We just had the best meal we have ever had in Maui. With the power out in Lahaina, we had to drive to central Maui, found a place on Yelp and ChatGPT, Tiffany's Restaurant and Bar. Next time you're in Maui, check it out. I got the fried chicken, they gave me 3 Leg Quarters!!! Had a salt and vinegar flavor. My Hubs got the pork belly and it came in this black vinegar sauce that tasted amazing over the garlic noodles. If there had not been a power outage we would never have found it. The restaurant was packed with travelers and locals for dinner, but parking was easy with plenty of spaces in front and additional overflow parking across the street. The restaurant is very comfortable and the restrooms are near the entrance. All of our dishes came out at once, which I appreciated. The hot dishes were served hot, and the cold dishes were nicely chilled. We ordered the steak bites, Caesar salad broccolini, hamachi appetizer, garlic chicken, garlic noodles, and pickled cucumber. The steak bites were tough, dry, and had quite a bit of sinew. I didn't ask what cut of beef was used, but it tasted like it may have been New York strip or sirloin. The Cesar broccolini was very good and flavorful and perfectly blanched. The hamachi appetizer was fresh, tender, and delicious. Unfortunately, the garlic chicken was a minute or two too long in the fryer but nicely breaded, and while the garlic noodles were cooked well, they were extremely salty. The pickled cucumber was refreshing, but none of us cared for the mayonnaise-based sauce on the side it came with, and we didn't think the dish needed it. Overall, I'm glad we came to see what all the hype was about. The service was excellent from start to finish. We had such a great experience at Tiffany's. Derek was our server and he was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we sat down. We loved hearing about the history of the place. You can really tell it's a well-loved local spot that has grown over the years but hasn't lost what makes it special. To start, the cocktails were spot on -- honestly one of the best Mai Tais I've ever had. As for the food... everything was delicious. We ordered the mandoo, garlic chicken, honey walnut shrimp, kimchee fried rice, and mac salad, and every single dish delivered. I was on Maui visiting a friend and saw Tiffany's on TikTok. It wasn't her first visit and she raved about their Bok Choy. The place filled up quickly at lunchtime. Friendly staff. Lots of tables. We read rave reviews about Tiffany's and were very excited to stop by and try it for ourselves! After venturing out to the Road to Hana and before we headed back to our hotel in Wailea, we stopped by Tiffany's for dinner around 5pm on a Friday and did not have to wait to get seated. I would say that is the latest you can stop in without a reservation on a Friday as the entire restaurant filled up while we were dining. They had some cool specials on the Migrant (limited time) menu and we started with an oyster shooter, and the hamachi sashimi. We also got the Local Kale Salad, Garlic Bok Choy, and "Just like Ox Tail" soup with noodles. The hamachi slices are THICK and are excellent to sop up the ponzu and onion sauce. If you like getting hamachi sashimi in ponzu restaurants, this is much thicker. The kale salad was crisp and I liked the added salted cucumbers. The garlic bok chop was tasty too. We ordered one too many green dishes and did not end up finishing both dishes. The Ox Tail soup was very tasty and the noodles were great soak up all the delicious broth. There was a decent amount of beef too. Tiffany's is a solid option and I would recommend it to someone going to Maui. Good size portion for the price. The crispy fried chicken - it's labeled as having a sinagang flavor, so being Filipino I had to get it. You get three large pieces of chicken with a drum and thigh. The best part was the crispy chicken skin, so good. I didn't get much of the sinagang flavor though. While tasty, I wish we ordered something else. Lastly, we got the garlic noodles. Nothing really stood out to me with this dish, the noodles were good but honestly wish I wasted my calories on something else. Probs wouldn't order again. For 3 dishes, two beers, and soda, tax + tip, it came out to around $97 Despite our dishes being mostly ok, there's so much more of the menu that looks appetizing. Service - Our server was so nice and very attentive to what we needed. She was patient as well! Cost - Well it was a party of 8 people so we had quite a bill. I would say the dishes range 15 - 30 so average prices for good food. We did it family style too so just got a bunch and shared with everyone. The best way to do it if you want to try different dishes because everything on the menu looks good! Parking - There's a parking lot to the side of their building and then there's overflow parking right across. Location - Seems like a good location that has good parking. I don't recall what was next to it as it was dark. This place can have a waitlist depending on where you go so they do have the Yelp waitlist so I recommend you look at it 30 minutes before you're deciding to head out or if you're already heading there then look at the waitlist time. My wife and I had lunch here. We ordered the miso butterfish and the Ay Kudesh garlic noodles, which had signature Sun noodles, Hawaiian chili pepper sambal, and choke garlic. We stopped at two dishes because our waitress said the portions were sharing portions and a bit larger. The dishes were excellent --- both hit the spot in terms of flavor.
