I decided to swing by and take advantage of their BOGO Tiffwich before the summer ended and the person there was so nice! I got 2 s'mores cookies (the monthly special), and my partner got a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie and an m&m one for their tiffwich. The person behind the counter asked us if we wanted our cookies warmed and recommended it if we were going to eat it right away and they were right! The crispness of the slightly warmed up cookie and the cold ice cream was such a good combination. Unfortunately due to the heat outdoors the ice cream melted at an extremely fast rate-- not a fault of the Tiffwich just Austin weather. My spit me out in the middle of the Home Depot shopping center and I drove around for 30 minutes trying to call the business the entire time and it took me forever to find them. This location is in a small complex on the other side of a hotel, but has a small amount of parking which made it easy to get in and out quick. I grabbed a cookie for myself (which they warmed up to the perfect temp) and the snickerdoodle was EXCELLENT! Soft but not falling apart. The perfect flavor and a bit smaller of a cookie so a perfect snack. It was the perfect simple cookie (not HUGE, not weird flavors, just exactly what you're craving when you think of home). The other cookies I got to-go, in which they packaged so nicely and they even put in a small piece of baking paper between the flavors so they didn't bleed together. Today we scored. Well not quite as we missed Vince Young for the opening. But we got a dozen cooikes for $6! Nice surprise stumbling upon this location and even nicer with the price. So the cookies are very fresh and warm when you get them. That is when they need to be eaten. Otherwise heat them up a bit if you have some left over or don't buy too many as they are not as good once they cool down....especially if paying regular price. This was the first time I tried their Peanut Butter Brownie and it was really good. I was told the peanut butter overpowered the chocolate, but I disagree. It was the perfect amount and right balance. And I also tried their Tiffblitz. Never knew they had such a thing! It was really good but I felt it needed more ice cream. So I ended but mixing it with the cookies and cream ice cream and it was superb! Definitely messy. But worth it. This location happens to be closest to my house and my work so it is the most convenient one for me which means it's probably the only one I've been too. The negatives: if you're visiting in person, the parking is abysmal. Prepare to walk from the next parking lot over, but after some fatty cookie or brownie deliciousness that may not be the worst thing. I have visited this location on many many occasions and I have never seen one employee behind the counter waiting to great customers. 99% of their business is probably delivery but every time they are in the back talking completely unaware that you have walked in and can hear them. The positives: The chocolate chip, the sugar, and the snickerdoodle obviously! Outside of their very few and easily fixed negatives, Tiff's Treats cannot be beat when it comes to warm cookies on demand. Overall, I think I would give this a 3.5 - 3.75. I got the delivery on a Sunday. They give themselves 1.5 hrs for delivery, and they used nearly all 90 minutes of it. Not bad!
