soup was the perfect consistency with how creamy it was. I'd come back just for this soup! We all enjoyed it! For my meal, I ordered the chicken tender appetizer ($12.95) with BBQ sauce, and I loved them! I didn't get them with fries, but the chicken was perfect for me, and it came with 7 strips, which I, of course, couldn't even finish. The breading was crispy, and the chicken in general had great flavor. They tasted like the generic diner chicken tenders, but that's definitely not a bad thing. I'm sad, though, because I forgot to take a picture of them! Overall, we all ordered different food, and everyone at our table enjoyed what they ordered. I'd definitely come back here and try more of their food! The prices, service, and food quality were all excellent.

We checked into a hotel down the street and wanted to get something to eat nearby. We found a restaurant at the first intersection and gave me "Dennys" vibe. Breakfast or dinner all day. Inside the restaurant gave diner feel. Our server was really nice, we ordered the steak and eggs meal and was surprisingly huge. For $25 was an awesome deal. It's located within comfort Inn parking lot. Would recommend if you missed Breakfast at your hotel.

Upon my first visit on a Thursday for lunch, the waitress Nur provided excellent service to our table. She was patient, pleasant, and provided answers to our many questions. Just loved her service with a smile and uplifting energy. My friends and I ate hard and everyone enjoyed their food. I tried the lentil soup which was wonderful and I had the mushroom guvec with rice on the side that was delicious. We were served tea as an after dinner refresher which was nice. We noticed the bakery on the way out and they had so many treats ready to be ordered and taken home. The second visit was terrible. I came for lunch on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy. The lahmacon is offered as a lunch special and I asked if I could have the cheesemacon for the special. It's the same version with just cheese and no meat. My waiter Jamal straight told me no. I found that very odd so I inquired further because they are the same price on the menu and it's without meat. The answer still didn't change. I simply had a few more questions about other menu items and Jamal seemed agitated by then. He was not even trying to be nice. I ordered two entrees. I paid full price for the cheesemacon and had a pide with kashkaval cheese. Jamal brought my food and NEVER came back to my table. I watched him provide service to all the other tables during that time. I was fine and didn't need anything, but I didn't deserve to be treated that way for being pleasantly inquisitive. I really felt bothered by this because out of all my years of eating out, I never felt that a server treat me poorly personally for being myself. I've had bad service before just because the service is bad overall and that is different. I like the food so I reluctantly returned for a third time and had breakfast. Service was standard and the food was good. My mushroom omelette was fine. The traditional french toast was solid. This review should be one star but it is four without Jamal.

Had the burratta & fig, porkbelly brushetta, and a flatbread as apps. Loved it all. porkbelly was so tender, the burratta & fig was a good balance of sweet and savory. Needless to say, the flatbread was a hit with the kids as well. Other notable dishes were the beef shwarma and the crispy duck. Ambiance- LOVE it! It can be fancy if you want, it can be more casual if you want. Enjoyed the church vibes mixed with modern touch. Very well decorated. The outdoor area is so cute, esp overlooking the lake. We sat indoors but still a wonderful ambiance. Bonus: they have a changing table in the women's bathroom. Sorry, could not confirm in the men's. Service- this was definitely impressive. You don't always get service especially at some of these well known restaurants bc why would you have to have good service? We had made reservations online and it was initially indoor. They were so awesome about switching it to outdoor with out much trouble even if we were 10 minutes late. But the air quality was so bad so once we were about to get settled we requested for indoor again. There was only smiles and a happy to help attitude and got us settled. I want to highlight our waitress, Ciara (Sierra?). With a party of 9, she was so thoughtful of our orders esp for the kids. I mean, when we ordered lemonade for them she even asked if she wants us to water it down and as parents we were like YES! They do not need that much sugar LOL! She was just overall so warm and communicative. She checked in and made sure we were comfortable. Her smile and pleasant attitude made it easier when we had three little ones wanting to walk around after eating and trying to keep them entertained at a table.

We intentionally made this our "no budget" celebration, expecting exceptional food, service, and hospitality. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've ever had. Our reservation was for 7:00 p.m. on July 2, and despite having a reservation, we waited more than 20 minutes to be seated. During that time, we watched people walk in, greet someone they appeared to know, and be seated immediately at the bar while we continued to wait. My husband had gone out of his way to ensure our anniversary would be acknowledged. He noted on the reservation that it was our five-year anniversary, called ahead before our dinner to confirm the restaurant was aware, and even checked with the host stand when we arrived. We weren't asking for anything extravagant--just the kind of small acknowledgment that many restaurants happily provide for guests celebrating a milestone. Nothing happened. There was no congratulations, no acknowledgment from our server, no candle with dessert, no handwritten note, nothing. We even ordered dessert ourselves, and it arrived exactly as if it were any ordinary Tuesday night. The service only added to the disappointment. Our server was curt, rarely checked on us despite our ordering two appetizers, two entrées, dessert, and several rounds of drinks, and never made us feel welcomed or cared for. For a restaurant positioning itself as a destination for special occasions, the level of hospitality simply wasn't there. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. Considering the price point, we expected much more. Most dishes were surprisingly bland and underseasoned, and nothing we ordered stood out as memorable. At the end of the evening, my husband politely mentioned everything to the host stand. The response was essentially that our anniversary "must have gotten lost in communication," followed by an offer of a dessert to take home. By that point, the moment had already passed. A boxed dessert cannot replace a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that was overlooked from start to finish. No manager came over to speak with us, no one took ownership of the experience, and there was no meaningful attempt to make things right. This wasn't just dinner--it was our fifth wedding anniversary, a milestone we'll never get to celebrate again. We chose Foxtail because we trusted it would deliver an exceptional experience worthy of the occasion. Instead, we left feeling ignored, disappointed, and wondering why we spent so much money on an evening that felt like an afterthought. If you're looking for a restaurant to celebrate an anniversary, proposal, birthday, or other meaningful milestone, I cannot recommend Foxtail on the Lake based on our experience. There are too many restaurants that understand hospitality and know how to make guests feel special. Sadly, this wasn't one of them.

The diner has a classic, retro feel with a checkerboard aesthetic that gives it a traditional diner vibe. It is not very modern or trendy, but it is clean and well-kept, which is really what matters. The space feels simple and comfortable, making it a place someone can visit regularly for a quick, reliable meal. The menu is very straightforward and features typical diner staples. The food was pretty good, but the dishes were very basic with nothing particularly unique about them. It felt like the kind of food you might make at home, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but it wasn't especially memorable either. I ordered an egg sandwich with cheese and sausage ($9.95). I also ordered bacon on the side (3 for $4.25). The egg sandwich was okay, but the bagel tasted like those cheap bagels you would get at a hotel during their complimentary breakfast that come from a bag. The sandwich didn't have anything on it other than exactly what they called it on the menu: a bagel, sausage links cut in half, an egg, and cheese. Nothing on the sandwich was seasoned or flavorful. My husband enjoyed his food much more than I did, and he ordered the Big Texas Breakfast ($12.95). This came with country-fried steak with sausage gravy on top, 2 eggs your way, and hash brown potatoes. He also ordered sausage links on the side (3 for $4.25). The service was friendly, and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time, which worked well for us since we were on a bit of a tight schedule. Overall, Lola's Diner delivered a simple diner experience with homemade-style food. I would come here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for breakfast.
